环氧丙烯酸酯改性光固化水性聚氨酯的合成及性能研究   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
采用环氧丙烯酸酯(PPG-EA)、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚丙二醇(PPG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DM-PA)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)等制备了环氧丙烯酸酯改性光固化水性聚氨酯乳液(WPU);研究了改性环氧丙烯酸酯用量、DMPA用量、n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)对乳液及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:通过环氧丙烯酸酯改性的水性聚氨酯涂膜具有硬度高、耐水性和力学性能好的特点,并且克服了环氧树脂直接用于水性聚氨酯改性制备的乳液贮存稳定性差的不足。当改性环氧丙烯酸酯用量为6%-10%、DMPA用量为5.5%-7.5%、n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)为1.3-1.4时,UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液的综合性能较好。  相似文献

以聚醚二元醇GE-210为水性聚氨酯软段,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸为硬段,三羟甲基丙烷为交联剂,通过原位聚合法制备了具有良好分散性的丙烯酸酯改性的阴离子水性聚氨酯分散液。研究了改性分散液及其成膜后的各项性能。测试结果表明,加入交联剂后,水性T-PUA分散液成膜后的耐水性和力学性能得到改善。其交联剂用量为0.75时,各项性能达到最佳。  相似文献

通过种子乳液聚合和单体预乳化工艺制备了一种塑/塑聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯乳液复膜胶(GH-5142)。研究了聚氨酯加入工艺、丙烯酸酯单体类型、配比、乳化剂体系等对乳液性能的影响。实验结果表明,聚氨酯占乳液总量的2%,软硬单体质量比为1.5,乳化剂用量15%-2.0%,所得复膜胶性能较佳。  相似文献

研究溶胶-凝胶法制备聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)/纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)复合涂料中加入硅烷偶联剂进行原位改性的作用机理,以期得到性能优良的有机-无机杂化纳米复合涂料。考察了硅烷偶联剂用量的变化对聚氨酯丙烯酸酯涂料性能的影响。结果表明,用硅烷偶联剂对溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米二氧化硅进行改性,能够实现纳米颗粒的均匀分散,并在其表面形成良好的界面结合层;且适量的硅烷偶联剂的加入使聚氨酯丙烯酸酯涂料显示出优良的机械性能,表现出纳米材料特有的既增强又增韧特性,尤其是耐磨性能可以提高7倍。  相似文献

用水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯改性环氧丙烯酸酯,制备了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯/环氧丙烯酸酯分散体系。随着分散体中聚氨酯丙烯酸酯浓度的增加,体系稳定性增加,当其浓度达到30%时,可制得稳定的分散体系。这种分散体系可作为一种紫外光固化水性涂料,其涂膜的耐磨性、柔韧性都比环氧丙烯酸酯涂膜增强,而硬度变化不大。  相似文献

Different amounts of hydrophobically modified ethoxylated urethane-based thickener (HEUR) were added to improve the rheology of waterborne polyurethane adhesives. The thickened solid adhesive films were thermally annealed and characterised by IR spectroscopy, plate–plate rheology, dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Hydrogen bonds played a key role in the thickening mechanism of polyurethane dispersions containing urethane-based thickener, along with ionic adsorption and micelles formation between hydrophobic groups. The adhesion properties were measured from T-peel test of leather/polyurethane adhesive/vulcanised styrene-butadiene rubber joints. Optimal results were obtained when water in the waterborne polyurethane adhesive (just before joint formation) was removed under open air, while forced air drying impeded the complete removal of water. On the other hand, the thermal annealing did not greatly affect the rheological and thermal properties of the thickened polyurethanes.  相似文献

采用丙酮法制备水性聚氨酯树脂,再复配聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液和松香乳液,提高了水性聚氨酯树脂粘合剂与0PP膜的粘合性。研究了粘合剂组成、烘干时间对0PP膜粘合性的影响,最后进行了优化正交实验。优化结果表明,当聚氨酯与聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液、松香乳液的配比(质量比)为11:9:3,干燥温度60℃,干燥时间为60s时,聚氨酯复合胶粘剂的力学性能较好,其抗拉强度为12.1N·mm^-2以。  相似文献

An enormous amount of research is focused on waterborne coatings such as waterborne alkyds, water-reducible alkyds, alkyd–acrylic hybrids, oil modified polyurethane dispersions and their composite latexes. This review gives a comprehensive compilation of recent studies on the synthesis and applications of waterborne coatings. Aqueous polyurethane/polytert-butylacrylate (PU/Pt-BA) hybrid dispersions were prepared by polymerizing tert-butyl acrylate monomers that were emulsified by the waterborne polyurethane dispersions. The waterborne polyurethane dispersions, which contained no volatile solvent, were prepared by the prepolymer mixing process. The structure characteristics and properties of the hybrid dispersions were studied. A particle sizer and a viscometer were used to examine the physical characteristics of the dispersions. A Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer and a gel permeation chromatograph were used to examine the structure of the hybrid composites. The thermal and mechanical properties were examined by a dynamic mechanical analyzer, a thermogravimetric analyzer, and an abrasion resistance tester. When the amount of ionic PU emulsifiers maintains constant, the average particle diameter and viscosity of the PU/Pt-BA hybrid dispersion become larger as more t-BA monomer was added and polymerized. As compared to the pure PU and Pt-BA polymers, the shifting of two Tgs in the composite toward each other may imply the improved compatibility between PU and Pt-BA through the hybridization process used in this study. The Pt-BA enhances the thermal and abrasion resistances of the PU/Pt-BA composites.  相似文献

Aqueous polyurethane dispersions were prepared from isocyanate‐terminated ionic polyurethane prepolymers by chain extension with dihydrazides. These water‐borne dispersions had excellent adhesive properties and were used to bond leather and canvas. The base polymers were varied with respect to (1) the ionic content with the same chain extender and (2) the nature of the chain extender with the ionic content kept constant. Studies on the particle size and viscosity revealed that the ionic content had an influence on the aforementioned properties: the particle size decreased and the viscosity increased with increasing ionic content. The polarity of the films cast from the dispersions were determined with contact‐angle measurements: hydrophilic character was exhibited by all the compositions. X‐ray studies revealed that the increase in the ionic content led to increasing intensities of the diffraction peaks due to increased secondary forces of bonding. The tensile strength measurements showed that the films were highly elastomeric and had good mechanical strength, which varied with the composition. A shear strength and peel strength analysis of specimens obtained through the bonding of leather to leather, leather to canvas, and canvas to canvas revealed that the waterborne dispersions were excellent adhesives for bonding leather surfaces. Thus, a very efficient, ecofriendly waterborne dispersion of polyurethane that could find applications in bonding leather in the footwear industry was prepared successfully. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以1, 4-丁二醇 (BDO)、二羟甲基丙酸 (DMPA) 和己二酸二酰肼 (ADH) 为扩链剂,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA) 和丙烯酸丁酯 (BA) 改性聚氨酯 (PU),得聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液 (PUA).研究了BA和二丙酮丙烯酰胺 (DAAM) 对乳液及膜性能和粘接性能的影响,并用傅立叶红外光谱 (FTIR)仪对PUA复合乳液进行了结构表征.实验结果表明当BA含量为4.0%~6.0%,DAAM含量为2.0%~3.0%时,乳液和膜性能较好,黏度性能较佳.用该乳液配制的胶黏剂对木材有很好的粘接性能.  相似文献

Three waterborne polyurethane dispersions derived from polyester, polyether and polycarbonate diols with molecular weight of 1000 Da were synthesized by the acetone method and used as coatings on stainless steel 304 plates. The properties of the dispersions and the polyurethane films were influenced by the polyol nature. The polyurethanes obtained with polyether or polyester showed higher degree of phase separation between the soft and the hard segment. The higher adhesive strength under shear stresses was obtained in the joints produced with the waterborne dispersion obtained with polycarbonate diol. The properties of the polyurethane coating obtained with polycarbonate diol on stainless steel 304 were significantly higher as compared with the others. Improved performance of coatings obtained with polycarbonate diol was ascribed to the higher polarity of the carbonate groups that contributed to additional hydrogen bond formation between soft segments with respect to those obtained with polyether or polyester  相似文献
