引线框架用CuNiSi合金形变热处理工艺研究

铜镍硅合金要同时获得良好的强度和导电率必须通过适当的热处理。Ｃｕ－１．０％Ｎｉ－０．２５％Ｓｉ、Ｃｕ－３．２％Ｎｉ－０．７５％Ｓｉ合金热处理工艺表明,在研究范围内,固溶处理与否对材料性能影响较小;在同样热处理工艺下,Ｎｉ、Ｓｉ的配比是影响ＣｕＣｉＳｉ系合金导电率的关键因素。     

Cu—Nu—Fe—Mn合金表面形成富锰膜的研究

研究了Ｃｕ－３０Ｎｉ－１Ｆｅ－１Ｍｎ合金原始表面膜的形成机理及其与热处理制度的关系，选择了６５０℃进行光亮退火，可以使合金表面形成富锰原始表面膜。     

表面包覆贮氢合金电极的电化学特性

ＭｌＮｉ＿（３．４５）（ＣｏＭｎＴｉ）＿（１．５５）贮氢合金粉末经过表面包覆Ｎｉ－Ｐ合金和Ｃｕ膜，充填入泡沫镍中制备镍／金属氢化物电池的贮氢负极。沉积的Ｎｉ－Ｐ膜或Ｃｕ膜，起到了电流收集作用，增加了电极的导电性，提高了合金的电催化活性和放电容量，表明适当地表面处理能够改善贮氢负极的电化学性能。     

SiC微粒对Ni—W—SiC复合镀层工艺及性能的影响

讨论了工艺参数对镀层成份的影响及热处理方式对Ｎｉ－Ｗ－ＳｉＣ复合镀层组织结构、硬度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明，采用电沉积工艺，可得到含Ｎｉ５０％￣５５％、Ｗ４２％￣４５．４％、ＳｉＣ３．０％￣７．６％的复合镀层。Ｎｉ－Ｗ－ＳｉＣ复合镀层在镀态时为非晶态，经５００℃热处理１ｈ或氮碳共渗后，镀层已晶化，产生了镍固溶体和少量的γ－ＦｅＮｉ相，经氮碳共渗后还有ＷＣ和ＷＮ相。ＳｉＣ微粒的加入显著地提高了Ｎｉ－     

铁基耐磨合金与45钢的组合烧结

研究了含铬耐磨铸铁的烧结合金与４５钢的组合烧结。试验发现，由于碳、磷、硼的多元强化作用，在Ｆｅ－５Ｃｒ－２Ｃｕ－１Ｎｉ－１Ｍｏ合金粉末中加入碳、磷、硼等合金元素后，经压制及１１２０℃真空烧结，可获得较高的密度和压溃强度；该合金系与４５钢有很好的组合烧结性能，二者之间发生界面迁移扩散，产生冶金结合；添加３．５％石墨、０．１％硼及１０％铬的烧结合金与４５钢的粘结强度为４５０ＭＰａ。

开发出新型含０．５％Ｎｂ，并以Ｗ、Ｍｏ复合固溶强化的２８Ｎｉ－１４Ｃｒ－１．ＯＷ－１．５Ｍｏ－２．１Ｔｉ－Ｎｂ－Ａｌ铁基高温合金ＧＨ２８７１。该合金的综合机械性能优于同类２５Ｎｉ－１５Ｃｒ铁基高温合金。     

GH586合金热处理工艺基本参数的研究

通过采用金相、电镜、化学相分析等方法、对新型Ｎｉ－Ｃｒ－Ｃｏ基航天材料ＧＨ５８６合金，热处理后的组织及相的溶解与析出规律进行研究，得出合金组织变化规律，为合金制订热加工工艺和热处理制度提供依据。
