基于B/S架构的组件式PACS系统设计   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
传统的PACS系统(医学影像存档与传输系统)几乎全都是采用C/S架构,该设计模式对软件发布后系统的部署、升级、维护都造成了极大的困难,而对于PACS这一类客户需求灵活多变的特殊软件系统,矛盾显得更为突出.针对该问题提出了一套完整的基于B/S架构的PACS系统解决方案,然后简要地分析了系统的各个功能模块,在此基础之上结合国内PACS的发展现状,又介绍了一种组件式PACS系统的设计方法,将这两者结合运用将给PACS系统的开发带来极大的方便.  相似文献

PACS has been regarded as a system which will bring a new era to image handling, radiology departments and its services to other departments of the hospital. However, many recently held international conferences indicate that a worldwide consensus on 'what is PACS, why is PACS needed and who is PACS for' has not been established. Although the actual PACS implementation will vary among the countries and according to each situation, a worldwide consensus of PACS should be possible. This would help those involved to speed up the implementation of PACS. It is suggested that this consensus needs to be developed by convergence of three points of view; the availability, maturity and cost of the technologies on which PACS is built, the user requirements for PACS and standardization in PACS. These themes were the topics of the 2nd Japan-Nordic PACS Symposium which was arranged in Tampere, Finland, June 9-11th 1991. A summary of the papers and discussions of the symposium is produced in this paper.  相似文献

PC reporting system for radiologists: practical use under PACS environment   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
To evaluate the practical usefulness of several types of the reporting system especially for radiologists, we have developed and employed several reporting systems. We categorized those reporting systems as follows (1) stand alone PC reporting system; (2) linked reporting system with PACS environment; (3) integrated three-dimensional (3D) imaging workstation (WS) with the intranet. We have evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of those three systems, and compared between the reporting system without PACS and network reporting system with PACS. Using linked reporting system with PACS, radiologists could easily reference both previous reports and archived diagnostic images, and also make their teaching files quickly. In conclusion, the reporting system under PACS environment is found to be practical and helpful for Japanese radiologists.  相似文献

In the University of Tsukuba, PACS research is being carried out with a special emphasis on the reporting system. The radiological diagnostic system in Japan is not sufficiently developed and the number of diagnostic radiologists in Japan is not as large as in many European countries (M. Akisada, Present status of PACS activities in Japan. Med. Inform. 13 (1988) 289-293). With recognition of this fact, PACS research in Japan should also focus on the reporting system. Recently, the first PACS workstation was installed in the Department of Radiology of the University Hospital, but it has not yet been put to clinical use. Reports can be made on this workstation while viewing the properly provided digital images of MR and CT. As to the concepts of the reporting system, there are three important points. The first one is the double check system to maintain the standard quality of diagnostic performance. This system is expected to provide proper training and education to students and young doctors (S.E. Selzer, S.J. Hessel, P.G. Herman et al., Resident film interpretations and staff review. Am. J. Radiol. 137 (1981) 129-133). The second one is to develop a transcriber workstation, through which reports are easily handled as routine work. The last point is to provide a well-organized diagnostic coding system. For this purpose, a modified IRD (Index for Radiological Diagnosis, by the American College of Radiology) is assumed to be one of the best choices.  相似文献

Many radiologists and radiological technologists understand that Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) are useful not only for image management but also for improving the quality of patient care. However, such systems have not yet been widely installed in hospitals. In order to determine why radiologists have not installed a PACS in their hospitals, we carried out a written survey of 400 Japanese hospitals asking them to describe the current image management activities, the problems inherent in PACS and the problems related to standardization. 216 hospitals responded, and the following suggestions were compiled concerning possible improvements to PACS. (1) PACS benefit needs to be improved with respect to patient care. (2) The cost of PACS should be reduced. (3) The system should be easier to operate and should save time. (4) Standardization is needed to allow simplified, cost-effective networking. We also carried out a written survey of 25 PACS and related equipment manufacturers asking them to describe the opinions inherent in current PACs and the problems related to standardization. Ten manufacturers responded, and the various suggestions were compiled concerning possible improvements to the PAC system.  相似文献
