用透射电镜研究了(ZrO2+xmol%Y2O3)-20wt%Al2O3陶瓷复合材料的显微结构,发现在Y2O3含量为2.0mol%~2.5mol%成分下,较大的(可达1μm)未转变颗粒仅限于嵌在Al2O3晶内的ZrO2(t),当Y2O3含量为3.0mol%时不嵌在Al2O3晶内的ZrO2(t)颗粒(可达1.3μm)也可保持四方相结构。因此3.0mol%Y2O3成分下四方相的急增及其最佳相交增韧效果归因于基体弹性模量的增加和适量稳定剂(Y2O3)加入的共同作用结果。  相似文献

以氧氯化锆为前驱物,用沉淀法制得了纳米氧化锆(ZrO2)粒子,并探讨了沉淀过程中沉淀剂加入速度、洗涤和干燥方式对ZrO2晶粒尺寸和晶型转变的影响。结果表明,合成过程中干燥方式对ZrO2样品的尺寸影响最大。沉淀剂的加入速度越快,越有利于四方晶相ZrO2的稳定,在制备过程中采用醇洗、真空干燥的方式比水洗、空气干燥更有利于抑制ZrO2从四方相到单斜相的相变。  相似文献

With the help of scanning electronic microscopy and X-ray diffraction, the relationships of microstructure characteristics, phase assemblage, and fracture micrograph of Al2O3/ZrO2 laminated ceramics were studied. Compared with monolithic Al2O3/ZrO2 ceramics, the existence of surface compressive stresses greatly restrained the growth of ZrO2 and Al2O3 grains at high sinter tem- perature, fined the grain size, and increased the content of metastable t-ZrO2, which made the fracture transformation energy quantity 70% higher than that of the monolithic ceramics. The trans-granular and inter-granular fracture features were observed in the surface and center layers, which further verified that transformation toughening is the main mechanism, whereas, micro-crack toughening is helpful for enhancing fracture toughness.  相似文献

采用杂凝聚法制备了Al2O3-ZrO2(n)纳米复相陶瓷粉体,对经SPS烧结成型的纳米复相陶瓷材料块体进行了微观组织韧化机理的试验研究.研究表明,Al2O3-ZrO2(n)陶瓷中由于ZrO2的添加,改变了Al2O3的晶粒形状,提高了材料的致密度,并细化了晶粒;其微观组织为典型的晶内/晶界混合型纳米复相陶瓷,其中不规则的ZrO2团聚体主要存在于Al2O3的多晶粒相交的晶界处,一些细小、分散的球状ZrO2纳米颗粒(70~200 nm)分布在Al2O3晶粒内部.由于基体晶粒的细化以及因其形成的"内晶型"纳米结构,提高了基体的力学性能.研究认为,Al2O3-ZrO2(n)纳米复相陶瓷力学性能的改变是由于纳米粒子的增韧机制、ZrO2相变增韧机制和"内晶型"结构共同作用的结果.  相似文献

ZrO2 was added into CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics and the effect of ZrO2 on sintering and crystallization of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass ceramics was investigated. The results show that the sintering shrinkage ratio of glass particles decreases with the increase of the content of ZrO2. ZrO2 has an unfavourable effect on sintering shrinkage ratio of glass particles. The sintering shrinkage ratio of glass particles increases with the increase of sintering temperature. The increase of sintering temperature favors the decrease of the liquid phase viscosity of glass particles. ZrO2 has little effect on crystallization of main crystalline phase (β-wollastonite). However, it promotes the crystallization at relatively low temperature.  相似文献

A method to produce ZrO2 nano-particles is developed and the effect of particle size on the phase structure of ZrO2 is studied. The method is based on the hydrolysis of ZrOCl2 solution in the reverse micelles of a liquid-liquid two-phase system, in which AOT (sodium 2-ethylhexyl sulfosuccinite) and toluene are chosen as the surfactant and organic phase, respectively. The reverse micelles prevent the aggregation of primary particles, the nano-particle size increases as the AOT content decreases. The TEM, XRD and particle-size analysis results show that the occurrence of metastable tetragonal ZrO2 is attributed to the effect of the particle size other than the effect of the crystallite size. The ratio of t-phase to m-phase increases as the particle size decreases, and 28 nm is the critical size for t-phase to m-phase transformation.  相似文献

针对纳米ZrO2粉体粒径较小、比表面积大、极易发生团聚问题,以纳米ZrO2为研究对象,采用溶胶-凝胶(SG)法,以氧氯化锆为锆源,水为溶剂,Y2O3为稳定剂,PEG-6000为分散剂,主要研究烧结温度及Y2O3对制成的纳米ZrO2相结构及其粒度的影响.实验结果表明:经XRD分析,所制得的ZrO2试样主要为四方相结构,随着煅烧温度的升高,粉体粒径增大;SEM测试结果表明,在一定ZrO2陶瓷粉体粒度范围内,随着稳定剂Y2O3加入量的增加,粉体颗粒间的分散性有所改善.综合考虑对纳米ZrO2相结构及粒度的影响,确定最佳烧结温度为650℃,稳定剂Y的最佳加入量为7.5mol%,制备的ZrO2纳米粉体粒径尺度最佳,晶型稳定性好且分散性得到改善.  相似文献

摘要:用电子束蒸发法制备出ZrO2/SiO2和YSZ/SiO2多层膜,分别测定了薄膜结构特性和激光损伤阈值. 实验结果表明:Y2O3稳定的ZrO2镀膜材料在电子束蒸发过程中不会发生相变,而未稳定的ZrO2则必然发生相变产生喷溅,使缺陷增加,从而使损伤阈值降低. 通过分析认为相变引起的缺陷是YSZ/SiO2和ZrO2/SiO2高反膜损伤阈值差别的主要原因.  相似文献

ZrO2 ceramic was made from evenly dispersed ( Y, Ce)-ZrO2 powder with different compositions , which was prepared by the chemical coprecipitation, and stabilized by compound additions through appropriate techniques. And its mechanical property that is related to the phase content and its microstructwe was studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD) , scan electron microscope( SEM). The results show that Y2O3 has stronger inhibition to the growth of ZrO2 crystal than CeO2 has. Therefore, within an appropriate composition range of Y2 O3 and CeO2, the higher the content of Y2O3, the lower the content of CeO2 , the smaller ZrO2 crystal. Combining this feature and the stabilization technique with complex additions instead of simple addition, ZrO2 ceramic with high density and excellent mechanical properties can be made under normal conditions. It is concluded that the improvement of mechanical properties originates from the toughening of microcrack, phase transformation and the effect of grain e-vulsions.  相似文献

通过沉淀、老化、过滤、洗涤、干燥、浸渍和焙烧等过程,由ZrOCl2和(NH4)2S2O8制备了S2O8^2-/ZrO2催化剂。用XRD,FT—IR,NH3-TPD对其进行了表征,研究了焙烧温度对其酸性、结构和催化性能的影响。XRD结果表明具有较高T型晶相峰。FT—IR分析表明S2O8^2-/ZrO2表面以双桥鳌合状配位化合物形式结合。研究了醛醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响。结果表明,在n(丁醛)/n(乙二醇)=1:1.4,催化剂质量分数为0.25%,反应时间为50min的最佳条件下,丁醛乙二醇缩醛的收率可达95.8%;在n(苯甲醛)/n(乙二醇)=1:1.25,催化剂质量分数为0.5%,反应时间为50min的最佳条件下,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的收率可达88.8%。  相似文献

以硝酸锆为前驱物,用水热法分别合成了纯单斜相、四方相以及四方和单斜混合相的氧化锆纳米粒子.应用XRD、拉曼光谱和TEM探讨了水热过程中前驱体浓度、晶化温度和晶化时间对ZrO2晶粒尺寸和相变的影响.结果表明,水热制备过程中上述合成条件均影响ZrO2晶粒尺寸,其中晶化温度对其影响最大,但是晶化温度对ZrO2的形貌影响不大.延长晶化时间有利于单斜晶相的形成,而且随着晶化时间延长,ZrO2的晶化程度增加.在水热合成过程中采用较低的前驱体浓度、较高晶化温度及延长晶化时间有利于控制合成单斜相ZrO2.  相似文献

SiO2-Al2O3-ZrO2 glasses with different nucleating agents were crystallized under special processing schedule. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the glass-ceramics in SiO2-Al2O3-ZrO2 system were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and three-point bending method. The results show that ZrO2 is not an effective nucleating agent in SiO2-Al2O3-ZrO2 system, while TiO2 is effective for the separation of spinel, and P2O5 facilitates solubility of ZrO2 in glass and crystallization. The main crystalline phases of the glass-ceramics are spinel, anorthite and tetragonal zirconia. With the increase of ZrO2 content in the glass, glass-ceramics show higher bending strength (120 MPa) than others.  相似文献

通过共沉淀法制备了合适酸强度,比表面积为175.284 3 m2.g-1,最可几孔径在5.99 nm,负载镧的WO3/ZrO2固体超强酸催化剂。用Hammett指示剂法、XRD、N2等温吸附/脱附、DTA等方法考察了负载稀土镧后对催化剂的酸强度、比表面积、孔结构和热稳定性的影响。结果发现:La能均匀掺入WO3/ZrO2固体超强酸中,且适当加入稀土元素镧不但可以提高其酸强度,而且可以稳定结构、增加比表面积。  相似文献

Compounds Sr4Eu2Ti4Nb6O30 and Sr5EuTi3Nb7O30 with filled tetragonal tungsten bronze structure were prepared,and the dielectric characteristics and ferroelectric transition were investigated.Both ceramics displayed weak frequency dependence in room temperature dielectric constant,which decreased from 125 to 118 for Sr4Eu2Ti4Nb6O30,from 206 to 195 for Sr5EuTi3Nb7O30 in the frequency range of 10 kHz to 1 MHz.The present ceramics showed a diffuse ferroelectric phase transition.The frequency independent transition temperature (Tm) indicated the above compounds had no relaxor property.The diffuseness (γ) was 1.45 and 1.64 for Sr4Eu2Ti4Nb6O30 and Sr5EuTi3Nb7O30 respectively.The weak ferroelectric of the present materials are indicated from the P-E hysteresis loops,and a small 2Pr of 0.596 μC/cm2 and 0.068 μC/cm2 were observed for Sr4Eu2Ti4Nb6O30 and Sr5EuTi3Nb7O30 respectively.  相似文献

对粒径在58~10nm范围内不同粒度的纯ZrO2粒子进行了喇曼散射光谱研究。结果表明,粒子的点阵结构受表面效应的影响,表面效应将进一步引起ZrO2粒子点阵结构变化。在室温下,ZrO2粒子由单斜相向四方相转变的临界直径为15nm。  相似文献

用XRD、LRS研究了ZrO2/SO2-4和ZrO2晶相。用N2吸附法、化学分析法和滴定法测定了ZrO2/SO2-4的比表面、S含量和酸强度,XPS测定ZrO2/SO2-4的能量。实验结果表明,SO2-4的存在延迟了ZrO2的晶变,提高了晶变温度,在ZrO2/SO2-4体系中不存在水和游离H2SO4,体系酸强度最高时ZrO2主要呈四方晶系。  相似文献
