考虑到配体离子的自旋-轨道耦合作用对光谱和电子顺磁共振谱的贡献不可忽略,本文采用3d1离子在四角对称下基于双自旋-轨道耦合模型的高阶微扰公式和晶场理论公式,理论计算了LiHSO4: VO2+晶体的光谱和电子顺磁共振(EPR)参量g因子g//,g⊥和超精细结构常数A//,A⊥。计算结果与实验发现很好符合。由于晶体中过渡金属离子中心的EPR参量与其缺陷结构紧密相关,理论计算还获得了V4+杂质中心缺陷结构的信息。我们对理论结果的合理性进行了讨论。 相似文献

采用晶场参量的叠加模型,建立了结构参数与光谱之间的定量关系;利用完全对角化方法,由光谱确定Ni2CdCl6·12H2O晶体中[Ni(H2O)6]2 络离子在温度为14 K时的局域结构参数,较好地解释了Ni2CdCl6·12H2O晶体中Ni2 离子的局域结构和光学吸收谱;研究结果发现,Ni2CdCl6·12H2O晶体中络离子[Ni(H2O)6]2 的键长为R≈0.2009 nm,键角为θ≈55.1°;所得光谱的理论结果与实验发现很好符合. 相似文献

利用非共线相位匹配方法,研究了不同极化周期和不同非共线结构下周期极化铌酸锂晶体(PPLN)中的光参量放大(OPA)带宽与增益特性.光谱带宽和增益通过对相位失配进行泰勒级数展开并保留到二阶级数项得到,在计算过程中考虑到了晶体极化周期、非共线入射结构、PPLN晶体长度以及抽运光强度的影响.计算结果表明,参量带宽和增益带宽具有相似的特性,而且PPLN晶体的周期和非共线入射结构会对光参量放大的光谱带宽产生一定的影响,在同一波长处,通过调节晶体周期或非共线结构可以获得更大的带宽.在对增益的研究过程中发现,与增加抽运光强度相比,增加晶体的长度能更有效地增强参量增益,但是PPLN晶体的周期和非共线入射结构对增益几乎没有什么影响. 相似文献

The method of agents arising directly in the (poly)methyl methacrylate medium is used to synthesize ZnS:Cu quantum dots fixed in an optically transparent polymer matrix. The optical transmittance of the polymer composites in the visible spectral region reaches 92% (at the thickness 5 mm). The photoluminescence of the (poly)methyl methacrylate/ZnS:Cu composite is defined by defects in the crystal structure of ZnS and by the system of energy levels in the band gap of ZnS. The photoluminescence signal depends on the Cu-ion concentration, the reabsorption of radiation in ZnS and (poly)methyl methacrylate, and other factors. 相似文献

A facile and rapid microwave irradiation method was developed to prepare ZnS nanoparticles (NPs) using a set of ionic liquids (ILs) based on the bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl) imide anion and different cations of 1-alkyl-3-methyl-imidazolium. The phases, structures, and optical absorption properties of the NPs were determined in depth with X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopy, UV–vis absorption spectroscopy (UV–vis), diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS), and photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL). The average crystallite size of the ZnS NPs calculated from the XRD pattern was of the order of 2.8 nm which exhibits cubic zinc blende structure. The energy band gap measurements of NPs were carried out by UV and DRS. The results revealed that the ZnS NPs exhibit strong quantum confinement effect. The optical band gap energy increases significantly compared with those of the bulk ZnS. The refractive indices for different ZnS nanosamples and different concentrations of ZnS NPs for a typical sample suspended in deionized water were also measured. 相似文献

对ZnS:Mn^2+纳米晶钠硼硅玻璃复合体进行了EPR实验研究,确定Mn^2+在ZnS基质晶格中有3种形态:替位态(Mn^2+)sub,间隙态(Mn^2+)int和Mn团簇。观测到g因子随纳米晶粒径的减小而增大。对g值进行了理论拟合,结果与实验符合很好。分析和讨论了这种量子限域下ZnS的sp^2和Mn的3d^5电子态杂化所引起的g-漂移。 相似文献

In this study, the impacts of different precursors on Cu2ZnSnS4 thin film solar cells were investigated. The two kinds of precursors of (Cu+Sn)/Zn and (Cu+Sn)/ZnS were deposited on Mo-coated soda lime glasses by magnetron sputtering. Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) films based on different precursors were fabricated by soft annealing and following two-step sulfurization in sulphur vapour. The crystal structure, phase purity, surface morphology, composition and optical properties of CZTS films from different precursors were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS) and UV–vis–NIR spectroscopy, respectively. As a result, the CZTS thin films with smooth surface and uniform compositional ratio distribution were obtained from the precursors of (Cu+Sn)/ZnS. The best conversion efficiency of the fabricated CZTS film solar cell based on (Cu+Sn)/ZnS precursors was 3.36%. 相似文献
