general equation of electron-wave synchronous interaction is obtained in gyrotron oscillator,in which the effects of guiding center drift and phase of RF field profile is considered.The interactionefficiency is calculated for the second harmonic operation of single TE_(021) mode for a double cavity gyrotronoscillator model,in which the RF field profile and operating parameters of the gyrotron oscillator areregulated in order to get optimum efficiency.It is shown that the efficiency of 53 percent can be obtained for a=1.5.The characteristic of the double cavity configuration is discussed.The bunching processes of thedouble cavities are compared with that of single cavity.The effects of guiding center drift and RF field profilephase on the beam-wave interaction are analysed.  相似文献

A CMOS UV and blue-extended photodiode is presented and fabricated for light detection in the ultraviolet/blue spectral range. An octagon homocentric ring-shaped geometry is used to improve the ultraviolet responsivity and suppress edge breakdown. This paper has established a two-dimensional responsivity physical model for the presented photodiode and given some numerical analyses. The dead layer effect, which is caused by the high-doping effects and boron redistribution, is considered when analyzing the distribution of the current of the proposed UV and blue-extended photodiode. In the dead layer, the boron doping profile decreases towards the surface. Simulated results illustrate that the responsivity in the UV range is obviously decreased by the effect of the dead layer, while it is not affected in the visible and near-infrared part of the spectrum. The presented photodiode is fabricated and the silicon tested results are given, which agree well with the simulated ones.  相似文献

Whispering gallery mode (WGM)-enhanced nonlinear optical phenomena from crown-like nanostructure zinc oxide (ZnO) samples are observed. The samples are synthesized by vapor-phase transport method. The morphology and crystal struc- ture are examined and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), and they are excited by femtosecond laser pulses with cen- tral wavelengths of 355 nm, 800 nm and 1150 nm, respectively. The typical stimulated emission presents a red shift com- pared with spontaneous emission, which is observed under the excitation of 355 nm with a relatively low threshold. The ultraviolet (UV) frequency up-conversion emission is obtained when the excitation pulse wavelengths are selected as 800 nm and 1150 nm, respectively. The peak position and the relationship between the emission intensity and excitation inten- sity demonstrate that the UV up-conversion photoluminescence (PL) is induced by two- and three-photon absorptions. The PL characteristics and their WGM-enhanced mechanism are investigated.  相似文献

A new double gate SOI LDMOS with a step doping profile in the drift region is proposed. The structure is characterized by one surface gate and another embedded gate under the P-body region. The broadened current flow path and the majority carrier accumulation layer on the side wall of the embedded gate reduce the specific on-resistance (Ron, sp). The electric field distribution is improved due to the embedded gate and step doping profile, resulting in a high breakdown voltage (BV) and low Ron, sp. The influences of device parameters on BV and Ron, sp are investigated by simulation. The results indicate that BV is increased by 35.2% and Ron, sp is decreased by 35.1% compared to a conventional SOI LDMOS.  相似文献

With a heralded single photon source (HSPS), a measurement-device-independent quantum key distribution (MDI-QKD) protocol is proposed, combined with a three-intensity decoy-state method. HSPS has the two-mode characteristic, one mode is used as signal mode, and the other is used as heralded mode to reduce the influence of the dark count. The lower bound of the yield and the upper bound of the error rate are deduced and the performance of the MDI-QKD protocol with an HSPS is analyzed. The simulation results show that the MDI-QKD protocol with an HSPS can achieve a key generation rate and a secure transmission distance which are close to the theoretical limits of the protocol with a single photon source (SPS). Moreover, the key generation rate will improve with the raise of the senders’ detection efficiency. The key generation rate of the MDI-QKD protocol with an HSPS is a little less than that of the MDI-QKD protocol with a weak coherent source (WCS) in the close range, but will exceed the latter in the far range. Furthermore, a farther transmission distance is obtained due to the two-mode characteristic of HSPS.  相似文献

A 473-nm-laser-tuned whispering gallery mode(WGM) silica microbubble resonator integrated with iron oxide particles is demonstrated in this paper. Owing to the photo-induced thermal effect, the WGM resonance wavelength could be tuned by adjusting laser power density of the illuminating light absorbed by the iron oxide particles. A wavelength tuning sensitivity of 0.03 nm/(mW·mm-2) and a tuning range of 0.18 nm are experimentally achieved. Moreover, the influence of ambient temperature on the WGM spectral characteristics is experimentally studied, and a silica-microbubble-based reference scheme is demonstrated to compensate for the temperature-caused resonance wavelength variation. The proposed laser-tuned microresonator has great potential in optical modulation and high-precision optical filtering applications.  相似文献

A novel whispering gallery mode (WGM) strain sensor based on microtube has been proposed, where perceiving strain variations are reported via the dynamical regulation of a whispering gallery mode. The WGMs in the microtube resonator were evanescently excited by a micro-nano fiber fabricated by the fusion taper technique. The structural changes of microtubes under axial strain were simulated with finite element software, and the effect of microtube wall thickness on strain sensitivity was systematically studied through experiments. The experimental results show that the strain sensitivity of thin-walled microtube is found to be 1.18 pm/με and the Q-factor in the order of 4.4×104. Due to its simple fabrication and easy manipulation as well as good sensing performance, the microtube strain sensor has potential applications in high-sensitivity optical sensing.  相似文献

The propagation properties of the surface acoustic waves(SAWs) in a ZnO-SiO2-Si multilayered piezoelectric structure are calculated by using the recursive asymptotic method.The phase velocities and the electromechanical coupling coefficients for the Rayleigh wave and the Love wave in the different ZnO-SiO2-Si structures are calculated and analyzed.The Love mode wave is found to be predominantly generated since the c-axis of the ZnO film is generally perpendicular to the substrate.In order to prove the calculated results,a Love mode SAW device based on the ZnO-SiO2-Si multilayered structure is fabricated by micromachining,and its frequency responses are detected.The experimental results are found to be mainly consistent with the calculated ones,except for the slightly larger velocities induced by the residual stresses produced in the fabrication process of the films.The deviation of the experimental results from the calculated ones is reduced by thermal annealing.  相似文献

The paper presents a complete composite gate turn-off thyristor (GTO) model, which is based on the combination of the p-n-p and n-p-n transistor models. PSpice simulations and parametric sensitive analysis are performed with the complete composite model and calculated results are given, which show that it corresponds statically and dynamically with the practical device. In particular, the GTO gate dynamical characteristics in practical circuits are discussed and experimental results are included.  相似文献

Er3+/Ce3+ co-doped tellurite glasses with composition of TeO2-GeO2-Li2O-Nb2O5 were prepared using conventional melt-quenching technique for potential applications in Er3+-doped fiber amplifier (EDFA). The absorption spectra, up-conversion spectra and 1.53 µm band fluorescence spectra of glass samples were measured. It is shown that the 1.53 µm band fluorescence emission intensity of Er3+-doped tellurite glass fiber is improved obviously with the introduction of an appropriate amount of Ce3+, which is attributed to the energy transfer (ET) from Er3+ to Ce3+. Meanwhile, the 1.53 µm band optical signal amplification is simulated based on the rate and power propagation equations, and an increment in signal gain of about 2.4 dB at 1 532 nm in the Er3+/Ce3+ co-doped tellurite glass fiber is found. The maximum signal gain reaches 29.3 dB on a 50 cm-long fiber pumped at 980 nm with power of 100 mW. The results indicate that the prepared Er3+/Ce3+ co-doped tellurite glass is a good gain medium applied for 1.53 µm broadband and high-gain EDFA.  相似文献

用高温熔融法制备了系列70TeO2-(25-x)B2O3-xGeO2-5Na2O(x=5,10,15和20 mol%)掺Er3+碲硼酸盐玻璃。为提高1.53μm波段的荧光发射强度,测试了玻璃样品的吸收光谱、红外透射谱、1.53μm波段荧光谱及4I13/2能级Er3+荧光寿命,结合Judd-Ofelt(J-O)理论分析了Er3+光谱特性随玻璃组分含量的变化,进而研究了玻璃中OH基对1.53μm波段荧光强度的影响。结果表明,碲硼酸盐玻璃具有较好的宽带荧光谱特性,其有效带宽大于72 nm;随着玻璃中GeO2逐步替代B2O3,1.53μm波段荧光强度相应提高。同时,通过O2鼓泡除水处理,能减少玻璃中OH基含量并减弱4I13/2能级上Er3+到OH基的无辐射能量传递,从而进一步提高了Er3+荧光寿命和1.53μm波段荧光强度。  相似文献

研制了Er3+/Yb3+共掺TeO2-ZnO-La2O3玻璃,测试了Er3+离子的吸收谱、荧光谱和上转换发光谱,系统研究了975 nm抽运下Yb3+离子对于Er3+离子1.5 μm波段荧光性能及其上转换发光性能的影响.结果表明,随着碲酸盐玻璃中Yb2Os含量的增加,Yb3+离子对Er3+离子的能量传递增强,Er3+离子1.5 μm波段的荧光强度和上转换发光强度相应增大,但后者相对于前者增加更为迅速.通过对粒子数速率方程的理论模拟,计算结果与实验测量结果较为一致,表明Er3+/Yb3+共掺碲酸盐玻璃是一种优良的潜在上转换激光器增益介质.对上转换发光分析表明,强烈的绿光和红光激发是基于双光子的吸收过程.  相似文献

The Er^3+/Ce^3+ co-doped tellurite-based glasses (TeO2-Bi2O3-TiO2) modified with various WO3 contents are prepared using conventional melt-quenching technique. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns and Raman spectra of glass sam- ples are measured to investigate the structures. The absorption spectra, the up-conversion emission spectra, the 1.53 /am band fluorescence spectra and the lifetime of Er3+:4113/2 level are measured, and the amplification quality factors of Er3+ are calculated to evaluate the effect of WO3 contents on the 1.53 μm band spectroscopic properties. With the in- troduction of WO3, it is found that the prepared tellurite-based glasses maintain the amorphous structure, while the 1.53 μm band fluorescence intensity of Er3+ is improved evidently, and the fluorescence full width at half maximum (FWHM) is broadened accordingly. In addition, the prepared tellurite-based glass samples have larger bandwidth qual- ity factor than silicate and germanate glasses. The results indicate that the prepared Er3+/Ce3+ co-doped tellurite-based glass with a certain amount of WO3 is an excellent gain medium applied for the 1.53 μm band Er3+-doped fiber ampli- fier (EDFA).  相似文献

WO3 oxides with relatively high phonon energy and different concentrations were introduced into the Nd3+-doped tellurite-based glasses of TeO2-ZnO-Na2O to improve the 1.32 µm band fluorescence emission. The absorption spectra, Raman spectra, 1.32 µm band fluorescence spectra and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) curves were measured, together with the Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters, stimulated emission and gain parameters were calculated to evaluate the effects of WO3 amount on the glass structure and spectroscopic properties of 1.32 µm band fluorescence. It is shown that the introduction of an appropriate amount of WO3 oxide can effectively improve the 1.32 µm band fluorescence intensity through the enhanced multi-phonon relaxation (MPR) processes between the excited levels of Nd3+. The results indicate that the prepared Nd3+-doped tellurite glass with an appropriate amount of WO3 oxide is a potential gain medium applied for the O-band broad and high-gain fiber amplifier.  相似文献

用高温熔融法制备了Er3 掺杂50Bi2O3-(50-x)B2O3-xGa2O3(x=0,4,8,12,15 mol%)系列玻璃,测试了上述玻璃样品的吸收光谱、荧光光谱、荧光寿命及热稳定性.分别应用Judd-Ofelt理论和McCumber理论计算了Er3 强度参数和受激发射截面.研究发现,当Ga2O3含量在mol 8%时,荧光半高宽(FWHM)、峰值发射截面(σpeak e)和4I13/2能级荧光寿命(τm)均达到了峰值,其FWHM和σpeake分别为81 nm和1.03×10-20cm2.热稳定性则随着Ga2O3含量的增加而改善,析晶开始温度(Tx)和玻璃转变温度(Tg)之间的差值(△T)最高达到了261℃.研究表明,含适当重金属Ga2O3的铋硼酸盐玻璃具有较好的光学性能和热稳定性,适合于作为高增益、低噪声的宽带掺铒光纤放大器的基质材料.  相似文献

For enhancing the 2.0 µm band fluorescence of Ho3+, a certain amount of WO3 oxide was introduced into Ho3+/Tm3+/Yb3+ tri-doped tellurite glass prepared using melt-quenching technique. The prepared tri-doped tellurite glass was characterized by the absorption spectra, fluorescence emission and Raman scattering spectra, together with the stimulated absorption, emission cross-sections and gain coefficient. The research results show that the introduction of WO3 oxide can further improve the 2.0 µm band fluorescence emission through the enhanced phonon-assisted energy transfers between Ho3+/Tm3+/Yb3+ ions under the excitation of 980 nm laser diode (LD). Meanwhile, the maximum gain coefficient of Ho3+ at 2.0 µm band reaches about 2.36 cm-1. An intense 2.0 µm fluorescence emission can be realized .  相似文献

制备了Er3 + 单掺和Er3 + /Yb3 + 共掺碲钨酸盐玻璃 ,测量了Er3 + 在玻璃中的吸收光谱和 970nmLD激发下的荧光光谱和荧光寿命 ,计算了Er3 + 离子 1 5 μm波段的吸收和发射截面 ,研究了其荧光强度和发射带宽与掺Yb3 + 浓度间的关系。结果表明 ,共掺Yb3 + 可明显提高Er3 + 离子 1 5 μm荧光发射强度 ,并有利于提高其发射带宽。实验所得最佳掺Yb3 + 离子浓度为 3 6 6× 10 2 0 ions/cm3 ,Er3 + 离子 1 5 μm发射最大FWHM值为 81nm。  相似文献
