We develop a novel and convenient method to prepare large area single-layer and multi-layer graphene through surface modification with oxygen plasma.The obtained large area single-layer graphene is dozens of microns wide in the lateral dimension and characterized by optical microscopy,atomic force microscopy.Raman spectroscopy show multilayer graphene has less disorder density than single-layer graphene.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) analysis shows that hydroxyl groups are formed on the HOPG surface during oxygen plasma pre-treatment.Hydrogen bonds develop between hydroxyl groups on HOPG surface and silanol groups on hydroxylated SiO2/Si substrate,which facilitate the transfer process.This study may provide a potential approach to develop graphene-based devices by using the large area lithographic printing process. 相似文献

苯是大气中常见的挥发性有机化合物,它能溶于大气水滴、云雾等水相中,与水相中的过氧化氢在太阳光的照射下会发生液相光氧化反应。利用自制的液相反应装置研究了羟基启动苯液相光氧化反应,利用傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱仪测量了液相反应产物的分子官能团,定性分析了产物的化学组分。实验结果表明,在没有过氧化氢存在时,在光照3 h后,苯溶液的红外谱图中含有苯环C-H和C=C双键伸缩振动吸收峰官能团,溶液中仅存在苯有机物,没有新产物产生。苯和过氧化氢的混合溶液在紫外光照3 h后,反应产物溶液的红外谱图除了含有苯环C-H和C=C双键伸缩振动吸收峰外,还含有O-H和C-O-C键的伸缩振动吸收峰,表明羟基启动苯液相光氧化反应形成了酚类化合物和芳香醚产物。这为研究苯液相光氧化机理提供了实验依据。 相似文献

TiO2 is a typical anti-ultraviolet agent in sunscreen cream, but it suffers from a lack of anti-oxidant activity for scavenging reactive oxygen species. Other traditional sunscreen ingredients, such as C60 and ferulic acid, have moderate antioxidant and UV protection capabilities, and the products do not provide further UV protection. Herein, titanium hydride (TiH1.97) particles with dual functions of anti-oxidant and anti-ultraviolet are presented as an active material to remove the highly oxidizing and harmful hydroxide free radicals from the skin surface. Owing to the active hydrogen in TiH2, it shows great potential to eliminate hydroxyl radicals, and the rate is roughly proportional to the exposed surface area (50% /20 min). Together with the biocompatibility of the in situ formed TiO2, which has a strong ability to absorb ultraviolet light during OH radical scavenging. At the same time, adding titanium hydride to sunscreen also enhances sun protection. The SPF value of sunscreen containing 1% titanium hydride and 20% titanium dioxide can reach 31.8, which exceeds the 20% titanium dioxide (15) by more than twofold. Therefore, titanium hydride with anti-ultraviolet and antioxidant functions can be regarded as a promising and safe ingredient for sunscreen cream. 相似文献

The selective detection of CO gas by stannic oxide incorporated with ThO2(l − 10 wt%), in the presence of H2 and petroleum
gases such as C3H8 and iso-C4H2 has been studied. Materials mixed with 5 wt% ThO2 showed high selectivity to CO gas at a sample temperature of 200−250‡C. The effects of hydrophobic or hydrophilic silica
present in the samples on the detection sensitivity to CO gas have been investigated. From the results it is apparent that

Developing new functional applications of metallic glasses in catalysis is an active and pivotal topic for materials science as well as novel environmental catalysis processes. Compared to the crystalline materials with highly ordered atomic packing, metallic glass has a simply disordered atomic structure. Recent reports have demonstrated that the metallic glasses are indeed having many superiorly catalytic properties, yet the understanding of the mechanism is insufficient. In this work, the structural relaxation (α‐relaxation) by annealing in an amorphous Fe78Si9B13 alloy is studied for unraveling the catalytic mechanism at the atomic scale. The volume fractions of the crystalline structures, such as α‐Fe, Fe2Si, and Fe2B, in the as‐received and annealed metallic glasses are fully characterized. It is found that the randomly atomic packing structure with weak atomic bonding in the as‐received metallic glass has an efficient electron transfer capability, presenting advanced superiorities in the aspects of production rate of hydroxyl radicals (?OH), dye degradation rate (k ), and essential degradation ability (K SA) for water treatment. The discovery of this critically important work unveils why using metallic glasses as catalysts has higher reactivity than the crystalline materials, and more importantly, it provides new research opportunities into the study of synthetic catalysts. 相似文献

通过选用含有羟基的丙烯酸酯类单体制备聚合物分散液晶(PDLC)膜,研究了羟基的存在和不同的制膜工艺条件对PDLC膜电-光性能及稳定性的影响。通过分别添加具有刚性和柔性的交联剂,使羟基参与交联,研究了PDLC膜电-光性能及稳定性的变化规律。研究表明向单体中添加含有羟基的分子结构不同的丙烯酸酯,可提高PDLC膜中聚合物网络与两片ITO膜之间的结合力,降低PDLC膜的驱动电压。添加柔性交联剂二异氰酸己酯对PDLC膜的稳定性和黏结性影响较小,适量添加二异氰酸己酯可在保持一定对比度的情况下降低PDLC膜的驱动电压。 相似文献
