细菌浸出法是利用某些微生物及其氧化产物溶浸矿石中有用金属的一种工艺。介绍了湖南某矿铀矿石柱浸、地表堆浸、井下原地破碎细菌浸出结果,考察了不同浸出剂、浸出时间、矿石粒度、矿石层高度、浸出剂中Fe3+浓度等因素对铀浸出率的影响。结果表明,利用细菌浸出法可提高铀的浸出率、降低酸耗、缩短浸出时间。  相似文献

采用硝酸氧化酸性浸出法从高锡高砷铜阳极泥中浸出铜镍, 主要考察了硝酸添加量、反应温度、硫酸浓度、固液比和反应时间等因素对铜镍浸出效果的影响。实验结果表明, 在铜阳极泥质量20.0 g、2.0 mol/L硫酸溶液100 mL、固液比1/5、浸出温度85 ℃、浓硝酸用量2.0 mL、搅拌速度500 r/min和浸出时间90 min时, Cu和Ni平均浸出率分别达到94.58%和80.22%, 而As、Sb和Sn浸出率仅为4.52%, 1.11%和0.15%, 实现了Cu、Ni从阳极泥中的有效分离。  相似文献

开发了红土铜矿先硫酸化预处理后浸出的两步工艺, 考察了浓硫酸加入量、加水量和硫酸化时间对红土铜矿硫酸化的影响, 以及液固比和浸出时间对浸出的影响。结果表明: -0.15 mm粒级红土铜矿, 在加水量50%(v/w)、浓硫酸用量276 kg/t、硫酸化时间1.5 h下预处理, 然后以水为溶剂, 在液固比6∶1、反应温度60 ℃下浸出3 h, 铜浸出率达到87%。与常温硫酸搅拌浸出相比, 硫酸化浸出法铜浸出率约提高了14个百分点。  相似文献

采用正交实验研究焙烧-硫酸浸出法从石煤中提取五氧化二钒的最佳条件.结果表明,硫酸浓度对浸出率影响高度显著,浸出率随酸浓度增加显著提高.焙烧温度对浸出率的影响也比较显著,适宜的焙烧温度为800℃.焙烧时间和浸出时间对浸出率有一定影响,与硫酸浓度和焙烧温度相比要小得多.石煤提钒的最佳浸出条件为硫酸的浓度20%,焙烧温度800℃,焙烧时间2h,浸出时间为2h,浸出温度90℃.  相似文献

为利用炼铜烟灰中的有价金属,采用加压浸出法浸出铜冶炼烟灰中的铜和锌,考察了温度、压力、始酸浓度、浸出时间对浸出效果的影响。研究结果表明,最佳浸出条件为: 温度160 ℃、压力1.2 MPa、始酸浓度130 g/L、浸出时间3 h,该条件下铜、锌浸出率分别为98.9%和97.8%。  相似文献

对比试验结果选择硝酸直接浸出低品位含钼硫化矿工艺,并通过正交试验研究了矿物粒度、浸出剂浓度、浸出温度、液固比、浸出时间等对钼浸出率的影响.结果为液同比、硝酸、硫酸的浓度是影响钼浸出率的主要因素.试验确定了硝酸直接浸出原矿的最优条件:液固比4:1,用45%的硝酸,20%的硫酸在70℃下浸出粒度为147μm的原矿2h.钼的浸出率可达75%.  相似文献

笔者曾用恒酸、增酸法对易于浸出的沥青铀矿两个矿点的铀矿石进行了小型和工业试验。恒酸浸出试验是在其他浸出条件不变的情况下,维持整个浸出过程的酸度在7~8克/升;而增酸浸出法是在第一小时维持酸度4~5克/升,第二小时5~7克/升,第三小时为7~8克/升。小型试验结果,两种浸出法的铀浸出率均与常规浸出法(即一次加酸法)相当,但比常规浸出法的酸耗节省20~30%;而增酸浸出法又略优于恒酸浸出法。曾对同样两个矿点的矿石进行了增酸浸出的工业性试验,结果与小型试验相似。  相似文献

介绍3种大洋多金属结核的加工方法三相氧化法、嗜酸异养微生物还原浸出法和异养自养混合微生物耦合浸出大洋多金属结核和硫化矿.阐述了3种方法的浸出机理、浸出条件、工艺流程和试验结果.三相氧化法处理大洋多金属结核实现了产品的系列化和高值化,且体现了清洁生产和再循环的思想.嗜酸异养微生物还原浸出大洋多金属结核,在回收有价金属的同时进行废弃物综合治理.混合微生物耦合浸出大洋多金属结核和硫化矿,既可在生物浸出的同时降解有机污染物,又可将在常温常压无法反应的两种矿,在微生物的催化下使有价金属得以浸出富集.  相似文献

本文针对某高磷铁精矿进行降磷试验研究,采用了细磨-多次磁选,反浮选,化学浸出等多种方法降磷.研究结果表明:该铁精矿采用常规分选法难以获得符合冶炼要求的产品,而化学浸出法可以有效降磷,但碱浸成本较高,酸浸降磷则较为经济可行.盐酸、硝酸、硫酸浸出均可获得磷含量合格铁精矿,但硝酸价格较高,因此采用盐酸和硫酸为浸出剂.在适当条件下,硫酸和盐酸浸出均可获得铁品位60.5%以上、磷含量0.18%的铁精矿产品.  相似文献

采用硝酸浸出失效催化剂提取其中金属银,研究了失效催化剂粒度、硝酸用量、浸出温度、浸出时间和洗涤次数等因素对银浸出率的影响.结果表明,失效催化剂粒度对银浸出率影响显著,增加洗涤次数有利于提高银的浸出率.通过实验,确定了合理的工艺参数为:硝酸用量为失效催化剂质量的70%、浸出温度65℃、浸出时间3h、催化剂粒度为0.125 ~0.18 mm、搅拌洗涤3次.在此条件下,银的浸出率为99.52%,浸出渣含银0.072%.综合实验结果表明,从失效催化剂到海绵银产品,银的直收率达到99.27%.  相似文献

针对煤矿开采深度不断向深部延伸,掘进巷道受深部高应力的影响越来越大,巷道围岩整体稳定性差,矿山压力显现越剧烈现象,一般锚网喷加锚索支护无法从根本上控制巷道的变形。总结了平煤股份十三矿-685 m进风大巷注浆加固技术,依据对巷道掘进之后变形监测数据的采集,对巷道变形机理进行分析研究,并对注浆时段进行了合理选择,在对巷道的注浆工艺进行了充分论证的基础上,对巷道进行了注浆。注浆后效果表明:巷道滞后注浆时间段的选择非常重要,巷道在恰当的时间内进行注浆加固施工,能有效控制巷道的变形,巷道注浆后变形量明显减小,岩体的稳定性明显增强,减少了巷道日常维修工作,降低了矿井的生产成本,保障了矿井的安全生产。  相似文献
