本文的研究目的是探索铼酸铵及铼粉中杂质元素尤其是碳元素的遗传行为。研究方式采用扫描电镜微观组织分析和GDMS化学成分检测进行材料中杂质元素含量分析。另外采用ThermoCalc热力学计算方法对碳杂质的气化行为进行了理论分析,辅助解释杂质去除机理。结果表明,铼酸铵溶液中通入臭氧可以提高铼酸铵纯度、降低碳含量。铼酸铵氢还原制备铼粉时,粉末碳含量没有发生本质变化。在等离子球化工艺中,低熔点金属杂质、碳杂质的含量均得到降低。通过最终的等离子球化除杂,铼粉纯度达到99.995%级,碳含量<0.001%。  相似文献

铼是地球上一种极其稀散的贵金属,常赋存在辉钼矿和斑铜矿等矿物中,在航空航天、石油催化等领域有十分重要的作用。目前,从钼精矿中提铼是最常见的回收铼资源的方法之一。文章概述了从钼精矿中提铼的工艺,主要包括全湿法工艺以及火法焙烧—湿法浸出联合工艺,同时介绍和总结了含铼溶液分离提取铼的方法,主要有化学沉淀法、离子交换法、溶剂萃取法和萃淋树脂法等,最后对铼资源的综合回收利用发展方向进行了展望。   相似文献

铼是地壳中最稀有的元素之一,铼主要产自斑岩铜矿(80%)和沉积岩中的层状铜矿(包括砂岩铜矿和铜页岩型铜矿),少量来自砂岩铀矿。然而,我国的铼资源回收主要集中在斑岩铜矿和砂岩铀矿中。目前铀矿床中铼的研究缺乏系统、全面的资料,导致砂岩铀矿矿床中铼的赋存状态和分布规律无法查明。本文探讨了铼元素在各类型矿床中的赋存状态,并总结了前人针对砂岩铀矿中铀、铼元素赋存状态的研究成果,为未来查明砂岩型铀矿中铼元素赋存状态奠定了研究基础。   相似文献

从钼冶炼废酸中高效回收铼一直是研究的热点,本文结合金堆城钼矿中铼回收相关研究,分析了用强碱性阴离子交换树脂和弱碱性阴离子交换树脂吸附回收铼的工艺流程、技术指标和优缺点。目前采用弱碱性阴离子交换树脂直接吸附法,从钼精矿焙烧废酸中回收铼,粗铼酸铵产品经2~3次溶解结晶,制备出合格铼酸铵产品,废酸中铼含量平均为17.86 mg/L,离子交换过程铼吸附率为97.5%,解吸附率为99.7%,总回收率为91.6%,高铼酸铵产品纯度可达99.99%。该生产工艺具有流程简单、生产稳定、技术指标好的特点,具有较好的推广应用前景。   相似文献

铼是我国急需而紧缺的战略性矿产资源,在高新技术领域,尤其是在关乎国家安全的航空航天领域发挥着不可替代的作用,但我国铼对外依存度已达50%,存在安全供应隐患。本文在分析铼在工业发展中的重要战略地位与未来需求的基础上,从地理-地质分布、储量分布、政治经济区域划分、勘查开发程度、工业布局、矿业投资环境等角度论述了全球铼矿资源的分布特征,再结合勘查形势、矿山铼生产格局、供需格局、贸易格局、价格变化趋势、资源保障程度等对全球铼矿资源开发利用形势与存在问题进行分析,从支撑国家发展战略、保障我国铼资源安全供给、实施铼资源全球配置等视角提出了六点启示。  相似文献

拉拉铜矿是四川省最大的铜矿,并且产出数量可观的钼。本文利用等离子质谱(ICP-MS)分析了拉拉铜矿辉钼矿的铼含量,结合前人报道的黄铜矿和辉钼矿中铼含量数据,讨论了拉拉铜矿铼的赋存分布特征,针对性分析了潜在资源价值。辉钼矿中铼含量较高,但不同产状矿石的辉钼矿Re含量变化较大。黄铜矿的铼含量远远低于辉钼矿的铼含量。因此,拉拉铜矿铼主要赋存于辉钼矿和黄铜矿中,二者均具有潜在的经济价值。此外,世界上其他一些典型的铁氧化物铜金矿床也不同程度的富集铼,该类矿床可能将是未来世界铼的潜在资源。  相似文献

本文首先简要分析了全球及中国铼的资源形势、用途及消费结构。由于铼的消费领域集中,文中采用部门需求预测法,通过分析未来航空发动机及催化剂两大主要产业的发展趋势,分别对未来全球及中国的铼资源需求进行预测,预计未来全球及中国铼资源需求量将继续增大,2030年中国铼需求量最大将达到约40吨,约占全球的1/5。由于国内铼资源供应及保障程度较低,建议通过增加矿山铼产量、形成铼资源回收产业化及建立铼的战略储备机制等措施来保障我国铼资源的供应安全。  相似文献
