针对河北唐山地区煤泥伴生高岭土矿物含量高,以林西选煤厂的主焦煤煤泥浮选入料为研究对象,原矿经磨矿采用串联Φ150 mm、Φ75 mm、Φ50 mm、Φ10 mm水力旋流器进行提纯高岭土,Al2O3的含量在Φ10 mm旋流器溢流中得到富集,为36.34%,高岭石富集效果显著,采用高梯度磁选机对Φ10 mm旋流器溢流产品磁选,磁选精矿Fe2O3含量降低至1.07%,煅烧后白度为82.34%,对Φ150 mm、Φ75 mm、Φ50 mm旋流器底流产品进行混合浮选试验研究,在保证精煤质量的前提下,精煤产率提高率达到8.90%。  相似文献

针对通化地区黏土含量大、主导粒级为高灰细粒级的难浮煤泥,采用小锥角水力旋流器进行高效脱泥探索,旋流器产物进行粒度和矿物组成分析,底流进行分步释放浮选试验。结果表明,采用Φ150 mm小锥角水力旋流器作为煤泥浮选前脱泥的主要设备;Φ150 mm与Φ75 mm旋流器串联脱泥工艺中,0.045 mm粒级脱除率达到67.73%,灰分为50.10%,且高岭石、伊利石等黏土矿物在Φ75 mm旋流器溢流中实现富集;Φ150 mm与Φ75 mm旋流器底流单独或混合入料浮选,精煤产率(占本级)及可燃体回收率均比原煤泥直接浮选提高了2~3倍。  相似文献

以江西崇义小坑砂质高岭土为研究对象,在矿物学研究的基础上,分别进行筛析和水析试验、分级、水力旋流器、磁选、煅烧、漂白、剥片等工艺试验研究。研究结果表明,小坑高岭土自然白度大于70%,-0.045mm精矿煅烧白度可达90%以上,精矿产品可达到TC-0陶瓷原料、TL-1级涂料产品、XT-2级橡塑填料产品的工业要求,属优质高岭土矿。为小坑高岭土的开发利用提供了科学依据。  相似文献

以广西高岭土为研究对象,采用Φ50mm水力旋流器溢流产品为原料,进行高岭土还原漂白试验研究。研究了硫酸用量、加药次数、保险粉用量和草酸用量等对漂白效果的影响。结果表明,硫酸用量为22.08kg/t,分次加入,保险粉用量为6%,草酸用量为4%,矿浆浓度为16%,反应时间为30min。该高岭土经还原漂白后,白度从54.53%提升到75.44%,且大部分理化指标达到搪瓷、橡塑和陶瓷工业用二级以上标准。  相似文献

针对水力旋流器处理细粒级颗粒分级时易出现溢流跑粗的问题,设计出一种渐扩式进料体旋流器,并通过粉煤灰的分级试验,研究底流口直径、压力、给料浓度对其分离性能的影响。研究表明,随着底流口直径增大,底流浓度减小、底流产率升高、分级粒度变细,分级效率明显增大;随着压力增大,溢流浓度减小,底流浓度明显升高,分级效率升高;随着给料浓度增大,溢流和底流浓度都升高,底流产率减小,分级效率降低。当底流口直径为Φ18mm、压力为0.06MPa、浓度为16%时,旋流器分离粒度d50为54μm,且-54μm分级质效率为49.50%,量效率为88.66%;此时,溢流-45μm含量达到88%以上,符合一级灰标准。  相似文献

为了解决传统水力分级旋流器结构缺陷导致的短路流污染产品的问题,设计了一种新型双溢流水力旋流器,并搭建了试验平台。试验结果表明,双溢流水力旋流器的结构设计实现了双溢流、产出三种粒度级物料的设计目标,在入料0.045 mm粒级含量为62.25%的条件下,内溢流产物均0.045 mm,外溢流产物中0.045 mm粒级89.23%,底流产物中0.045 mm粒级25.24%。  相似文献

为减少梅山铁矿降磷系统进入尾矿库的湿尾矿量,对梅山铁矿降磷尾矿进行了水力旋流器再选试验研究,并根据试验结果进行了再选系统技术改造。通过将现有的FX350×6旋流器组更换为FX150-PU-K×16超长锥旋流器组后,在给矿浓度为29%的条件下,采用Φ150 mm超长锥旋流器,在给矿压力为0.25 MPa、沉砂口直径为30 mm时,可获得底流浓度为61.00%、底流产率为85.70%、底流-0.037 4 mm粒级含量为51.55%的指标,大幅降低了湿尾矿量。  相似文献

利用RSM雷诺应力模型和VOF多相流模型,系统考察了溢流管直径对Φ50 mm水力旋流器流场稳定性的影响。通过对空气柱、零速包络面、短路流及湍流强度等流场特性的分析,确定了使流场稳定的最佳溢流管直径范围,并通过旋流分离物理试验进一步验证了该溢流管直径条件下获得的稳定流场能有效提高分离效率。研究结果表明,当溢流管直径过小时,空气柱会发生中断甚至不能完整形成,分选空间内部湍流强度较高,底流分流比较大,短路流量较小。随着溢流管直径的增加,逐渐形成上下贯通的空气柱,分选空间内部湍流强度降低,零速包络面的对称性增强,底流分流比逐渐降低,流场稳定性增强,从而分离性能增强。随着溢流管直径进一步增加,空气柱直径增大,短路流量增加,流场稳定性降低,从而分离效率下降。因此,针对所考察的Φ50 mm水力旋流器最佳的溢流管直径在0.30 D左右。   相似文献

在单台旋流器试验结果的基础上对凡口铅锌矿尾矿进行了分级工业试验研究,试验结果表明:保持旋流器给矿压力0.4 MPa以上,采用沉砂嘴直径12 mm、溢流管直径26 mm的结构参数,可以获得浓度高于50%的旋流器沉砂,其相对于Φ24 m浓密机溢流产率为26.17%~36.15%。同时,旋流器沉砂的过滤性能得到一定改善,圆盘过滤机滤饼水分可降至25%以下;陶瓷过滤机滤饼水分能低至13%左右。  相似文献

针对煤矿开采深度不断向深部延伸,掘进巷道受深部高应力的影响越来越大,巷道围岩整体稳定性差,矿山压力显现越剧烈现象,一般锚网喷加锚索支护无法从根本上控制巷道的变形。总结了平煤股份十三矿-685 m进风大巷注浆加固技术,依据对巷道掘进之后变形监测数据的采集,对巷道变形机理进行分析研究,并对注浆时段进行了合理选择,在对巷道的注浆工艺进行了充分论证的基础上,对巷道进行了注浆。注浆后效果表明:巷道滞后注浆时间段的选择非常重要,巷道在恰当的时间内进行注浆加固施工,能有效控制巷道的变形,巷道注浆后变形量明显减小,岩体的稳定性明显增强,减少了巷道日常维修工作,降低了矿井的生产成本,保障了矿井的安全生产。  相似文献
