采用液相线造法铸造A356铝合金获得金属半固态加工要求的细小、等轴“非枝晶”组织,考察铸造温度,保温时间及冷却速度对结晶组织的影响。在液相线附近,随铸造温度升高和保温时间的延长,晶粒变大,形状变得圆整,结晶组织均匀。冷却速度快,晶粒细小。铸锭中心部位组织比边缘部位组织粗大,且均匀、球化明显。结果表明,液相线半连续铸造可以获得理想的A356铝合金半固态浆料。  相似文献

利用自行设计的模具,采用半固态触变锻造的方法,研究近液相线铸造法制备的ZL201铝合金半固态坯料触变成形件的组织和性能.结果表明,半固态闭模锻造成形后的成形件组织均匀、致密.合金在525℃~530℃固溶12h、155℃时效20h后,强化相充分溶解,均匀析出,合金的维氏硬度可达129.8HV.半固态触变锻造可以获得理想的成形件.  相似文献

对低温浇注A356铝合金的组织和二次加热组织转变规律及半固态锻造铝合金轮毂的组织与力学性能进行了研究.结果表明:在635~ 655℃下浇注,可获得具有细小均匀、近球形晶粒的A356铝合金圆棒坯,圆棒坯在600℃下加热60 min,晶粒进一步球化;在750kN锻压力下可锻造成铝合金轮毂,经T6热处理后,轮毂的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为327.6MPa,228.3MPa和7.8%.表明,低温浇注法制备半固态坯料与半固态锻造工艺相结合,可生产出高性能的铝合金轮毂.  相似文献

对A380铝合金液态与半固态压铸成形件在压铸态和T6热处理态下的力学性能与微观组织进行了研究.力学性能测试结果表明,两种不同成形方法所得的成形件在压铸态时强度相差不大,但半固态成形件的塑性几乎是液态成形件的2倍.经T6热处理后,半固态压铸件的抗拉强度有所提高,液态压铸件的抗拉强度却下降很大;两者的延伸率均有所下降,其中液态压铸件的延伸率下降幅度较大.微观组织研究结果表明,半固态压铸成形件适合进行热处理.  相似文献

研究自制铸造高合金不锈钢的热处理工艺对其组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,随固溶温度升高(950~1 100 ℃ ),试样耐点蚀性能显著提高。试验不锈钢最佳热处理工艺为1 100 ℃保温0.5 h+ 水冷的固溶处理和550 ℃保温4 h+ 油冷的时效处理,可以获得耐点蚀性能与力学性能的良好配合。该热处理工艺可使不锈钢具有好的耐腐蚀能力及综合力学性能。  相似文献

试验试样为汽车发动机外壳,壳体所用材料为ADC12(AlSi9Cu3),此壳体的铸造方式为压铸.基于铸造工艺设计原理和压铸凝固过程数值分析理论,用Anycasting模拟软件对试样铸造浇铸过程进行模拟分析,并对外壳进行铸造仿真.通过仿真数据进行正交试验,研究浇铸温度、压射速度、模具温度对铸件压铸工艺的影响,最终得出的最佳工艺参数为浇铸温度700℃、压射速度3m/s及模具温度220℃.该研究对实际生产具有指导意义,可改善汽车发动机壳体的质量.  相似文献

利用钨极氩弧焊对AZ61镁合金实施对接焊,并对固溶处理后的焊缝进行时效处理。利用扫描电镜、能谱仪、显微硬度仪和试样拉伸设备研究时效处理时间对焊缝微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,时效处理使得融熔区和热影响区均有γ-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相析出,时效处理16 h试样的热影响区析出物出现连续状分布,明显提高了试样热影响区的硬度。200℃下时效处理2 h的试样综合力学性能最好,焊缝整体的拉伸强度提高了近135 MPa。  相似文献

针对黏弹夹层结构试验装置中的黏弹性材料特性及其受压作用情形,采用自选黏弹性材料制备了夹层试样、拉伸与压缩试样。采用烘箱,通过高温和氧化2个主要老化因素进行了热氧加速老化试验,获得了不同老化程度的黏弹性材料试样。采用拉伸和压缩试样,进行了黏弹性材料的拉伸和压缩力学性能测试试验,获得了不同老化程度下的拉伸模量和压缩模量性能指标,为黏弹夹层结构的老化状态性能研究提供了有效的试验基础和理论依据。  相似文献

通过硬度和拉伸试验,分析A356铝合金的力学性能与微观结构.结果表明,表面硬度受浇铸位置的影响不大,而拉伸强度沿浇铸路径,由底部到顶部逐渐减小.共晶硅相平均粒径与二次枝晶臂间距减小提高合金力学性能,沉淀相与位错的相互作用使A356铝合金强度升高而延伸率降低.  相似文献
