原子荧光光谱法测定化探样品中微量硒碲   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本法采用硝酸分解样品,不经分离富集,以硫脲、浓盐酸作还原剂,三价铁盐为减缓剂,断续流动氢化物发生,原子荧光光谱法测定化探样品中微量Se、Te。本法适用于0.10-2.0ug/g的Se,0.01-0.80μg/g的Te的测定,方法简便快捷,可满足大批化探样品的分析,经国家一级标准物质分析,其结果与推荐值基本一致。  相似文献

采用微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法同时测定锌电解液中微量镉和铅,Cd2+,Pb2+分别在-0.6V和-0.4V左右产生灵敏溶出峰。在选定的最佳实验条件下,通过标准加入法对锌电解液中微量镉和铅进行分析,其相对标准偏差分别为0.6%,0.9%,回收率分别为96.0%~100.4%和96.4%~104.0%,测定结果令人满意。  相似文献

研究高纯阴极铜中微量银的ICP—MS直接测定方法,选择仪器的最佳参数和最佳测定条件。通过加入内标^115In,消除基体铜的基体效应对测定银的干扰,测定结果更准确、可靠。方法可准确测定高纯阴极铜样品中0.000x%-0.002x%的银,相对标准偏差为4.52%,加标回收率95.7%-106.7%。该方法已用于高纯阴极铜中微量银的测定,并取得了满意的结果。  相似文献

研究了石墨炉原子吸收光度法测定微量铝时盐酸、氯化铁的干扰,试验了多种基体改进剂对铝的测定影响,选定磷酸氢二铵[(NH4)2HPD4]作为测定体系的基体改进剂,采用标准加入法,回收率为94%一109%,相对标准偏差≤10.16%,检出限为0.0080μg/ml(2σ),测定范围为10^-3-10^-1。  相似文献

采用HNO3--H2SO4混合酸消化化妆品样品,氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定As、Hg,对仪器条件、HCl酸度、共存干扰进行了试验。As的方法检出限为0.0227μg/g,测定精密度0.9%~1.4%,回收率为96.0%~102.7%、Hg的方法检出限为0.171ng/g,测定精密度1.4%~2.0%,回收率为90.0%-105.0%。  相似文献

研究了高纯铅中微量铋的氢化物 -原子荧光光谱简便、快速测定方法。详细考察了最佳测定条件、干扰情况和干扰消除方法及酸度。结果表明 ,采用硝酸溶解样品 ,蒸至有硝酸铅析出后 ,加入盐酸酸度达 2 0 %时 ,基体铅以氯化铅形式沉淀 ,消除基体铅的影响 ,其它共存离子也不干扰铋的测定。测定铋的检出限 (3σ)为 0 3 2ng/mL。按操作步骤对样品进行分析 ,铋的检出下限可达 0 1μg/g ,样品加标回收率在 97 2 %~ 10 5 0 %之间  相似文献

水样经HNO3和H2SO4消解并用硫脲掩蔽Hg2+后,在pH值为5~6时,以二甲酚橙(XO)为指示剂,用EDTA标准溶液滴定废水中能与EDTA络合的全部金属离子的总量;然后在另一份相同试液中,先加入KI掩蔽Cd2+,再用EDTA标准溶液滴定除镉外的其它金属离子,利用二者之差计算镉的含量,实现了采用KI掩蔽-EDTA差减滴定法测定工业废水中微量镉的方法.讨论了溶液的酸度、掩蔽剂的选择等实验条件及对测定的影响,并利用t检验法进行了显著性检验.测定结果与标准方法相符合,相对标准偏差<1.0%,加标回收率在98.9%~100.3%之间.  相似文献

在碱性介质中,痕量锰(Ⅱ)能显著催化H2O2氧化水杨基荧光酮的反应。本文据此建立了测定痕量锰的催化动力学分析法,测定条件为:4.0×10-5mol/L水杨基荧光配(SAF)0.012/H2O2,2.4×10-2mol/LNaOH,60℃。线性范围为0.1~2.0μg/L,方法检测限为0.02μg/L。测得反应表现活化能为20.78kJ/mol。测定了土壤、碳素钢及铝合金等样品中锰的含量,结果满意。  相似文献
