采用N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,利用水溶液聚合法制备了淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺/沸石高吸水性复合材料,研究了淀粉与单体的配比、沸石添加量、交联剂用量、引发剂用量及中和度对吸水倍率的影响,探讨了复合材料的保水性,用红外光谱表征复合材料的结构。结果表明:沸石在聚合物中能较好分散,复合材料吸自来水倍率达365g/g,对生理盐水溶液的吸水倍率达67g/g,其保水性能良好。  相似文献

在室温下制备出互穿网络的多元复合新型高吸水性复合材料,不仅降低了其生产成本,而且有利于大规模生产。通过水溶液氧化还原常温聚合体系,以丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为单体,添加硅藻土,同时加入聚乙烯醇为交联改性剂,在室温下制取了硅藻土高吸水性复合材料。通过正交实验得到的复合材料其吸蒸馏水倍率达1 423 g/g,吸0.9%盐水的倍率达106g/g,并以最优组合为基础,通过单因素实验着重研究了引发剂、交联剂、中和度等对吸水倍率的影响,结果表明当引发剂的用量为0.30%~0.40%,交联剂的添加量为0.04%~0.06%,中和度为75%时,复合材料的吸水性能最好。  相似文献

以N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾/亚硫酸钠为引发剂,丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,采用微波法合成杭锦土聚合丙烯酸钠-丙烯酰胺复合高吸水树脂。研究结果表明,当杭锦土添加量为50%,AM∶AA比例为25%,交联剂用量为0.05%,引发剂用量为8%,NaOH中和度为85%时,该复合材料具有最大吸水倍率,其吸蒸馏水和自来水倍率分别为628.88g/g和121.92g/g。  相似文献

以膨胀蛭石(EVMT)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,通过水溶液聚合法制得了聚(丙烯酸-co-丙烯酰胺)/蛭石高吸水保水复合材料.研究了蛭石的添加量、丙烯酰胺用量、中和度、引发剂用量以及交联剂用量等对吸水率的影响.得到的最佳反应条件为:中和度为70%.丙烯酰胺、蛭石、引发荆和交联剂量分别为丙烯酸单体质量20%、12%、0.8%和0.12%.结果表明,蛭石加入量为12%时,复合材料的吸水和保水性能明显得到增强.  相似文献

使用过氧化物-叔胺氧化还原引发剂体系在室温条件下快速合成交联聚丙烯酰胺/膨润土复合材料。该复合材料中膨润土的含量可达到70%, 其吸水膨胀速度快, 浸水24 h后, 吸水体积膨胀率可达到其最大吸水体积膨胀率的80%以上, 吸水体积膨胀率较高, 吸水膨胀后不开裂, 不分散, 可以被用做吸水膨胀类型防水材料。影响其吸水体积膨胀率的主要因素是膨润土的含量。使用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外(FTIR)和热重(TG)对复合材料的结构进行了表征和分析, 结果表明, 膨润土在聚合过程中除了层间距有所增大外, 基本结构不变, 而且分散度提高; 吸水性复合材料的热稳定性提高。  相似文献
