矿工安全行为能力评估方法研究

评估矿工个体安全行为能力,有助于实现安全管理岗位的甄选优化,减少人因导致的煤矿事故。基于行为的产生过程,优选出安全生理、行为能力、个性心理、情操等4个一级指标和相应的次级指标,建立了个体安全行为能力评估指标体系和测评方法;在此基础上,设计制作出个体安全行为能力测评装置,可方便快捷地综合测评矿工安全行为能力。研究成果将对煤矿企业安全管理和科学研究提供有力的帮助。     

煤矿安全投入模糊综合评价

根据"三E"理论结合煤矿生产过程,建立了人、科学技术、安全管理3个单元和15个3级评价指标的多因素综合评价指标体系.运用层次分析法确定各评价指标权重,且通过模糊综合评价,证明指标的合理性.评价结果显示:人才培养和安全技术的投入是事故预防的关键.     

模糊评价法在矿工不安全心理研究中的应用

煤矿事故通常与矿工的不安全心理因素密切相关。在分析矿工不安全心理时,使用层次分析法对矿工的不安全心理进行了具体的模型量化分析,并用模糊评价法对该模型进行了评价。     

基于4M煤矿本质安全管理评价指标体系建立的探讨

煤矿本质安全管理体系的研究和应用正蓬勃开展,但其合理评价指标体系的建立仍是一个难题。在分析事故致因内涵的基础上,从人、机器设备、环境和管理即4M的角度建立煤矿本质安全管理评价指标体系,其中一级指标4个,二级指标14个,三级指标34个,力求达到客观评价煤矿企业的真实本质安全管理水平。     

煤矿班组安全文化模糊综合评价模型及应用

根据国家对煤炭行业安全生产要求,依据煤矿班组安全文化建设的自身特点,在评价指标选取的原则的基础上,建立了安全环境、安全管理、安全教育、班组成员素质、矿工行为、事故的参与6个2级指标和17项3级评价指标的多因素评价体系。运用模糊Borda法和层次分析法确定指标权重值,并建立了模糊综合评价模型。通过模糊综合评价分析,确定了指标准确性和可靠性,符合企业安全生产发展需要。

煤矿事故的发生大多是由于人的不安全行为导致的,而人的不安全行为又受人的个性心理影响.从安全心理学的角度分析了矿工的个性心理特征及个性倾向性,探讨了掌握不同矿工的个性心理与提高煤矿安全管理的关系,对避免伤害和事故,促进煤矿安全生产具有一定的现实意义.     

典型事故案例分析在煤矿安全心理培训中的作用

在煤矿的安全生产运行中,人是核心因素。人的不安全行为的背后,起支配作用的大多是一些可能导致安全事故的不安全的心理因素。要改变矿工对安全的态度,必须根据心理过程与煤矿生产安全之间的内在联系,针对矿工的不安全心理,开展培训。在安全培训中,煤矿事故案例分析对改善或消除矿工不安全心理具有特别的效果,从根本上转变矿工的不安全心理状态,能够从源头上有效预防煤矿生产安全事故的发生。     

基于层次分析法的矿工不安全行为影响因素及其权重研究

针对煤矿员工的不安全行为所导致的事故频发现象,综合分析得到影响矿工不安全行为的5个一级指标下13个二级指标,运用层次分析法建立层次结构模型,计算煤矿员工不安全行为影响因素的权重并分级。结果表明:对矿工不安全行为的影响最重要的为自身因素、组织管理和工作环境,设备因素和社会因素影响则较小,为企业预防事故发生提供了理论依据。     

“班中餐”对煤矿安全生产的影响探讨

根据煤矿80%以上的事故是由于人的不安全行为所引发的事实,利用行为科学和营养学等的相关成果,按照"心理支配行为,不安全行为导致事故"这样的逻辑关系,重点分析论证了食物对人心理、生理的影响以及对安全生产的潜在作用,指出了煤矿利用"班中餐"减少矿工不安全心理应注意的问题。
