查干淖尔矿辅运大巷、回风大巷变形严重,属弱胶结软岩巷道。由于巷道原支护结构破坏严重,根据现有巷道具体情况,通过优化支护参数,应用软岩非线性大变形理论,提出了弱胶结软岩地层中全岩巷道的支护方案。针对弱胶结软岩的工程特性,水对弱胶结软岩岩性的重要影响,设计了在富水条件下的施工方法,并结合现场监测数据验证了支护方案的合理性。  相似文献

弱胶结软岩巷道锚网索耦合支护技术研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为解决弱胶结软岩巷道支护困难的问题,以伊犁一矿弱胶结软岩巷道为研究对象,结合煤岩物理力学性质及原岩应力测试结果,在分析巷道围岩变形破坏原因的基础上,通过优化支护参数提出了锚网索耦合支护方案。在利用数值模拟验证新支护方案可靠性的基础上,通过现场观测分析总结了采用新支护方案后巷道围岩变形有巷道开挖影响、变形限制、稳定变形3个阶段。结果表明:顶底板移近量平均为50 mm,两帮移近量平均为23 mm,变形稳定时间缩短为15 d;锚网索耦合支护能有效控制巷道围岩变形,改善围岩应力状态,充分利用深部围岩的自承载力。  相似文献

针对西部浅埋弱胶结软岩巷道的复杂地质条件,基于X射线衍射试验、电镜扫描、岩石力学物理试验与现场监测,揭示了西部浅埋弱胶结软岩巷道围岩变形破坏失稳机理。根据巷道围岩大变形破坏特征,建立了FLAC3D数值模型,模拟演化了弱胶结软岩巷道的围岩应力位移分布规律和塑性区范围,研究结果表明:弱胶结软岩巷道围岩最大主应力决定了巷道围岩的破坏深度,且随围岩深度近似呈"へ"形分布;巷道围岩不同方向深部变形s与巷道表面距离h呈负指数衰减变化的关系。通过对比分析,数值模拟塑性区范围和地质雷达探测松动圈厚度基本一致,从而为弱胶结软岩巷道围岩稳定性分析及支护加固方案设计提供了科学指导。最后针对弱胶结软岩巷道塑性区范围,提出了"锚网喷主动支护+36U型钢支架+全断面锚注"的联合支护技术,现场监测结果表明改进的支护方案可以有效控制巷道围岩变形及塑性区的扩展,保证了巷道的长期稳定及安全。  相似文献

泥质弱胶结软岩巷道开挖后,围岩变形量大、变形持续时间长,巷道变形破坏严重,即围岩顶板下沉、两帮内挤、底鼓、强流变等,极不利于施工安全与围岩控制。基于榆树井煤矿井底车场巷道围岩松动圈测试、地应力测试、岩石力学性质试验、矿物成分分析及围岩变形与支护结构受力监测等地质力学技术手段,探测了泥质弱胶结软岩巷道围岩松动圈范围,掌握了井底车场地应力分布规律,获得了泥质弱胶结软岩的物理与力学特性,揭示了泥质弱胶结软岩巷道矿压显现规律,反映了泥质弱胶结软岩巷道围岩变形与支护结构受力特征,分析了泥质弱胶结软岩巷道变形破坏特征与机理,给出了巷道优化布置与支护对策,并成功应用于工程实践。  相似文献

弱胶结软岩巷道围岩稳定控制是煤矿安全生产需要解决的一个技术难题。为研究弱胶结软岩巷道围岩的变形破坏特征以及合理的支护技术,以色连二矿12307巷道为研究背景,考虑采空区积水下渗对弱胶结软岩强度的影响,采用FLAC3D对“锚杆索网”以及“钢筋网+全锚索+混凝土地坪”两种支护方案下弱胶结软岩巷道的应力、变形、塑性区等分布特征进行了数值模拟分析。研究结果表明,常规“锚杆索网”联合支护下富水弱胶结软岩巷道很难维持自身的稳定,其围岩变形量以及破坏范围将随着巷道的向前开挖而持续增长,最终在顶板、底板、两帮出现的最大位移分别为630、410、155 mm,而塑性区深度则可达5.9、4.0、6.0 m。而“钢筋网+全锚索+混凝土地坪”联合支护下,富水弱胶结软岩巷道则在巷道开挖后会迅速保持稳定,并且其在顶板、底板、两帮出现的最大位移分别为37.0、31.2、9.8 mm,塑性区深度仅为2.0、1.5、1.1 m。应用表明,采用“钢筋网+全锚索+混凝土地坪”联合支护能够有效控制富水弱胶结砂质泥岩的泥化现象,有利于巷道的掘进与使用安全。  相似文献

弱胶结软岩巷道由于胶结程度弱,完整性较差,具有来压迅速;应力扰动下,围岩变形敏感等特征。利用数值模拟方法,确定弱胶结软岩巷道锚网喷支护体系优化参数为:采用20mm×2.4m左旋无纵肋螺纹钢等强锚杆,五花形布置,锚杆间排距800 mm×600 mm。锚网联合支护施工后,喷射120mm厚的C20混凝土。监测结果表明,采用锚网喷联合支护方案,不仅能够充分调动深部地层的承载性能,还能够有效减小巷道围岩变形量,形成围岩-支护共同作用的支护体系。  相似文献

为研究弱胶结软岩巷道最佳断面结构形式及相应支护措施,以新疆伊犁四矿区弱胶结软岩巷道为工程背景,对巷道断面形式多样、支护措施难以确定的特殊工况进行探究。结合FLAC3D数值软件,分析复杂地质条件下不同断面形式及相应支护措施下弱胶结软岩巷道的围岩变形及塑性区发展规律。研究表明:弱胶结软岩巷道中不同断面形式的选取对巷道围岩变形及塑性区分布有较大影响,其中矩形巷道围岩变形最为严重;对比五种断面形式的围岩变形量及塑性区分布范围,选定马蹄形断面进一步分析不同支护措施下巷道围岩的变形特征及塑性区发展规律,并与现场监测结果对比分析,提出适用于弱胶结软岩巷道的支护方式,即"二次锚网喷+预应力锚索"支护。  相似文献

煤矿软岩巷道工程支护,尤其是深部高应力软岩巷道支护,一直是矿业工程难点问题之一。为了解决深部煤矿软岩巷道易变形,支护难度大等问题,通过对深部煤矿开采软岩巷道的变形破坏机理的研究结合现场施工情况,借助数值模拟软件FLAC~(3D)模拟巷道无支护以及锚杆锚索锚网砌碹联合支护巷道变形破坏情况,得出在锚杆锚索锚网砌碹联合支护的作用下巷道顶底板以及两帮的变形量明显变小,可以很好地控制软岩巷道的变形。结果表明:锚杆锚索锚网砌碹联合支护对于解决煤矿软岩巷道支护具有良好的效果。  相似文献
