根据实测统计分析,近浅埋煤层大采高工作面支架载荷普遍较大,且随采高增大有增加的趋势,工作面来压存在大小周期,厚度较大的等效直接顶静载是工作面支架的基本载荷。通过物理模拟实验,揭示了大采高工作面直接顶变厚和顶板结构铰接点上移的机理,提出了"等效直接顶"的定义,建立了近浅埋煤层大采高工作面顶板"双关键层"理论。近浅埋煤层大采高工作面顶板主要表现为"双关键层"结构,根据等效直接顶对采空区的充填程度,双关键层顶板结构分为"双砌体梁"和"斜台阶岩梁-砌体梁"两类,常见的是"斜台阶岩梁-砌体梁"双关键层结构。建立了双关键层顶板结构模型,揭示了工作面出现大小周期来压的机理,给出了支架初撑力和工作阻力的计算公式,可为近浅埋煤层大采高工作面顶板控制提供理论依据。  相似文献

现场勘查发现,神府矿区浅埋煤层群间隔岩层厚度大多在15~45 m时,间隔岩层易存在单一关键层结构。文章通过现场实测得出了浅埋煤层群开采周期来压的基本特征:来压步距减小、强度增大、煤壁片帮严重,动载现象、台阶下沉现象和大、小周期来压现象明显。物理相似模拟实验揭示了间隔岩层关键层与上煤层已扰动关键层同步与非同步破断的大、小周期来压机理,发现了间隔岩层关键层与已扰动关键层共同形成的"梁-拱-壳"结构形态,给出了上煤层已扰动关键层结构形态的判别方法,得出了浅埋煤层群开采顶板周期破断可形成"台阶-台阶"、"砌体-台阶"、"砌体-砌体"的基本结构。综合建立了浅埋煤层群开采间隔岩层周期破断结构与力学模型,给出了支架受动静载荷作用的工作阻力计算方法,并得到了现场验证。  相似文献

以陕蒙神东煤田浅埋近距离煤层群开采为背景,采用实测统计、物理模拟与理论分析相结合的方法,研究了浅埋近距离煤层采空区下开采的矿压特征及影响因素,揭示了不同间隔岩层结构形态及演化条件。研究表明,随着上煤层采高增大,来压期间支架工作阻力及动载系数均呈正相关增长;下煤层采高与间隔岩层厚度之比越大,周期来压步距及支架最大工作阻力越大。层间仅存在单一关键层时,层间关键层周期破断可形成"砌体梁"和"台阶岩梁"两种结构;则当上煤层垮落顶板关键层重新形成"砌体梁"结构时,层间关键层与上煤层垮落顶板关键层可形成"砌体-砌体"和"台阶-砌体"2种组合结构形态。  相似文献

陕北神木大砭窑矿5-2煤层埋深83 m,表土层厚度43.8 m,属于典型的浅埋煤层.本文采用最新开发的应力应变全程相似模拟技术,揭示了工作面顶板初次垮落步距为30 m,周期来压步距为20 m,充分采动距离为60 m.预计了工作面来压期间工作阻力为6300~7119 kN/架.最后,采用浅埋煤层"台阶岩梁"理论和工程类比方法,验证并确定了合理的支架支护阻力.  相似文献

针对煤矿开采深度不断向深部延伸,掘进巷道受深部高应力的影响越来越大,巷道围岩整体稳定性差,矿山压力显现越剧烈现象,一般锚网喷加锚索支护无法从根本上控制巷道的变形。总结了平煤股份十三矿-685 m进风大巷注浆加固技术,依据对巷道掘进之后变形监测数据的采集,对巷道变形机理进行分析研究,并对注浆时段进行了合理选择,在对巷道的注浆工艺进行了充分论证的基础上,对巷道进行了注浆。注浆后效果表明:巷道滞后注浆时间段的选择非常重要,巷道在恰当的时间内进行注浆加固施工,能有效控制巷道的变形,巷道注浆后变形量明显减小,岩体的稳定性明显增强,减少了巷道日常维修工作,降低了矿井的生产成本,保障了矿井的安全生产。  相似文献

A hypothesis that associates optimal conditions of mineral flotation with a zero charge of their surface is put forward. This hypothesis serves as a basis for a methodology to obtain and verify quantitative physical-chemical models for a minimal necessary concentration of a collector during flotation of sulfide-free minerals.
