某厂高温高酸锌浸出渣含银401.6 g/t、锌3.37%、铅20.41%、硫12.52%.分析浸出渣的性质和银的物相,研究用硫化钠预处理渣,加入丁基黑药和乙硫氮组合药剂来提高银浮选指标.锌的浸出渣经过一次粗选、两次精选及三次扫选流程,得到了银品位为2017.45 g/t、银回收率达到78.44%的银精矿.  相似文献

某锌冶炼渣含高品位银360 g/t, 银在浸出渣中的形态比较复杂, 且绝大部分银被黄钾铁矾包裹, 回收困难。根据浸出渣性质进行了试验研究, 最终采用焙烧浸出除铁、焙烧浸出渣浮选富集银, 得到的银精矿品位为3 899 g/t, 银回收率为88.09%, 实现了资源的综合回收。  相似文献

为充分开发和利用二次资源,对铅银渣进行试验研究。渣中银品位为158.3 g/t,金品位为1.02 g/t,具有较高的回收价值。铅银渣具有水分大、可溶物含量高,粒度较细等特点。试验采用硫酸化焙烧—洗涤—磨矿后浮选的工艺,当硫酸用量为2.0 kg/t,焙烧温度为800℃,焙烧时间为4 h,磨矿细度-44μm含量占90%,T19用量为2.0 kg/t,硫酸铜用量为400g/t,酯-30用量为300 g/t时,进行闭路试验。经过一次粗选、一次精选、一次扫选、中矿单独处理的闭路流程,可获得银品位为1 755.48 g/t,银回收率为84.17%的银精矿,银精矿中金的品位为12.16 g/t,金回收率为90.52%的较好指标,实现了铅银渣的综合利用。  相似文献

根据锌湿法冶炼渣的特点及性质,通过L9(33)正交试验研究了锌浸出渣浮选银过程中六偏磷酸钠、硅酸钠、丁铵黑药的浮选效率。通过对极差分析和方差分析得出:影响银品位显著性为六偏磷酸钠>硅酸钠>丁铵黑药,回收率显著性影响为硅酸钠>六偏磷酸钠>丁铵黑药。为进一步探索试验效果,根据银品位以及回收率最佳药剂制度验证试验,确定银最佳浮选条件为六偏磷酸铵500g/t、硅酸钠550g/t、丁铵黑药700g/t。采用一次粗选两次扫选三次精选的全闭路试验,获得产率为7.21%,品位为9212.20g/t,回收率为85.09%的银精矿。  相似文献

青海某金矿氰化车间产生的氰化尾渣中,含有金、银、铅、锌等有价元素,其中金品位2.68g/t,银品位28.76g/t,铅品位1.27%左右,锌品位1.05%左右,均具有较高的回收利用价值。利用浮选工艺,在高氰高碱度介质中,在对氰化尾渣进行擦洗性磨矿,破坏金属矿物被氧化的矿物表面后,采用一次粗选、两次扫选、两次精选的浮选流程,最终获得了铅+锌品位33.45%、金品位16.26g/t、银品位332.84g/t的浮选精矿,同时氰化尾渣中的砷被抑制,精矿中的砷品位仅为0.35%,实现了资源的综合回收。  相似文献

内蒙古某锌冶炼公司的锌渣中富集有190~260g/t的金属银,其中可回收的银占到70%左右;但是该锌渣粒度细,化学组成复杂,含有一定量的聚丙烯酰胺,且渣中的银以多种形态赋存,使得银的综合回收率很难得到提高。针对这些特点,在实验室可行性探索实验的基础上,通过中试试验的对比和优化研究,最终确立了一粗一精二扫与中矿集中单独再选的联合浮选工艺。该工艺的中试试验的综合指标为:给矿平均品位为Ag 236.0g/t,银精矿的平均品位为Ag 10743.67g/t,银回收率达62.06%。  相似文献

新疆某金矿的浮选精矿经生物氧化,氧化渣再氰化提金后,氰化渣中金银含量仍较高。针对该氰化渣进行了重选和浮选试验,确定了碳酸钠 水玻璃作组合调整剂、硫酸铜作活化剂、异戊基黄药 丁铵黑药作组合捕收剂、RB-3作起泡剂的药剂制度,以及二次粗选、三次精选的开路流程。氰化渣金、银品位分别为7.40 g/t和24.96 g/t时,开路试验可获得精矿中金品位24.68 g/t,回收率61.30%;银品位67.21 g/t,回收率47.47%的较好指标。浮选精矿产品的X射线衍射结果表明,氰化渣中载金矿物为未氧化的白铁矿和黄铁矿,且脉石矿物的粒度极细,直接影响精矿的浮选指标。  相似文献

为综合回收二次资源,对冶炼废弃渣进行实验研究.渣中金品位为587.15 g/t,银品位为7.80%,具有较高的回收价值.实验采用磨矿-预先筛分-快速浮选-常规浮选新工艺,磨矿细度-74 μm 90%,采用154μm隔筛预先筛分,快速浮选条件为硫化钠用量为500 g/t,硫酸铜用量为200 g/t,戊基黄药用量为100 g/t,酯11用量为50g/t.闭路实验最终可获得金品位为1180.96 g/t,金回收率为94.21%,含银品位15.76%,银回收率94.81%的总精矿,可实现废弃渣的综合利用.  相似文献

甘肃某锌挥发窑渣中碳品位为16.50%,银品位为156.20 g/t。为了综合回收窑渣中的碳、银等有价组分,进行了浮选试验研究。试验结果表明,窑渣在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm含量为75%的条件下,经过一次粗选和一次精选回收焦炭,碳粗选尾矿和精选中矿合并再经过一次粗选、两次精选、一次扫选和中矿顺序返回的闭路流程回收银,最终获得了含碳71.20%、碳回收率为95.16%的碳精矿和含银822.50 g/t、银回收率为82.11%的银精矿。  相似文献

在铁矾法炼锌工艺中,溶解于溶液中的Ag~+吸附于锌焙烧料中残余的闪锌矿ZnS(0.3—0.5wt%S)表面,或生成银铁矾型化合物使银富集于酸浸渣。控制沉矾过程中焙砂的用量,保证沉矾前液清亮是降低铁矾渣中的银含量的有效措施。高酸浸出渣中的银铁矾型化合物须酸分解转化为可浮的银矿物。故从高酸浸出渣Ag(300g/t)中可用超酸浸出—硫化浮选法回收银,银的回收率76.54%,银精矿品位4456.0g/t。  相似文献

针对煤矿开采深度不断向深部延伸,掘进巷道受深部高应力的影响越来越大,巷道围岩整体稳定性差,矿山压力显现越剧烈现象,一般锚网喷加锚索支护无法从根本上控制巷道的变形。总结了平煤股份十三矿-685 m进风大巷注浆加固技术,依据对巷道掘进之后变形监测数据的采集,对巷道变形机理进行分析研究,并对注浆时段进行了合理选择,在对巷道的注浆工艺进行了充分论证的基础上,对巷道进行了注浆。注浆后效果表明:巷道滞后注浆时间段的选择非常重要,巷道在恰当的时间内进行注浆加固施工,能有效控制巷道的变形,巷道注浆后变形量明显减小,岩体的稳定性明显增强,减少了巷道日常维修工作,降低了矿井的生产成本,保障了矿井的安全生产。  相似文献
