以Versatic10为萃取剂从含镍、钴、钙、镁离子的合成硫酸盐溶液中萃取分离镍、钴离子。在25℃、振荡强度200r/min、振荡时间4 min的条件下,Versatic10萃取镍、钴离子的最佳条件为:初始pH2.5、相比O/A=1/3、皂化率60%。用去离子水(pH=6.50)对负载有机相按相比O/A=1/1洗涤2次,钙、镁离子的共萃率均可降至0.5%以下。用2mol/L硫酸按相比O/A=1/1反萃时,镍、钴的反萃率均在99%以上。  相似文献

Alloys of Co78-x Pt x B10Si12 were produced using the melt-spin process in order to study the crystallization behavior and ensuing magnetic properties of the Co-Pt amorphous alloys as a function of the Pt content. We showed that when x>15, well below its stoichiometric composition, CoPt intermetallic compound crystallized in the amorphous alloy. Below this composition, the main crystallization product was Co with Pt dissolved in its lattice. The nucleation of CoPt greatly altered the crystallized microstructures and magnetic properties of the Co-Pt amorphous alloys during annealing. In spite of the nucleation of CoPt with its high magnetic anisotropy, the highest coercivity was obtained when x was 15, free of the CoPt grains. It was also concluded that the Pt addition, in general, triggered crystallization to occur at a progressively lower temperature.  相似文献

Presents a comment on "Psychological treatments" (see record 2004-21168-001) by D. H. Barlow. Barlow proposed that we distinguish between the terms "treatment" and "psychotherapy." The author believes that not only is the distinction unnecessary, but that its implications could have negative consequences for the field of clinical psychology. It is the proposed distinguishing feature that treatments are "specifically tailored to the pathological process that is causing the impairment and distress" that is most problematic. Recently,rare-earth oxide films have attracted more and more attention as gate dielectrics in metaloxide-semiconductor(MOS)devices,showing the advantages of high dielectric constant(k value),large band gap(Eg)and outstanding physical and chemical stability in contact with silicon substrates.This paper reviews the recent development of rare earth oxide-based gate dielectric films.Aiming at the problem that k value of rare earth oxides(REOs)is generally inversely proportio nal to the band gap value,one of the biggest technical obstacles of high k films,we reviewed three strategies reported in recent papers,namely doping modification,nitriding treatment and multilayer composite,which can provide some insights for long-term development of MOS devices in integrated circuit(IC).  相似文献

The crystal structure of silicate oxyapatite Ca2Y8Si6O26 was indexed as hexagonal,space group P63/m,a=0.93515 nm,c=0.67872 nm,α=β=90°,γ=120°,V=0.5138692 nm3.Three strong peaks located at 32.079o,32.595o,and 50.104o with d=2.7903,2.74649,1.8194 was in accordance with,(112),and(213) planes.The optimum concentration of Tb3+ in Ca2Y8Si6O26 to yield highest photoluminescence intensity was 10 mol.% of Y3+.The corresponding excitation spectrum consisted of an intense broad band from 220 to 260 nm.The photoluminescence measurements showed that the green emission originated from 5D4-7F5 was predominant in the measured range with strong doublet lines at 543 and 549 nm.  相似文献

In this work, a reactive synthesis process is proposed to obtain ZrAl3-Al2O3 particulate-reinforced aluminum matrix composites. The process involves the in-situ formation of Al2O3 and ZrAl3 from Al-ZrO2 green compacts. Upon compact heating, it is found that reduction of ZrO2 by molten aluminum occurs at temperatures above 750 °C, leading to the development of ZrAl3 and Al2O3 phases. Thermodynamically, it is found that the reduction of zirconium oxide is driven mainly by the dissolution of Zr in molten aluminum. Because the solubility of Zr in liquid aluminum is extremely small, the formation of ZrAl3 is favored after relatively small Zr dissolutions. The first Zr-Al intermetallics to form at the lowest temperatures seem to be metastable, as infered from the measured atom ratios for Al : Zr of 2.83 : 1. At increasing temperatures, the reaction comes into completion, resulting in the formation of equilibrium intermetallic ZrAl3 phases. The results obtained from differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) indicate that by increasing the scanning rates, both the reaction temperature and the exothermic peak intensity also increase. Alternatively, it is found that by reducing the amount of ZrO2 in the green compact, the in-situ reaction temperatures also shift toward higher values.  相似文献

Aiming at devising new mold flux for Ce-bearing stainless steel, a fundamental investigation on the effect of Ce2O3 on properties of the CaO-Al2O3-Li2O-Ce2O3 slag was provided by the present work. The results show that adding Ce2O3 could decrease the viscosity of the slag due to its effects on decreasing the polymerization of the slag. The crystalline process was restrained by increasing the content of Ce2O3, and the crystalline phases also can be influenced by the slag structure. The crystalline phases were transferred from LiAlO2 and CaO to LiAlO2 and CaCeAlO4 with the addition of Ce2O3 to the slag, which could be well confirmed by the structure of the unit cell of the crystals.  相似文献

An Fe41Co7Cr15Mo14C15B6Y2 bulk metallic glass with a diameter of 5 mm was prepared with the copper-mold-casting method. The corrosion resistance of this amorphous steel in sulfuric-acid solutions was determined by electrochemical measurements. The passive film formed on the surface of the alloy after immersion in the 0.5-mol/l H2SO4 solution for 1 week was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Electrochemical measurements show that the corrosion resistance of the amorphous steel in the 1 mol/l-H2SO4 solution is superior to a stainless steel (SUS 321), and is almost the same as Ti6Al4V, which shows that the amorphous steel has an excellent corrosion resistance in sulfuric-acid solutions. As the concentration of the sulfuric-acid solutions increases from 0.5 mol/l to 4 mol/l, the corrosion resistance of the amorphous steel decreases. The XPS result reveals that a bilayer structure of protective film formed on the surface of the amorphous steel in a H2SO4 solution. The compositions of the inner part of the film are MoO2, Cr2O3, CoO, and FeO, and those of the outer film are MoO3, Cr(OH)3, Co(OH)2, and Fe(OH)3.  相似文献

We reported the magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effects(MCE) of(La0.8Ho0.2)2/3Ca1/3MnO3 and(La0.5Ho0.5)2/3Ca1/3MnO3 nanoparticles by sol-gel technique.With this method,we were able to obtain the samples with particle diameters ranging from 50 to 200 nm.In the(La1-xHox)2/3Ca1/3MnO3 compound,an external magnetic field induced a magnetic transition from an paramagnetic phase to a ferromagnetic phase above Ts=105-135 K,leading to magnetocaloric effects.The maximum value of ΔSM was 1.19 J/(kg·K) at 100 K and 2.03 J/(kg·K) at 152 K for a magnetic field change of 5 T.Because both samples had large relative cooling power(RCP) and wide δTFWHM,the study on systems with the(La1-xHox)2/3Ca1/3MnO3-related magnetic transitions may open an important field in searching good magnetic materials.  相似文献

To simulate the effects of burnable poison doping in nuclear fuel UO2,Er2O3(or Gd2O3)-doped CeO2 pellets were prepared. Changes in lattice constant and atomic disordering for CeO2 due to the Er2O3 and Gd2O3 doping were measured by means of XRD and XAFS. By the Er2O3 doping,the lattice constant decreased,and a disordering of lattice structure was induced in the samples. The doping with Er2O3 also induced the disordering of atomic arrangement around Er atoms,which was observed through the change in XAFS spectra. In contrast,the effect of Gd2O3 doping was smaller than that of Er2O3 doping. The result was discussed in terms of ionic size of dopants in CeO2 crystal.  相似文献

The electrical conductivity of NaF-AlF3-Al2O3 melts with a CaF2 concentration of 5 wt % is measured at a continuously varying cell constant when the molar cryolitic ratio CR = [NaF]/[AlF3] changes from 1.2 to 2.0 [1, 2]. The experimental data are used to obtain a regression equation to describe the dependence of the electrical conductivity of the melts under study on CR, the alumina content, and temperature {χ] = f(CR, [Al2O3], T)}.  相似文献

Recently, (Fe-Co)-B-Si-Nb bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) were produced. Such BMGs exhibit high glass-forming ability (GFA) as well as good mechanical and magnetic properties. These alloys combine the advantages of functional and structural materials. The soft magnetic properties can be enhanced by nanocrystallization. To force the nanocrystallization, small content of Cu was added to the starting composition. In this article, {[(Fe0.5Co0.5)0.75Si0.05B0.20]0.96Nb0.04}100–x Cu x glassy alloys (x = 1, 2, and 3) were chosen for investigation. The GFA and the thermal stability of these alloys were evaluated. The effects of crystallization during heat-treatment processes on the phase evolution and the magnetic properties, including M s , H c , and T c , in these alloys were investigated. The phase analyses were done with the help of the X-ray diffraction patterns recorded in situ by using the synchrotron radiation in transmission configuration.  相似文献

Understanding the viscous behavior of copper smelting slags is essential in increasing the process efficiency and obtaining the discrete separation between the matte and the slag. The viscosity of the FeOt-SiO2-Al2O3 copper smelting slags was measured in the current study using the rotating spindle method. The viscosity at a fixed Al2O3 concentration decreased with increasing Fe/SiO2 ratio because of the depolymerization of the molten slag by the network-modifying free oxygen ions (O2−) supplied by FeO. The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analyses of the slag samples with increasing Fe/SiO2 ratio revealed that the amount of large silicate sheets decreased, whereas the amount of simpler silicate structures increased. Al2O3 additions to the ternary FeOt-SiO2-Al2O3 slag system at a fixed Fe/SiO2 ratio showed a characteristic V-shaped pattern, where initial additions decreased the viscosity, reached a minimum, and increased subsequently with higher Al2O3 content. The effect of Al2O3 was considered to be related to the amphoteric behavior of Al2O3, where Al2O3 initially behaves as a basic oxide and changes to an acidic oxide with variation in slag composition. Furthermore, Al2O3 additions also resulted in the high temperature phase change between fayalite/hercynite and the modification of the liquidus temperature with Al2O3 additions affecting the viscosity of the copper smelting slag.  相似文献

采用铜粉置换的方法从低浓度铜阳极泥加压浸出液中综合回收银、硒、碲、铜等有价金属。结果表明,控制置换反应温度分别为≤45℃、≤75℃、≥95℃时,可以分别得到以银为主的银渣、以硒为主的硒渣和含银硒很低的碲渣。当浸出液中碲浓度很低时,先采用铜粉分步置换银、硒,再结晶脱铜,脱铜母液用铜粉置换,碲置换率可达99%以上,碲置换渣含碲高达36%~43%。  相似文献

The structure and magnetic properties of Gd2Fe15.5Cr1.5 compound were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction and magnetization measurements.The Gd2Fe15.5Cr1.5 compound had a rhombohedral Th2Zn17-type structure.The Curie temperature of Gd2Fe15.5Cr1.5 compound was about 570 K.This value was about 60 K higher than that of the mother compound Gd2Fe17.Negative thermal expansion was found in Gd2Fe15.5Cr1.5 compound in a broad temperature range 294-572 K by X-ray dilatometry.The coefficient of the average thermal expansion was =-3.87×10-6 K-1 in 294-512 K,and-1.58×10-5 in 512-572 K.The magnetostriction deformations from 294 to 532 K were calculated by means of the differences between the experimental values of the lattice parameters and corresponding values extrapolated from the paramagnetic range.The result showed that the spontaneous volume magnetostrictive deformation ωS decreased linearly from 4.73×10-3 to 0.11×10-3 with the temperature increasing from 294 to 532 K.The analysis showed that the ωS mainly came from the contribution of the spontaneous linear magnetostrictive λc along the c axis.  相似文献
