山东某钢厂连续退火机组,出现多次焊缝在退火炉加热段开裂事故。经过对炉内开裂焊缝分析,发现焊缝热影响区强度低于母材强度是退火炉内焊缝断带的直接原因,下焊轮高度低、焊轮表面存在焊渣是造成焊缝质量不好的主要因素。通过焊接前检查下焊轮与夹钳台水平高度相差在±0.5 mm以内,以及对焊轮使用更换标准频次的精细化管理,降低了焊缝在连续退火炉断裂事故。 相似文献

激光—电弧复合焊兼具表面成形较好、熔深较大的特点,在中厚板焊接中获得广泛应用,但激光复合焊时,焊缝冷却速率较快,焊缝淬硬倾向较强,在中厚板低合金高强钢焊接时应用受限.针对宝钢生产的BG890QL低合金高强钢进行激光—电弧复合焊接,研究焊缝组织的淬硬倾向,结果表明:激光—电弧复合焊接接头柱状晶组织特定生长方向明显,但焊缝中心和顶部存在等轴晶.室温和-40℃时,焊缝处的冲击功分别为58 J和40 J,热影响区的分别为147 J和66.5 J,冲击性能均能满足要求.激光—电弧复合焊低合金高强钢可以获得强韧性较好的焊缝及热影响区组织,满足工程应用需求. 相似文献

针对以往现场对焊接工艺的研究偏重于焊接电流、焊接热量的计算以及焊接原理的分析,而对焊缝厚度方面的研究则偏少,造成了焊缝质量控制不利的问题。在充分考虑了连退焊接机组的设备与工艺特点后,对焊缝厚度与搭接量、碾压轮压力、焊接电流、焊轮压力以及焊接速度等焊接工艺参数之间关系进行了分析,并建立了一套适合于连退焊接机组的焊缝厚度预报模型,给出了相应的模型特征参数计算方法。同时以某1 550连退焊机的典型规格产品为例,利用所建模型定量分析了焊缝厚度的影响因素,并将其应用到生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果,具有进一步推广应用的价值。 相似文献

焊机是钢厂连续退火机组的关键设备之一,焊缝质量直接关系到机组产品的表面质量、通板能力和工作辊的辊耗。焊机监控系统是焊机的辅助系统,用于监控焊缝质量。宝钢某连续退火机组原有焊机监控系统是基于DOS的16位程序,而且不能在焊机旁直接观察监视焊缝温度等关系焊缝质量的曲线,这与连退机组领先的工艺水平和快节奏生产不协调。现对焊机监控系统进行了改进,完善了原有焊机监视系统的功能,使操作人员能及时了解机组的状态、焊接的质量,确保生产正常。在实际应用中获得了较好效果。 相似文献

The use of metallurgical wastes in welding fluxes is considered. A new welding flux based on slag from silicomanganese production is proposed, along with the corresponding manufacturing technology. The quality of the weld seams is studied by metallographic analysis. The grain size and content of nonmetallic inclusions are determined. An Olympus GX-51 optical microscope is used for metallographic analysis (magnification ×100–1000). The influence of the fractional composition on the performance of the fluxes is studied. The optimal fraction is chosen, ensuring low content of nonmetallic inclusions (in particular, nondeforming silicates and oxides) in the weld seam. If 30–40% of the small fraction of welding flux is employed, the content of nonmetallic oxide inclusions in the weld seam is reduced. Metallographic analysis shows that introducing the small fraction has no effect on the structural components of the weld seam. The seam is characterized by ferrite–pearlite structure. The ferrite is present in the form of grains extended in the direction of heat transfer. The optimal content of the <0.45 mm fraction in the welding flux is 30–40%. To improve flux performance, the small fraction may be mixed with liquid glass. The use of ceramic flux produced from the dust of silicomanganese slag (<0.45 mm fraction) bound by liquid glass reduces the content of nonmetallic inclusions in the weld seam. However, increase in the content of liquid glass from 15 to 40% has little effect on the content of nonmetallic oxide inclusions in the weld seam or on the microstructure. The microstructure in the weld seam consists of pearlite and ferrite. The optimal flux consists of the small fraction with 15–20% liquid glass. 相似文献

采用钨极氩弧焊和手工电弧焊焊接316L/X65双金属复合管。利用光学显微镜、能谱仪、扫描电镜、力学性能测试及电化学测试等分析手段研究了复合管焊接接头的微观结构、化学成分、力学性能及电化学腐蚀性能。结果表明,过渡层焊缝的化学成分受到稀释较小,过渡层熔合线附近出现了元素迁移,不锈钢层焊缝与母材的化学成分基本一致;扩散层为类马氏体+残留奥氏体,过渡层和不锈钢层焊缝均为奥氏体+少量铁素体;在试验参数下,焊接接头各项力学性能优良、无缺陷;覆层焊缝与母材的电化学腐蚀性能相差极小。 相似文献

Laser-arc hybrid welding has the characteristics of optimal surface formation and greater penetration;it is extensively used in the welding of plates of medium thickness.However,for hybrid welding of lasers,the welding seam cooling rate is rapid;thus,the welding seam has a higher tendency to significantly harden,which has a negative impact on the weld quality of the high-strength low-alloy(HSLA)steel plates of medium thickness.In this study,laser-arc hybrid welding is performed on the BG890QL HSLA steel produced by Baoshan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.,and the quenching tendency of the welded structure is examined.The results demonstrate that the specific growth direction of the columnar crystal structure of the laser-arc hybrid welded joint is obvious.However,at the center and top of the welded seam,there are equiaxed crystals.The impact properties at room temperature and-40℃of the weld area are 58.0 J and 40.0 J,respectively,and those of the heat-affected zone(HAZ)are 147.0 J and 66.5 J,respectively.The impact performance can meet these requirements.Laser-arc hybrid welding of HSLA steel can yield strong and durable welds and the HAZ structure to meet the requirements of engineering applications. 相似文献

In this study, sheets of aluminium alloy 2024-T6 of 1?6 mm thickness were welded using the technique of resistance seam welding (RSEW) with different welding parameters. The peak load, energy absorption and failure mode obtained from tensile shear tests were used to describe the mechanical performance of seam welds. The results revealed that the increase in welding current and time and the decrease in electrode force increased tensile shear strength. The interfacial to pullout transition for the AA2024 seam welds occurred at a critical weld nugget (WN) diameter of 3?77 mm. In addition, a hardness evaluation was carried out in order to determine the effect of welding parameters on the welded joints and it was found that the developed heat affected the joint hardness.Dans cette étude, on a soudé des feuilles d’alliage d’aluminium 2024-T6 de 1·6 mm d’épaisseur en utilisant la technique de soudage par résistance en ligne continue avec différents paramètres de soudage. On a utilisé la charge maximale, l’absorption d’énergie et le mode de défaillance obtenus à partir des essais de traction en cisaillement pour décrire le rendement mécanique des soudures en ligne continue. Les résultats ont révélé que l’augmentation du courant de soudage et de la durée ainsi que la diminution de la force de l’électrode augmentaient la résistance au cisaillement par traction. La transition de l’interface à l’arrachement des soudures en ligne continue de l’AA2024 se produisait à un diamètre critique du noyau de soudure de 3·77 mm. De plus, on a évalué la dureté afin de déterminer l’effet des paramètres de soudage sur les joints soudés. On a trouvé que la chaleur développée affectait la dureté du joint. 相似文献
