为了钢铁工业节能减排、降低水污染和吨钢耗水量,进行了转炉炼钢连铸冷却水过滤器技术的研发,成功开发了一种以多孔PVC陶瓷复合管为过滤元件的过滤器装置。对由多孔PVC陶瓷复合管过滤器过滤的污泥进行检测,可知多孔陶瓷复合过滤管具有很好的分离效果。检测过滤前后的水质,发现过滤后水的浊度和悬浮物含量显著降低,水质达到指标要求。通过工业试验研究和近3年的实际应用,确定了多孔PVC陶瓷复合过滤设备的最佳操作条件和反冲洗条件。 相似文献

定向多孔陶瓷因具有良好的流体渗透性及力学性能越来越引起人们的广泛重视。综述了定向多孔陶瓷常见的制备工艺,分别介绍了阳极氧化工艺、生物模板工艺、添加造孔剂工艺、冷冻干燥工艺以及其他常见工艺的原理以及国内外发展现状,总结了各种工艺的特点,其中阳极氧化工艺主要用于制备高度定向周期排列的介孔结构,此法存在基体与多孔材料分离时产生环境污染问题;生物模板工艺主要利用天然木材为模板,通过渗透、热解、反应等工艺步骤直接复型其生物形态的定向孔结构,此法制备的定向多孔陶瓷气孔率较低、力学性能较差且其制备步骤较为繁琐等问题;添加造孔剂工艺是利用高长径比的造孔剂通过挤压或者施加磁场等方式使其定向排列从而得到定向孔,此法生产大型陶瓷产品时具有一定的优势;冷冻干燥工艺主要是冷冻凝固陶瓷浆料,使浆料中的溶剂定向生长为"冰晶"随后减压干燥以去除凝固相溶剂,从而制备出多孔陶瓷,此法制备的成品孔隙率易于控制且定向孔连通性良好。综述了定向多孔陶瓷作为陶瓷过滤器和交叉复合材料预制体的应用,并对其制备工艺进行了总结与展望。 相似文献

钇铝石榴石(YAG)具有许多优异的性能,被广泛研究和应用.采用真空烧结制备YAG多孔陶瓷,分析结果表明:在1 500℃烧结的YAG多孔陶瓷微孔结构均匀规整,孔径约为5μm,晶粒形貌呈规则颗粒状,断裂形式为沿晶断裂;1 550℃烧结的多孔陶瓷,微孔结构均匀规整,孔径处于2~5μm之间,晶体呈棒状或针状结构,断裂形式为沿晶断裂和穿晶断裂并存;1 600℃烧结的陶瓷,晶粒长成片状结构,孔结构基本消失,断裂形式为穿晶断裂.随着真空烧结温度的升高,不但YAG多孔陶瓷的孔结构逐渐消失,而且能耗越来越多;结合孔隙度、力学性能与能耗之间的性价比综合考虑,确定YAG多孔陶瓷的烧结温度为1 550℃. 相似文献

The deformation behavior of ceramic-metal composites with a bulk-linked metal skeleton made of highly porous cellular nickel
and a stainless wire mesh is examined. It is established that samples of skeletal ceramics remain intact after all types of
destructive tests and show high plasticity and strain and fracture energies. A technique is developed for producing ceramics
with a bulk-linked metal skeleton by filling a highly porous framework with a ceramic powder and subsequent pressing and sintering
of the composite. The technique is tested for two types of skeletal ceramics: structural ceramics such as pyroceramics-highly
porous cellular nickel and bioceramics such as hydroxyapatite-highly porous stainless wire skeleton. The hydroxyapatite-based
composite has lower bending strength and shock bending energy but higher plasticity and nondestructability than the pyroceramics-based
composite.

为了获得孔隙度为(30±5)%TiB2-TiC复相陶瓷,采用反应烧结法,在不同温度下进行真空烧结制备出多孔TiB2-TiC复相陶瓷.主要研究了烧结温度对样品的密度、透气性和力学性能的影响,并对反应过程中样品的相组成进行了分析.试验结果表明:反应过程于1 000℃开始,于1 300℃结束;反应过程中存在TiB、Ti3B4中间相,反应完成后最终产物只有TiB2和TiC两相.随着烧结温度的升高,样品的密度和抗弯强度均是逐渐增大的,最大孔径和相对透气系数则是逐步降低的.于1 700℃烧结制备出的复相陶瓷的密度为3.2g/cm3、开孔隙度为29.5%、抗弯强度达到了120MPa,达到了预期目标. 相似文献

The infiltration of liquid TRIP steel into a porous zirconium dioxide foam ceramics is a possible production line for a new composite material. This composite is currently under investigation and development in the Collaborative Research Center 799. Coupled numerical simulations of the hot infiltration process at the pore scale are presented in the paper. The results of the simulations are analysed in order to study similarities and differences between heat and fluid flow phenomena during the infiltration of the foam ceramics. Among others, temperature distributions in the liquid steel and the ceramics are evaluated for typical casting conditions in a laboratory‐scale experiment. 相似文献

Summary The results of an extensive and systematic study of surface phenomena on the interface between liquid metals and various refractory compounds are presented and generalized. Values of surface energy and angle of contact are determined for liquid metals and alloys.The classification of binary metallic systems according to the isotherms of free surface energy is scientifically justified. The interface activity of shrinkage in liquid metal-solid systems and the kinetics of infiltration of porous materials with liquid metals are investigated.The effect of the degree of wetting, amount of the liquid phase, initial porosity, and temperature on densification kinetics during sintering was studied in several systems.New methods of soldering ceramics to ceramics and to metals are described. Alloys and processes are proposed for soldering optical quartz to metals and for high temperature soldered joints between metals and ceramics. The use of adhesion-active binders for diamond tools and a method of metallization of diamond particles have been developed. 利用反应烧结的方法,通过甲烷碳化还原三种过渡金属氧化物(Cr2O3、TiO2和WO3)压坯,制备了其相应的多孔形态的碳化物(Cr3C2、TiC和WC)陶瓷.通过扫描电子显微镜观察检测,对反应烧结产物的表面和截面形貌进行了分析,并对这三种过渡金属碳化物的孔隙结构进行了初步的表征.通过物相分析研究了反应烧结的动力学过程,发现利用含体积分数10%甲烷的混合气体碳化还原制备多孔TiC和WC陶瓷的起始温度分别为1200℃和1000℃,低于这两个温度时发生其他相变,有其他中间产物生成.利用反应烧结的方法制备多孔Cr3C2陶瓷时,反应烧结温度越高,碳化铬陶瓷的骨架和孔隙平均尺寸越大. 相似文献

以提钒尾渣为主要原料,通过添加结合剂、粘土、减水剂和造孔剂,采用注浆成型工艺制备提钒尾渣多孔陶瓷,该多孔陶瓷可用于化工过滤、窑炉保温和建筑装饰等行业,可以大大提高提钒尾渣的利用率和附加值。通过条件试验较系统研究了煅烧温度、结合剂配入量、高温点保温时间、粘土配入量、造孔剂配入量对提钒尾渣多孔陶瓷性能影响。条件试验表明:结合剂选择铝酸盐水泥,配入量选择6%左右;煅烧温度选择1 050℃左右;保温时间选择4~6 h;粘土的配入量选择10%左右,造孔剂的配入量选择100 m L左右(每150 g原料),可制备符合要求的提钒尾渣多孔陶瓷。 相似文献
