基于MES的焦炉生产自动化关键技术研究

为实现炼焦生产自动化,对焦炉车辆走行采用双曲线自动跟踪控制技术。根据该模型技术,炼焦生产MES在ERP管控一体化总体调度下,实现了炼焦生产过程的智能化控制,提高了炼焦生产效率和焦炭产品质量,降低了焦炉加热的煤气消耗量。

落实科学发展观创新发展中国炼焦工业

我国炼焦工业发展迅速,但还存在许多不足.要利用市场经济的作用和法律行政手段,进行产业结构调整;焦炉要向大型化、自动化方向发展;充分利用焦炉煤气资源,有序地建设30万t以上的煤焦油加工设施,创新精制精细化工产品,积极推广粗（轻）苯加氢生产技术和加强针状焦产品的开发,以落实科学发展观,创新发展我国炼焦工业.     

换热式两段焦炉及其炼焦工艺
