2016年中国钛工业发展报告

依据中国有色金属工业协会钛锆铪分会对中国海绵钛、钛锭、钛加工材等主要钛产品的产能、产量、价格、进出口量等统计数据,对中国钛工业2016年生产和贸易的总体运营状况进行了评价。分析了目前我国钛行业存在的突出问题,指出：钛行业同仁应群策群力,加大力度开展航空发动机用高温钛合金、船舶及海洋用钛合金、低成本高性能钛合金的研发及工程化应用,完善钛合金相关标准的建立及修订,并提高海绵钛及中间合金产品的稳定性。     

全球钛工业领域的技术进步——第31届国际钛协会年会报告综述(Ⅱ)

综述了第31届国际钛协会年会有关钛的提取、钛材及零部件制造、表面处理等报告。着重介绍了钛的提取和钛粉制造的新技术,针对我国钛资源和钛工业状况建议:研究从钒钛磁铁矿岩矿中提取钛和直接制取钛及钛合金粉末的新技术;加大工艺完善、设备挖潜改造投入,提升钛材加工的精细度,研制适应不同应用领域、不同性能要求的新型钛合金;建立钛切削加工数据库,研发新型刀具和冷却液,提高我国钛合金切削加工的水平。

东北钛材加工现状及市场分析

东北是中国的老工业基地，装备能力和技术力量十分雄厚，尤其是钛材的生产和深加工行业对我国的航空、航天和武器装备配套做出过卓越的贡献；钛及钛合金材料的应用市场广阔，近几年辽宁沈阳地区钛及其合金的熔炼、加工材生产发展迅速，年供应市场钛材2000t以上，但是企业规模小、产能低、发展无序，需要进一步进行引导和规范；东北钛材市场潜力巨大，发挥和发掘东北的钛材加工能力及开发东北的钛材市场，具有十分重要的战略意义。

钛及钛合金在汽车工业中的应用

钛及钛合金加工材由于其具有比强度高，耐热性好，耐腐蚀性能好，低温性能好以及良好的加工适应性，因而引起了汽车工业的关注。钛合金在500℃甚至600℃左右仍保持良好的力学性能；钛及钛合金的耐腐蚀性能优于不锈钢，尤其是在沿海地区耐氯离子侵蚀和在微氧化气氛下表现良好的耐蚀性；某些钛合金在低温情况下具有较好的延性及韧性、较小的热膨胀性能等特征。目前我国汽车制造业用钛及钛合金，可生产板材、锻件、管材、丝材、锻件等各类合金制品，能加工出各种结构形状的产品，性能优良。     

国产钛材在民用工业中的应用和发展前景

本文介绍了中国钛材在一般工业中的应用历史、现状和发展前景。钛材应用起始于６０年代初航空工业对钛及钛合金材科的需求。１９７２年,钛材应用发生了历史性的变化,以化学工业等一般工业开始推广用钛。钛应用量迅速增加,统计总用钛量中,化学工业等一般工业用钛材占８０％。钛材应用的发展推动了钛工业的技术进步,新型钛合金的研制并投入工业化生产,扩大了钛材应用领域。钛材应用取得了显著的技术、经济效果,吸引了更多行业选用钛材。中国的钛工业已步入良性循环,钛材产品保持了较好的产销水平。
