RE(NO_3)_3-HNO_3-P507-kerosene extraction system(RE=La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu,Y)was studied by the response surface technique.14 models for extracting single rare earth ele-ment in a broad range of acidity and initial rare earth concentration were obtained by using the stepwiseregression method.Three-dimensional display of the response surface of the model of extracting Er~(3 )wasshowed as an example,which reveals clearly the dependence of distribution ratio upon both initial acidity and ini-tial rare earth concentration.  相似文献

采用高温固相反应法制备了La2O2S∶Tb3+、La2O2S∶Tb3+,RE3+(RE=Dy,Gd,Ce,Sm)荧光粉样品并进行了相关表征。结果表明,合成样品的晶体结构与La2O2S相同,为六方晶系;荧光粉颗粒的形貌多为长方形片状;发射光谱由494 nm、545 nm、587 nm、622 nm的一系列锐发射峰组成。研究发现Tb3+的掺杂浓度对样品主发射峰545 nm的发光强度影响很大,且在摩尔分数x(Tb3+)=0.02时达到最强。稀土离子Dy3+、Gd3+对La2O2S∶Tb3+荧光粉的发光有明显的敏化作用。  相似文献

Four new complexes RE(ABMF)2AA (RE=Sm, Eu, Tb, Dy) were synthesized by the reaction of RECl3·6H2O with acrylic acid (HAA) and 1-(2-furyl)-3-phenyl-1,3-propanedione (ABMF). The copolymerization of the rare earth complexes with methyl methacrylate was studied by using 2,2-azobis-isobutyronitrile as an initiator. The composition and structure of the four complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, UV-vis and FTIR. The glass transition temperature and molecular weight of the copolymers were determined. Photoluminescent measurement showed that ligand ABMF could efficiently transfer the energy to Sm3+ and Eu3+ ions in the complexes and sensitize the luminescence of the rare earth ions, but could not sensitize Tb3+ and Dy3+ ions. As a result, both Sm3+ and Eu3+ complexes emitted the characteristic fluorescence of Sm3+ and Eu3+ ions due to the f-f transitions. The four copolymers could emit strong fluorescence of the rare earth ions.  相似文献

Trivalent rare-earth ions (La3+,Pr3+,Nd3+,Sm3+,Gd3+,Tb3+,Dy3+,Ho3+,Er3+,Tm3+,and Yb3+) were investigated as the codoped auxiliary sensitizer for the electron trapping materials SrS:Eu2+ in order to enhance the fluorescence properties.It was found that Sm3+ and Tb3+ had the best photoluminescence stimulated luminescence (PSL) effect among the selected trivalent rare-earth ions.All the SrS:Eu2+ samples doped by different trivalent rare-earth ions could be stimulated by 980 nm laser after being exposed to the conventional sunlight,and they emitted PSL with the peak located at 615 nm.The result also indicated that some co-doped rare earth ions could increase fluorescence intensities of the traditional electron trapping materials SrS:Eu2+.  相似文献

Rare earth ions doped gadolinium oxybromide phosphors GdOBr:RE3 (RE=Eu, Tb, Ce) were synthesized by the method of solid-state reaction at high temperature, and the VUV-VIS spectroscopic properties of the phosphors were systematically investigated. Under the excitation of VUV or UV source, the phosphors doped with Eu3 and Tb3 show a bright and sharp emission at around 620 nm corresponding to the forced electric dipole 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu3 , and at around 544 nm corresponding to the 5D4→7F5 transition of Tb3 , respectively. For GdOBr:Ce3 , a broader and intense emission spanned 370-500 nm corresponding to the d-f transition of Ce3 was observed. The excitation spectra were also analyzed.  相似文献

Summary The powder metallurgy method was used for preparing alloys of the rare-earth metals (R) with manganese or iron, containing 79.2 at.% of the latter elements. Synthesis and Luminescent Properties of GdAlO3:RE by Combustion Process   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Pure GdAlO3: RE (RE = Eu, Pr or Tb) crystalline phase was formed at 900 ℃ with the precursor prepar by nitric-citric combustion process. The synthesis process was studied by XRD, TG-DSC and IR spectra. The analysis results show that there are three main stages in combustion process: ( 1 ) water evaporation and organic compound pyrolysis; (2) combusting reaction; (3)pure crystal formation. GdAlO3: RE powder shows good luminescent properties under 254 nm excitation and was proved to be a good kind of phosphors.  相似文献

电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定稀土元素时,轻稀土元素Ce、Nd、Sm的氧化物等复合离子严重干扰重稀土元素Tb、Dy、Ho、Er的测定,因此对混合稀土中重稀土元素进行测定前一般需要先对其分离富集。实验在样品溶解后,将N,N,N′,N′-四辛基-3-氧戊二酰胺(TODGA)用硅藻土吸附后装柱,以0.1 mol/L HNO3为样品溶液介质上柱,通过控制洗脱液的种类、酸度以及洗脱液流速,实现了轻稀土元素La、Ce、Pr、Nd与重稀土元素Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu的分离和富集,建立了ICP-MS测定混合稀土氧化物中重稀土元素的方法。实验表明:控制洗脱流速为2.0 mL/min,用pH 2.0的HNO3淋洗至淋洗体积约为500 mL,继续收集洗脱液,并用ICP-MS检测其中Nd2O3含量,直至洗脱液中Nd2O3的质量浓度小于200 ng/mL,可将轻稀土元素La、Ce、Pr、Nd及少量Y、Sm、Gd洗脱;再改用350 mL 1 mol/L HCl洗脱重稀土元素,可实现重稀土元素与La、Ce、Pr、Nd及部分Y、Sm、Gd的分离;通过选择159Tb、163Dy、165Ho、167Er、169Tm、172Yb、175Lu为测定同位素可消除质谱干扰。将实验方法应用于混合稀土氧化物中重稀土元素的测定,加标回收率在93%~110%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)在1.1%~10%之间。  相似文献
