从洗油中分离精制β甲基萘 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
综述了β-甲基萘分离方法及其研究进展,并就当前工业生产技术中存在的问题,提出了采用连续法减压精密精馏的新工艺。选择合适的汽液平衡模型,利用PRO/Ⅱ软件对新工艺进行模拟计算,计算结果表明这种新工艺具有显著优越性。新工艺对从洗油中分离精制β甲基萘具有显著的工业意义。 相似文献

从煤焦油回收洗油中利用减压精馏、二次结晶的工艺路线,先减压精馏去除部分β-甲基萘和α-甲基萘等前馏分,获得纯度为70%左右的富集联苯馏分,进一步结晶去除二甲基萘和吲哚等杂质获得高纯度的联苯产品.研究结果表明在不影响公司物料平衡的基础上可获得99%联苯,并具有较高的产品回收率.该工艺路线,不但回收了宝贵联苯资源,使企业效益最大化,而且使洗苯能力强的有效组分甲基萘等得以浓缩,提高了洗苯洗油的质量,有利于洗苯工序生产. 相似文献

由于重苯中成分复杂,分离提取较为困难,国内大多数厂家只进行初加工。潍焦集团利用重苯中各组分的熔沸点性质不同,应用精馏技术开发出一种重苯加工装置,分离出溶剂油、工业萘、α-甲基萘、β-甲基萘以及洗油等质量稳定的产品,实现了较好的经济效益。 相似文献

叙述了两种从工业甲基萘馏分中分离和提纯α-甲基萘和β-甲基萘的方法,即蒸馏、洗涤、蒸馏法和去杂质、蒸馏、结晶法。与原工艺的主要不同之处是;预先除去了影响产品富集的主要杂质,使产品的收得率和纯度都较原工艺方法有不同程度的提高,是目前我国一些工厂提取该两种产品的较好的替代工艺。 相似文献

[目的]分析云南厚壳桂叶脂溶性化学成分,为合理利用云南厚壳桂资源提供科学依据.[方法]用GC-MS分析云南厚壳桂叶脂溶性成分.[结果]鉴定出54种化合物,占挥发油总量的89.47%.主要成分为δ-杜松烯(20.55%)、β-古芸烯(16.66%)、匙叶桉油烯醇(8.09%)、α-可巴烯(3.16%)、1,2,3,4,6,8α-六氢-1-异丙基-4,7-二甲基萘(2.36%)和杜松-1,3,5-三烯(2.33%)等.[结论] 云南厚壳桂叶脂溶性化学成分主要为倍半萜类、芳香族和烷烃类物质,该研究为合理利用云南厚壳桂叶提供了科学依据. 相似文献
