本文报导的研究成果涉及两种工艺:(1)苏打灰焙烧法;(2)石灰强化碳热还原法。将它们用于从低品位辉钼矿精矿中提取钼产品的试验已经获得成功。用上述两种工艺已分别产出MoO_3和钼金属半成品,所得半成品再分别用炭吸附—解吸法和熔盐电解精炼法进一步提纯,最终产品的纯度分别达到99.9%和99.8%。此外,这些工艺还提供了包括环境污染和废气治理等的有效解决办法。而它们在处理高品位MoS_2矿石(或精矿)的传统工艺中,正是两个尚未解决的主要问题。  相似文献

对辉钼精矿在Na2CO3-Na2MoSO4-NaSO4和NaMoO4-NaSO4体系的熔盐氧化过程进行了研究。结果表明,在控制适当的工艺条件(配料比、温度、鼓风速度和时间等)下,钼的转化率和脱硫率均可达99%以上。对NaCO3-Na2CO3-Na2SO4体系,钼精矿中的钼和硫分别以NaMoO4和NaSO4形态进入溶液。对NaMoO4-Na2SO4体系,钼以NaMoO4形态进入溶液,硫进入气相,烟气中的SO2浓度达5%以上。  相似文献

通过加入熟石灰和纯碱焙烧,然后用湿法处理焙砂可以从辉钼矿精矿中提取钼和铼。在石灰焙烧工艺中,当熟石灰和精矿的比率为0.875时,在550℃下焙烧1h,焙砂用1mol/L的H2SO4在80~90℃下浸出两次,每次2h,钼的回收率可达99%。在碳酸钠焙烧工艺中,当碳酸钠与精矿的比率为1.05时,在650℃下焙烧1h,焙砂用水在80~90℃下浸出2h,钼的回收率在99%以上。采用炭吸附技术,既用活性炭从浸出液(pH=2.0)中选择性吸附钼,然后用氨解吸,得高纯MoO3。加石灰焙烧后的焙砂在80~90℃下用水浸出1h,铼的提取率可达74%。从低品位辉钼矿精矿中提取钼和铼@刘秀珍…  相似文献

用TBP-TOPO(协同载体)、N113℃(表面活性剂)、液体石蜡(增强刑)、煤油(溶剂)和内相(1mol/LNaOH水溶液)乳状液膜体系,研究了钙(Ⅵ)的迁移富集行为,确定了用此液膜迁移分离钻(Ⅵ)的最适宜实验条件.钼(Ⅵ)在20min可迁移速率达99·65%以上。在同样条件下,一些共存金属高于如W~6 、Fe~3 、A1~2 Ca~2 Mg~2 Mn~2 Ph~2 Zn~z Cu~2 、Co~2 、Ni~2 、Sn~2 等通过化液膜,迁移率很低或不被迁移,只有钼(Ⅵ)能被迁移富集,因此用(Ⅵ)可与这些金属离子得到很懑意的分离.它集后的溶液用分光光应法测定钼.此法已成功地应用到测定钨精矿中的痕量钼,相对标准偏差小平3.8%,结果满意.  相似文献
