按照化妆品卫生规范(2007年版)中铅的检验方法,对发用类、沐浴类、洁面类、护肤霜膏类、美容及特殊功用(美白类的)的50份化妆品样品进行铅含量测定。结果表明,所检化妆品中,铅的平均含量在0~25μg/g,均未超过国标规定值40μg/g,其中发用类平均含铅量最低,平均含量1.6μg/g;美容及特殊功用(美白类的)的平均含铅量最高,平均含量为16.1μg/g;护肤霜膏类平均铅含量为8.3μg/g;洁面类平均含铅量为7.6μg/g;沐浴类平均含铅量为3.1μg/g。 相似文献

Nondairy coffee whiteners were prepared on a pilot scale using four different glandless cottonseed protein isolates prepared
by different processes. Bulk density, whitening capacity, cream separation and oil retention capacity of the whiteners were
compared to those formulated with sodium caseinate and a commercial whitener. Glandless cottonseed protein isolates, prepared
by conventional and aqueous extraction processes, are poor ingredients for coffee whitener production, showing poor whitening
capacity, separation of proteins through sedimentation and separation of fat as a cream layer in a mixture with aqueous coffee.
Succinylated cottonseed proteins showed many markedly improved characteristics as coffee whiteners. Ca. 50% replacement of
sodium caseinate with succinylated cottonseed protein isolate did not affect the quality of whiteners compared to that of

Water extract from Nelumbo nucifera was tested for possible functional cosmetic agent. Whitening effect was measured by tyrosinase inhibition assay and DOPA-oxidase
inhibition assay, and anti-wrinkle effect was checked by elastase inhibition assay. DOPA-oxidase inhibition effect (whitening
effect) of Nelumbo nucifera’s leaf, seed and flower extract was 59%, 57% and 50%, respectively. Nelumbo nucifera’s leaf, seed and flower extract showed 56%, 49%, and 54% elastase inhibition (anti-wrinkle effect) at 200 μg/ml, while adenosine
indicated 26% inhibition. Water cream including Nelumbo nucifera’s root, leaf, flower, stem extract did not cause significant skin irritation. Water cream including 4% Nelumbo nucifera extract was stable for 30 days under various temperature conditions. From the study, Nelumbo nucifera’s leaf, flower and seed extracts showed strong possibility for whitening and anti-wrinkle functional cosmetic agent. 相似文献
