利用六面顶液压机,以铝、钴为烧结助剂,在压力5.5 GPa,温度1 470℃,保温时间5 min的条件下制备出碳化硼-立方氮化复合陶瓷。并通过XRD衍射仪、SEM扫描电镜、维式硬度仪对其进行了物相分析、微观形貌表征和硬度测量,并研究了不同含量的立方氮化硼对碳化硼复合陶瓷力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,当碳化硼和立方氮化硼的比例为7∶3时,复合陶瓷具有较好的综合性能,维式硬度为41.6 GPa、密度为2.45 g/cm3、磨耗比为2.5。将立方氮化硼作为增强材料不仅保持了碳化硼的硬度还兼顾了轻质性能。而铝、钴作为烧结助剂不仅降低了烧结温度还抑制了立方氮化硼向六方氮化硼的转变。 相似文献

将立方氮化硼微粉和TiN、Al微粉按一定的质量比进行混料,在高温和超高压条件下合成聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)复合片,对复合片进行了物相分析、硬度测试以及表面显微结构分析,同时分析了切削淬火钢时cBN含量对PCBN刀具磨损的影响,研究了PCBN刀具切削时的磨损机理。烧结后PCBN复合层中的物相由除了cBN、TiN添加相以外,还出现了新相AlN和TiB_2,说明添加粘接剂与cBN发生反应,并且Al已完全反应,说明复合层中的cBN颗粒通过反应生成新物相,并被粘接剂固结。当cBN含量为80 wt%时,复合片的维氏硬度达到了4512 HV。PCBN后刀面的磨损成一个规则倒三角形,刀具的失效主要是粘结磨损和氧化磨损共同作用的结果。 相似文献

将金刚石复合片中的硬质合金衬底从传统的4.1 mm降低到2.5 mm,以提高六面顶压机腔体的空间利用率,使原来每块合成量由4片增加至6片,研究不同金刚石颗粒尺寸受薄层硬质合金衬底的影响。通过金相显微镜观察抛光后的聚晶层表面的结构,并分析了表面形貌的结构特征。通过超声波扫描仪观察金刚石聚晶层与合金层的结合界面,并分析了聚晶层的界面状态。通过磨耗比测试机检验不同粒度金刚石聚晶层的磨耗比,并参考常用同种型号的磨耗比分析薄层衬底金刚石复合片的耐磨性。同时还分析了6片装不同区域的金刚石复合片的耐磨性能,并通过分析其中的高温高压场的变化,初步分析金刚石磨耗比规律性递变的规律。 相似文献

乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)是十分重要的化工中间体,其下游产品较多。江苏某化工厂开发生产乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品三十多个,年生产规模三万多吨,是国内以乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)为中间体生产精细化学品的综合骨干企业。针对乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品废水特点,该厂结合企业实际,开展了产品优化,结构调整,清洁生产,资源循环利用,节水降耗等工作,从源头削减了污染物的生产。同时投资二千多万元新建预处理装置三套,6000m3/d废水生化处理装置一套,使全厂乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品的废水得到了有效的治理。 相似文献

The objective of the study was to explore the effect of the degree of deacetylation (DD) of the chitosan used on the degradation rate and rate constant during ultrasonic degradation. Chitin was extracted from red shrimp process waste. Four different DD chitosans were prepared from chitin by alkali deacetylation. Those chitosans were degraded by ultrasonic radiation to different molecular weights. Changes of the molecular weight were determined by light scattering, and data of molecular weight changes were used to calculate the degradation rate and rate constant. The results were as follows: The molecular weight of chitosans decreased with an increasing ultrasonication time. The curves of the molecular weight versus the ultrasonication time were broken at 1‐h treatment. The degradation rate and rate constant of sonolysis decreased with an increasing ultrasonication time. This may be because the chances of being attacked by the cavitation energy increased with an increasing molecular weight species and may be because smaller molecular weight species have shorter relaxation times and, thus, can alleviate the sonication stress easier. However, the degradation rate and rate constant of sonolysis increased with an increasing DD of the chitosan used. This may be because the flexibilitier molecules of higher DD chitosans are more susceptible to the shear force of elongation flow generated by the cavitation field or due to the bond energy difference of acetamido and β‐1,4‐glucoside linkage or hydrogen bonds. Breakage of the β‐1,4‐glucoside linkage will result in lower molecular weight and an increasing reaction rate and rate constant. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
