将恒粘度NRVS65用于胎肩胶及缓冲胶,与1#烟胶片进行对比及车间大料替代试验,结果表明,VS65的门尼粘度与塑炼后的1#烟胶片相当,加工性能良好,可满足现生产工艺要求;用VS65等量替代1#烟胶片,对配方适当调整,硫化胶的拉伸强度和攫断伸长率较好,成品耐久性能良好。 相似文献

选择了道路石油沥青、实验室Pressure Vessel Aging(PAV)老化及沥青路面长期老化沥青作为研究对象,分析可知与基质沥青及实验室老化沥青相比,SK90#沥青在经过路面长期老化后,沥青的力学性能发生了明显的变化,表现为针入度与延度下降,软化点与粘度升高.通过傅里叶红外变换光谱和凝胶渗透色谱分析可知,沥青在老化过程中发生氧化发应,生成羰基和亚砜基官能团,且小分子链减少,大分子链增加;运用热重分析仪测定了沥青老化前后的热稳定性,发现老化前后沥青的热稳定性能基本保持不变. 相似文献

本文利用两种不同门尼含量的胶乳,利用掺混法成功制备了不同门尼黏度的NBR,研究了不同门尼黏度NBR对硫化性能及其对力学性能的影响,结果表明:随着门尼黏度的增大,NBR的最大扭矩值越大;随着门尼黏度的增加,NBR胶料的断裂伸长率逐渐降低;门尼黏度越大,NBR胶料的拉伸应力越高,同时恢复曲线的应力也越高,马林斯效应越明显。 相似文献

研究了各牌号天然橡胶结构,以研究微观结构对天然橡胶各性能的影响。本文采用红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、核磁共振(nmR)、热重分析(TG)等多种手段对泰国产1号烟片、马来西亚产3号烟片、马来西亚产1号烟片和印度尼西亚1号标准胶等四种牌号天然橡胶的微观结构进行了表征,并对各牌号天然橡胶硫化胶进行了一系列测试。实验结果表明:各牌号天然橡胶生胶分子结构相同,均以顺式结构为主。马来西亚产1号烟片和印度尼西亚1号标准胶的结晶程度较好,而泰国产1号烟片具有最高的门尼黏度与黏均分子量。各牌号天然橡胶在空气与氮气中的热稳定性相似。各牌号天然橡胶的门尼黏度大小顺序为:1~#>2~#>3~#>4~#。各牌号天然橡胶的黏均分子量大小顺序为:1~#>4~#>2~#>3~#。各牌号天然橡胶在空气中分三阶段进行热分解,而在氮气中的热分解仅为一阶段。各胶料在空气与氮气中的热稳定性大体相同。 相似文献

Compounds of styrene–butadiene rubber (SBR) filled with bamboo charcoal powders (BCPs) were prepared with a laboratory‐sized two‐roll mill. The effects of the BCP loading on the curing characteristics and mechanical and thermal properties were investigated. The results indicate that the addition of BCP resulted in a longer curing time and a higher Mooney viscosity in the SBR materials. The incorporation of BCP into SBR improved the mechanical properties and dynamic properties. Furthermore, the mechanical properties of the vulcanizates after thermal aging were also studied, and the experimental results indicate that most of the mechanical properties improved after thermal aging. 1,2-聚丁二烯橡胶(1,2-PBR)是用于制备抗湿滑性好、低滚动阻力和低动态生热胎面胶的优异材料。橡胶充油可使生胶具有良好的流变性能,加工性能提高,且充油后可提高胶料的抗湿滑性能。本文研究充20-34份环烷油在1,2-PBR中对的1,2-PBR硫化特性、物理力学性能及动态流变性能的影响。结果表明,充油后1,2-PBR硫化胶的力学性能稍有下降,但其抗湿滑性增加、生热、阿克隆磨耗和压缩永久变形降低,说明其用于轮胎胎面胶时滚动阻力较低,能降低能耗,节省燃油,这对轮胎的发展有很大的意义。 相似文献

In this study, the influence of the processing conditions and the addition of trans-polyoctenylene rubber (TOR) on Mooney viscosity, tensile properties, hardness, tearing resistance, and resilience of natural rubber/styrene–butadiene rubber blends was investigated. The results obtained are explained in light of dynamic mechanical and morphological analyses. Increasing processing time produced a finer blend morphology, which resulted in an improvement in the mechanical properties. The addition of TOR involved an increase in hardness, a decrease in tear resistance, and no effect on the resilience. It resulted in a large decrease in the Mooney viscosity and a slight decrease in the tensile properties if the components of the compounds were not properly mixed. This work is concerned with the influence of mica in natural rubber compounds on properties such as Mooney viscosity, processability and rheological behavior. The amount of this filler was varied from 0 to 40 phr and the stabilized and totalized torques, specific and mechanical energies were determined in a HAAKE torque rheometer. The elastic torque (S′) and complex dynamic viscosity (η?) were measured on a rubber processing analyzer (RPA). The results show that mica influences processability and rheological properties, by acting as a processing agent in natural rubber composites. 相似文献
