采用溶胶凝胶方法制备羰基铁/Si02核壳复合粒子.采用SEM、TEM、XRD、VSM、TG-DSC测试手段对材料形貌、微观结构与性能进行表征.实验结果表明羰基铁粉粒子表面均匀地包覆非晶态SiO2纳米壳层.包覆后的核壳复合粒子仍具有很好的超顺磁性能,适当控制壳层的厚度可以提高超顺磁性能.同时抗氧化性能也明显提高.  相似文献

通过溶剂热法合成了较大粒径的磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子,使用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)在乙醇/异丙醇体系中将其表面功能化一层氨基,随后将金纳米粒子(Au NPs)自组装于Fe3O4粒子表面,得到了Fe3O4/Au NPs纳米粒子;采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和紫外-可见光吸收光谱仪(UV-Vis)对复合粒子的形态、结构及性质进行表征.结果表明:所制备的Fe3O4磁纳米粒子粒径均一,平均粒径约为250 nm,形状几乎都呈球形,磁性Fe3O4/Au NPs复合粒子包覆均匀、具有良好的的分散性和磁化率,同时兼有磁性和金纳米粒子的特性.  相似文献

利用钨电极电弧法制备了碳包覆铁纳米微粒,用酸洗加磁选的方法对初产物进行了纯化;用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对产物的形貌和尺寸、物相结构组成以及磁性能进行了表征分析,对碳包覆铁纳米微粒的形成机理进行了研究.结果表明:碳包覆铁纳米微粒具有典型的核-壳结构,内核为金属铁,外壳为多层碳膜;粉体的磁滞回线显示出较好的超顺磁特性,比饱和磁化强度为113.9emu/g.包覆在铁颗粒表面的碳膜主要是通过内部的碳被排斥或自行扩散至颗粒表面及外部气态形式的碳沉积到颗粒表面形成的.  相似文献

利用高能球磨方法制备了Fe单掺杂和Fe、BN双掺杂的ZnO基纳米复合磁性材料,通过XRD结构测试、DTA热稳定性分析、VSM磁性测量,对比研究表明BN的掺入加速球磨样品晶粒尺寸的减小、增强热处理后ZnO的峰强、降低各相的结晶温度,而BN的掺入对球磨样品的磁性影响很少、对热处理后样品的磁性影响也很少.  相似文献

采用湿化学法制备了稀土镝铁氧体纳米磁粒子,并用月桂酸进行了表面修饰。利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等仪器对产物进行表征,研究Dy3+的掺杂对Fe3O4纳米磁粒子磁性能的影响;同时对镝铁氧体磁粒子形貌、粒径分布、晶型结构进行了分析。结果表明,用适量的稀土Dy3+对Fe3O4纳米磁粒子进行掺杂,可以显著地提高其磁性能,且晶型结构不变;制备的镝铁氧体磁粒子的平均粒径约13.2nm,表面修饰后的磁粒子室温下的饱和磁化强度为189.4mT,具有超顺磁性。  相似文献

纳米粒子TiO2/Ti膜的制备及其光催化活性   总被引:7,自引:2,他引:7  
以钛酸四丁酯为原料,利用溶胶-凝胶方法制备了纳米粒子TiO2/Ti膜。TG-DTA、XRD、TEM和SEM的测试表明:纳米粒子经历了无定型向锐钛矿和锐钛矿向金红石相转变两个过程,而焙烧温度为600℃时,TiO2纳米粒子具有与国际商品P-25型TiO2粒子相类似的组成、结构、形貌和粒子尺寸。考虑TiO2粒子性质及与基体Ti片的结合能力,焙烧温度对基体Ti片的影响和纳米粒子TiO2/Ti膜表面形貌等因素,确定600℃是制备纳米粒子TiO2/Ti膜光催化剂的最合适的焙烧温度。另外,以光催化降解苯酚为模型反应,考察了焙烧温度对纳米粒子TiO2/Ti膜催化活性的影响,并初步地探讨了光催化降解苯酚反应的动力学。结果表明,600℃焙烧的TiO2纳米粒子膜具有最高的光催化活性,而光催化降解反应为准一级动力学反应。  相似文献

通过蒸馏沉淀聚合法制备表面带不同官能基团的单分散Poly(DVB-co-AA),Poly(EGDMA-co-VPy),Poly(EGDMA-co-HEMA)-SH聚合物微球,并以这些聚合物为载体,通过原位还原高价金属盐前体,制备了一系列不同粒径的单分散贵金属Au、Pt和Rh纳米粒子.通过X射线光电子表面能谱(XPS)研究了聚合物载体与金属纳米粒子的相互作用,同时还分析了相互作用与粒径之间的关系.结果表明:不同官能团与金属纳米粒子间因得失电子产生相互作用,使得金属纳米粒子稳定于聚合物表面.对于同种金属,与聚合物载体的相互作用越强,粒径越小;对于同种聚合物载体,贵金属的电负性越强,粒径越大.  相似文献

采用溶胶~凝胶工艺制备了纳米TiO2,DTA分析确定了纳米TiO2的锐钛矿相形成温度为378.42℃.XRD分析确定了TiO2由锐钛矿相向金红石相的转变过程是缓慢的,发生在500-600℃.TEM分析表明热处理温度在400℃时,纳米TiO2粒子呈球形,粒径小于20nm,粒度分布均匀.  相似文献

以硝酸锌为原料 ,氨水、尿素为沉淀剂 ,同时加入表面活性剂 ,采用直接沉淀法和均匀沉淀法制备了纳米ZnO粉体。讨论了反应物浓度、配比、表面活性剂种类和用量对粉体粒径的影响。用TEM、XRD、DSC TG对制备的纳米粉体进行了表征。结果表明 :均匀沉淀法优于直接沉淀法 ;表面活性剂的加入有利于改善粉体团聚。  相似文献

以TiCl4、ZnCl2 为原料 ,采用液相共沉淀法制备了ZnO/TiO2 纳米复合粉体 ,并用DSC TG、XRD、TEM技术对纳米复合粉体进行了表征。结果表明 :纳米TiO2 粉体经ZnO复合后 ,耐温性能得到显著提高 ,复合粉体经 90 0℃煅烧后 ,粒径在 2 0 30nm左右 ,TiO2 晶型完全是锐钛矿结构。  相似文献

Polymer-protected monodisperse nickel nanoparticles were synthesized by a modified polyol reduction method in the presence of poly(N-vinyl-2-Pyrrolidone).These nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),selected area electron diffraction(SAED),as well as vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The experimental results show that the addition of PVP and the concentration of NaOh have strong influences on the size.agglomeration and uniformity of nanoparticles.In the presence of PVP and NaoH with low concentration.smonodisperse nickel nanoparticles with average diameters about 42 nm were obtained and characterized to the pure nickel crystalline with foc structure.Secondary structures such as clusters.loops.and strings resulted from magnetic interactions between particles were observed.The chemical interaction between the PVP and nickel nanoparticles was found by FTIR.The saturation magnetization(Ms).remanent magnetization(Mr)and coercivity(Hc)of these nickel nanoparticles are lower than those of bulk nickel.  相似文献

A simple and rapid process for synthesizing lead zirconate titanate,Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3(PZT),ferroclectric powders was developed.This process,combining the sol-gel and combustion process.offers several advantages over conventional methods.including rapid solution synthesis,use of commercially available materials lower synthesis temperature and ease of obtaining ultrafine powders.The precursor solution for synthesizing powders was prepared from lead nitrate.zireonium nitrate.titanium oxynitrate,citric acid and deionized water.The precarsor was investigated by DSC-TG,and the PZT powders were investigated by powder-XRD,IR spectra and TEM.XRD analysis shous that the powders possess a single phase perovskite type structure,no pyrochlore phase exists.and TEM image shows that the grain size of the powders is about 40nm.  相似文献

The synthesis of Nd~(3+),Y~(3+):CaF_2 nanopowder was conducted by azeotropic distillation method,which effectively dehydrated hydrous CaF_2 and prevented forming hard agglomerates.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),scanning calorimetries-thermalgravimetry(DSC-TG),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and absorption spectroscopy were performed to characterize the powder properties.The experimental results showed that products obtained by azeotropic distillation were single phased,rather monodispersed,successfully prevented the hard agglomerate formation and effectively removed the residual water inside the as-prepared precipitate than that of the direct drying.The absorption spectra showed a wider and stronger absorption bands around 792 nm,which should be profitable for LD pumping.  相似文献
