温控负荷能够向电力系统提供多种辅助服务,在提高系统稳定运行能力的同时减少碳排放量,因而已成为国内外研究的关注热点。文中结合国内外研究成果,从参与机制、聚合模型、响应特性、终端层控制方法及架构、电网层控制策略5个方面对温控负荷提供电力系统辅助服务的关键技术进行综述。温控负荷的响应特性和终端层控制方法是构建和落实温控负荷多种控制策略的基础。文中以响应潜力、响应速度以及调控时间尺度为视角对温控负荷的响应特性进行分析,着重从控制与优化的角度对电网调度中的温控负荷控制策略进行分类与介绍。最后,结合“双碳”发展目标对温控负荷进一步的研究方向进行了展望。 相似文献

地球模拟器是在地面上标定卫星敏感器精度的试验设备,主要是研究小型地球模拟器温度控制系统。通过温控系统调节热地球圆盘与环境(室温)的温度差来模拟地球与太空间辐射亮度差,保证热地球的温度在40~85℃。为了保证热地球的温控精度,热地球温控系统我们采用电热膜加热和PID控制的温控仪对其温度进行控制。介绍了地球模拟器温控系统的组成与工作原理、模拟器温控元件的设计,并对模拟器温控系统的实验数据进行分析,由此说明达到所需的温控要求。 相似文献

电力系统峰谷差的不断加大,使得电力系统需要更多的调峰容量。温控负荷作为需求响应的重要资源,可以为电力系统提供调峰容量。为帮助调度侧实现基于能效管理的温控负荷调峰,提出了考虑用户满意度的温控负荷能效综合指标模型和调峰策略。首先,基于模糊子集方法,提出考虑用户满意度的温控负荷能效(energy efficiency ratio consideringsatisfaction,EERCS)的计算模型,帮助调度侧对大规模温控负荷能效水平进行评估。然后,建立温控负荷调峰容量评估模型,用于在调峰时估计温控负荷调峰容量。最后,在此基础上制定调峰策略。调度前,确认温控负荷是否可接受调度,并计算温控负荷的EERCS值和调峰容量;调度时,根据EERCS值对用户进行排序,优先调用EERCS 值低的温控负荷,提高温控负荷群的用户满意度水平,进而提高温控负荷群的能效水平。接着,基于中国东部某城市585户电力用户的真实数据,仿真了在不同功率缺额下的调峰结果。该算例表明,所提的调峰策略可有效提高温控负荷群的综合能效水平。 相似文献

温控负荷在通过需求响应提供电网辅助服务方面蕴含着巨大潜力,但负荷单元数量多、位置分散、状态变化快等特点为温控负荷的管理与开发增加了难度。为便于负荷管理中心掌握温控负荷的响应能力,进行实时的响应控制和调度优化,提出一种温控负荷响应能力动态评估方法。针对大量温控负荷响应能力相关信息获取困难的问题,提出了模型参数辨识方法和运行状态估计算法;为有效评估负荷集群响应能力,提出了考虑响应功率和响应时长2个能力指标的集群响应能力聚合算法;设计了温控负荷响应能力动态评估流程,分别在用户本地端和负荷管理中心实现响应能力的精确计算和简化估计,并通过周期性同步消除累积误差。仿真分析表明,所提方法的评估结果能够表征温控负荷的需求响应能力。 相似文献

In this paper, a novel tricolor dot matrix display system in which all the light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are modulated and encoded with audio information is presented. The novelty is on the concurrent use of the tricolor LED display for simultaneous visual message display and audio signal transmission in a free-space optical link. This is a new generation of tricolor dot matrix displays where, in addition to the usual function of LED display, they concurrently provide audio broadcasting through the visible light rays transmitted by the display panel or assembly. The system is comprised of a tricolor dot matrix display panel with an interface circuit to a computer, an audio signal transmitter, and a receiver. It also comprises an executive program that runs on the computer for the display control of characters, decorative pattern or messages on the display panel. The receiver is designed to demodulate the optically transmitted audio information, and reproduce the messages with the speaker For modulating emission of the LEDs, an oscillator is used to vary the frequency of on/off periods of the LEDs. This paper describes a prepatch panel for a desktopsize analog computer which prewires the computer to simulate a large class of two-dimensional quasi-linear differential systems. A digital computer program written by Westinghouse engineers aids the design of new static logic systems for metal mills. The computer program accepts logic equations specifying the functions to be performed. The program generates circuit drawings of logic circuitry plus paper tape for controlling an automatic wiring machine. The automatic wiring machine wires the back panel receptacles for plug-in cards which contain the integrated-circuit AND/NAND logic elements. The design engineer determines functional requirements to be performed by the logic circuits. He expresses these requirements in convenient logic statement form and adds comments on circuit functioning. Logic and comment statements are keypunched for input to the computer. The computer analyzes the equations, converts the functions to AND/ NAND logic circuits and generates the punched-paper tape required by the automatic wiring machine. In addition, the computer generates the circuit diagrams showing the actual AND/NAND circuits with complete (JIC) cross references and comments on circuit functioning. During computer processing diagnostic messages are generated to aid in finding design errors. Only one type of logic board is used in the new static logic system to perform all logic functions. This reduces maintenance to mere board replacement and greatly reduces spare board inventory. Triac outputs are featured in addition to normal contact closure outputs. Traic is a static ac switch which can operate pilot-operated solenoid valves, contactors, indicating lights, and other common ac loads. 为了增强船舶轮机学员实际操作的能力,本文结合海运学校的实际要求开发了这套船舶电站仿真系统,主要包括2个主配电板、1个应急配电板和1个负载配电板等.运用VC 集成开发环境模拟了船舶电站配电、同步并车、保护、岸电等涉及到的全部功能并利用RS485总线实现与下位机通信.上位机软件部分除和实际配电板具有相同的板面配置外,另外还有相应的动作流程图和原理图与之对应,并具有与硬件的操作相同步的动画显示功能.整个系统既能对现场硬件实物直接操作,也可通过触摸屏操作软件来控制硬件部分运行工作. 相似文献

The capacitive touch panel, a high-resolution position sensor intended for computer displays, must be safe and inexpensive and must sense position accurately in spite of electrical noise, dirt, or direct electrostatic discharge. The implementation discussed uses a quasi-static electric field, applied to a semiconducting coating on the panel surface. A touch draws current from the surface. This current can be used to compute position. If the computation is performed properly, the computed position is independent of touch current and panel coating resistivity.
