环境问题与经济问题紧密相连,由于环境问题的综合性和复杂性,需要运用系统工程的方法和经济学原理,将环境问题置于整个经济系统中统筹考虑,建立相对完整的环境经济系统工程方法体系,将环境保护工作纳入经济社会发展中,使其成为决策中主要考虑的因素之一,并引起应有的重视。本研究从环境与经济承载力、环境投资的经济分析、环境与投资效率比较、环境资源的经济价值以及生态补偿与污染赔偿等方面构建环境经济系统工程的基本框架体系,并结合实际进行案例分析。研究表明,单纯的政府行政干预不如创造条件,如补偿、税收减免、投资、贴息等,使其具备在市场规则下.自动引导资源向环境保护与污染治理的投入,如排污指标的交易等。此外,自然资源是不可或缺的稀有资本,应该将保护生态系统及生物多样性纳入各级政府决策的主要方面。  相似文献

电磁环境仿真具有很重要的意义 ,该文对电磁环境仿真的一些思想进行阐述。首先 ,对电磁环境进行分析和建模。随后 ,讨论了信号仿真和功能仿真两种仿真方法。在信号仿真中 ,对信号仿真的FDTD算法进行详细的推导 ,分析了该算法的稳定性以及局限性 ;在功能仿真中 ,介绍了部分仿真模型 ,并给出了系统框架。最后评估了两种仿真方法。  相似文献

A home network system (HNS) coordinates various networked home appliances to achieve value-added services. If multiple services are executed at the same time, functional conflicts between the home appliances may occur. These are known as feature interactions (FIs) in the HNS. We have previously defined two kinds of FIs: appliance interactions and environment interactions. Environment interaction refers to an indirect conflict of different appliances in the home environment, which is generally more difficult to capture than appliance interaction. Due to a lack of an amount of environmental impacts and requirements to be satisfied, the previous definition missed some obvious environment interactions, or mis-detected many acceptable cases.  相似文献

采用基于视觉的双手手势控制方法,构建数字家庭环境。在获取肤色图像后,通过面积过滤和图像方位分辨出左右手的位置,使用形状过滤算法识别出指尖的位置。分析左手静态手势判断所控制的家电,同时跟踪右手指尖移动的路径,通过方向离散化得到方向向量,使用Baum-Welch算法训练方向向量,用Viterbi算法识别动态手势,实现家电状态的控制。实验结果表明,该方法能有效地在数字家庭环境中完成普通家电的控制功能。  相似文献

With the development of digital home appliances, the vision of a digital home can be realized, and users can control home appliances by remote control through the home network. However, current home networks have a variety of transmission control information media, such as WLAN, Zigbee, ECHONET, and LonWorks, resulting in an issue of interoperability of different network protocols. To solve this problem, this study proposes a OSGi-based service architecture for Cyber-Physical Home Control Systems, which supports service-oriented control methods. Users can control appliances in the physical environment by intuitive operation through a virtual home on the network. When the state or location of any appliance in the physical environment changes, the virtual context can enact timely changes, accordingly.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new hand-held device called “InfoPoint” that allows appliances to work together over a network. We have applied the idea of “drag-and-drop” operation as provided in the GUIs of PC and workstation desktop environment. InfoPoint provides a unified interface that gives different types of appliances “drag-and-drop”-like behaviour for the transfer of data. Moreover, it can transfer data from/to non-appliances such as pieces of paper. As a result, InfoPoint allows appliances to work together, in the real-world environment, in terms of data transfer. A prototype of InfoPoint has been implemented and several experimental applications have been investigated. InfoPoint has shown its applicability in a variety of circumstances. We believe that the idea proposed in this paper will be a significant technology in the network of the future.  相似文献

A computing infrastructure requirement in the cloud computing environment can be specified and composed using virtual appliances, which forms the infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS). Due to the diversity of user requirements, a large number of virtual appliances may be needed. We propose a mechanism called Typical Virtual Appliances (TVAs), an efficient method for providing virtual appliances. In this paper, we present the concept of TVAs and formulate it as an optimization problem with given constraints. With analysis of the software download logs of real web sites, we discover that the number of user requirements follows a quadratic polynomial distribution, and the user requirements are clustered in nature. According to this finding, we develop a clustering-based TVAs generation algorithm, and we show that this algorithm can achieve the optimal result. The clustering algorithm can generate TVAs, which can be transformed to other virtual appliances easily and efficiently. We further design a TVA Management System (TVAMS) to support this mechanism. The simulation results show that our method can meet most of the user requirements efficiently with low storage overhead.  相似文献

With technological and social development in recent decades, people have begun pursuing more comfortable lives that frequently feature household pets that are treated like members of the family. On average, one out of every three households has a pet. This has also led to the creation and growth of many businesses in the pet industry. A few companies have developed a system that allows busy office workers to remotely care for pets at home based on the Internet of Things and an intelligent adjustment function. As owners of two dogs, the authors of this study observed their pets’ living habits and recorded environmental conditions that appear suitable for them. These data were then used to develop an automatic control system to care for pets. The observational data on the pets’ habits and environment were written in a program in Arduino by using the ESP8266 Wi-Fi module. The module and booster module control is the switch and setting of various household appliances. According to the loop setting of the program, the system does not need to manually switch or adjust the electrical settings of the environment. Instead, the pet's living environment is assessed by using various sensors. The use of Arduino programs helps develop a system that can automatically adjust the environment to one that is most suitable for the pet's comfort.  相似文献
