针对当前ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning,企业资源计划)系统在开发中存在的主要不足,从软件体系结构出发,研究当前企业应用集成实现技术的局限性.在分析了SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture,面向服务架构)的特点和实现技术后,提出了面向服务架构的ERP系统体系结构,给出了基于J2EE平台的面向服务架构的具体实现技术.     

基于插件技术的VWESA平台的研究与设计

针对当前企业资源计划(ERP)系统在中小型企业实施成本高、失败率高、个性化需求无法得到满足的问题,提出了基于Eclipse插件技术的ERP系统开发平台—VWESA.该平台按照面向服务架构(SOA)规范对企业业务流程及其功能进行小粒度服务抽取,并使用页面编辑环境和ERP-BPEL(业务流程执行语言)进行业务流程建模,最终由平台的解释引擎解释、生成基于Web service的ERP Web系统.经实践证明,采用本平台来构建符合企业个性化需求的ERP系统所需的开发时间比传统开发方式大幅度减少、开发效率大幅度提高,开发的灵活性更强;本平台适合用于个性化需求多变的中小型企业的ERP系统开发.

在制造业中,随着企业资源计划(ERP)的发展,越来越多的企业开始考虑ERP与制造执行系统(MES)之间的集成.介绍了MES与ERP系统集成的必要以及MES的概念和功能模型,对制造业中计划层和执行层的信息系统进行了分析.采用间接集成模式,以某钢铁企业ERP和MES系统的集成为例,对其集成的方法、技术进行了分析和描述.通过在实际工厂环境下的测试表明,系统在四个方面(生产效率、在制品数量、工程变更时间与交货周期)上有较明显的性能提升,使得改进后的系统能够更精细地控制生产过程,提高生产效率.

基于微服务架构的企业ERP设计与应用

随着云计算、大数据的发展,以及企业应用的规模、复杂度增加和产品需求不断扩展,传统单体式架构ERP系统中存在可扩展性差、灵活性低等弊端.本文提出了使用微服务架构来构造企业应用,首先分析了微服务架构的特点,针对微服务架构的服务独立、低耦合、可扩展等优势,设计了基于微服务的企业ERP系统架构,解决了ERP开发中接口协作问题,提出基于微服务的实现技术Spring Cloud来重构应用,最后详细论述了在开源环境下微服务应用开发过程.包括Spring Boot子系统构建、服务注册中心搭建、负载均衡架构设计、网关设计等,并完成了系统的接口和性能测试,论证了基于微服务架构系统的易维护、扩展等优势.

文章首先论述了ERP的特点,然后提出了ERP采用的多层结构模式及ERP的总体功能结构,最后探讨了ERP系统功能的具体实现方法。     

An information system architecture for build- and engineer-to-order production of application services

In manufacturing, substantial efficiency gains have been achieved through industrialization. Key concepts of industrialization include standardization, automation, and modularization. Transferring these to IT service production promises increased efficiency. ERP systems apply such concepts and have been an integrating tool for making production for manufacturers more efficient. However, previous research has considered ERP systems for IT service providers either very broadly or only from a business or technical perspective. This article investigates how to apply the ERP system concept comprehensively to a specific type of IT service provider. To this end, application services are prescribed as being composed of three types of configuration models. This helps to achieve a composition of (IT) application services that is comparable to physical parts, and it further supports their management and automated production within an ERP system. An information system architecture with the ERP system at its core is presented. It supports application service production. All relevant service lifecycle phases are considered and a consistent domain model is provided that connects business and technical layer entities. Targeted companies can improve their application service production in terms of quality and efficiency by leveraging this novel automation- and model-based approach.     

A comprehensive study of the relationship between enterprise resource planning selection criteria and enterprise resource planning system success

We developed a conceptual framework for investigating how ERP selection criteria are linked to system quality and the service provided by suppliers and consultants, and thus how these influenced ERP implementation success. Through a cross-sectional survey of the top 5000 largest companies in Taiwan, using a balanced scorecard concept and path analysis, we showed that four system selection criteria (consultant's suggestion, a certified high-stability system, compatibility between the system and the business process, and the provision of best practices) were positively related to system quality. Three supplier selection criteria (international market position, training support by the supplier and supplier technical support and experience) had a significant influence on supplier service quality, and two consultant selection criteria (consultant's ERP implementation experience in a similar industry and consultant's support after going live) were related to consultant service quality. However, we found that most organizations did not consider all these criteria when implementing ERP systems. Our study also suggested that enhanced system quality and service quality could increase user perspective and ERP success.

针对面向服务的动态ERP系统在开发过程中存在的逻辑服务与物理服务对齐问题,提出一种服务概念二重性的中间对齐方法,该方法包含了结构一致性和内容隶属关系的描述,在动态ERP库存管理领域中,从服务分类、服务暴露和服务实现3个方面给出该方法的一个应用实例,仿真实验结果表明,该方法能够实现候选逻辑服务向物理服务的无缝转换,完善了动态ERP系统中的SOA生命周期模型。     

Empirical evidence of an integrative knowledge competence framework for ERP systems implementation in UK industries

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems can greatly improve business productivity and better serve customers by creating values through integrating business processes and sharing current information. Knowledge Management (KM) is crucial for ERP systems implementation, but is particularly demanding task. This paper discusses ERP systems implementation in UK manufacturing and service sector organisations, focusing on empirical evidence of an innovative KM approach for improving knowledge competence for ERP success. Qualitative research was conducted, using semi-structured interviews with ERP experts. Data analysis used a combination of thematic and comparative analysis. The findings suggest that the integrative knowledge competence framework can provide ERP practitioners with useful guidance on what the key knowledge determinants are and how the relationships between knowledge components should be best managed to achieve ERP systems implementation success in real life business situations.

A cloud computing platform for ERP applications

Cloud computing enables many applications of Web services and rekindles the interest of providing ERP services via the Internet. It has the potentials to reshape the way IT services are consumed. Recent research indicates that ERP delivered thru SaaS will outperform the traditional IT offers. However, distributing a service compared to distributing a product is more complicated because of the immateriality, the integration and the one-shot-principle referring to services. This paper defines a CloudERP platform on which enterprise customers can select web services and customize a unique ERP system to meet their specific needs. The CloudERP aims to provide enterprise users with the flexibility of renting an entire ERP service through multiple vendors. This paper also addresses the challenge of composing web services and proposes a web-based solution for automating the ERP service customization process. The proposed service composition method builds on the genetic algorithm concept and incorporates with knowledge of web services extracted from the web service platform with the rough set theory. A system prototype was built on the Google App Engine platform to verify the proposed composition process. Based on experimental results from running the prototype, the composition method works effectively and has great potential for supporting a fully functional CloudERP platform.
