设计自动化技术已为工业界所广泛应用,并已从辅助设计过程的后期阶段向辅助概念设计阶段推进。在概念设计阶段实现设计自动化,其核心问题首先是建立计算机支持的产品概念模型。本文在研究概念设计模型的基础上,提出并探讨了一个计算机支持的模型结构及建模过程,最后采用C++语言研制了一个原型。  相似文献

概念设计是设计中最重要的阶段之一,在概念设计阶段将完成从功能到功能原理解的映射过程,包含了设计中的大部分重要决策问题。在把用户需求转化为总功能后,要对总功能进行分解,直到不能分解为止,然后利用设计目录对子功能求解,获得相应的功能原理解,最后进行综合获得概念设计原理方案。本文在这个过程模型的基础上研究了面向计算机的概念设计模型、设计目录方法和概念设计过程模型,为计算机辅助概念设计提供了一套切实可行的方法。  相似文献

现有的模型描述语言难以满足基于虚拟原型的概念设计中产品模型描述的需求,基于扩充连接图思想,以基于虚拟原型的概念设计产品描述模型V-desModel为核心,提出了一种虚拟原型建模语言VPML,VPML是一种独立于领域与过程的面向机电产品概念设计的虚拟原型模型描述语言,具有较强的几何和行为建模能力,为多领域系统在概念设计阶段的协同设计、并行设计及联合仿真过程提供了一致的模型描述,VPML模型内嵌的虚拟特征生成算法,使得在概念设计阶段建立真实感很强的产品虚拟原型时设计信息不完备问题得到有效解决。  相似文献

研究了计算机辅助概念设计中的关键技术——知识表示.将行为域引入公理化设计作为功能域和载体域之间的转换桥梁,针对该域结构定义扩展“之”字映射,建立了不同层次功能、行为和载体之间的映射关系;构造了概念设计方案的知识表示模型——域结构模板;针对一类产品的知识表示模型——概念空间,给出了基于概念空间的概念设计方案生成过程.最后以工业平缝机为例对所述模型和方法加以说明。  相似文献

测试性是解决系统维护问题的有效手段,必须从产品的概念设计到实际设计过程的各个阶段并行地考虑.本文从结构模型出发,研究了系统级测试性设计的概念、理论和实现算法,并以动力调谐陀螺仪为例,进行了设计分析.结果表明,该方法可以有效地对系统级测试性问题作出设计决策,保证系统故障定位到功能单元.  相似文献

In this paper, we present an axiomatic modeling of lean production system design, using process variables (PVs). So far, we had developed a model for conceptual design of lean production systems by means of FR–DP relationships, the key characteristics of axiomatic design (AD) methodology, appeared in the proceedings of Second International Conference of Axiomatic Design. Albeit the model in question was thorough enough to be applied in various cases, its embedded abstract principles hamper straightforward applications and the required resources, tools, and techniques are not clarified. In AD terms, it lacks PVs created by mapping the design parameters (DPs) to the process domain to clarify the means that produce the specified DPs. Owing to the difficulties involved in the definition of PVs for manufacturing systems, there is few works in this area. This paper is an attempt to introduce PVs in production system design. When we are developing a product (i.e. a part), we can simply interpret the set of PVs as the process design. In the case of a production system we interpret PVs as the tools, methods, and resources, required for implementing a lean production system. In this paper, according to AD methodology, we have developed a hierarchical structure to model the design process of a lean production system, composed of FRs, DPs, and PVs. Serving as an efficient guideline for the design process and clarifying the required tools, methods, and resources, this structure is general enough to be applied for different cases.  相似文献

Computer support for conceptual structural design is still ineffective. This is due, in part, to the fact that current computer applications do not recognize that structural design and architectural design are highly interdependent processes, particularly at the early stages. The goal of this research is to assist structural engineers at the conceptual stage with early digital architectural models. This paper presents a geometric modeling framework for facilitating the engineers’ interactions with architectural models in order to detect potential structural problems, uncover opportunities, respect constraints, and ultimately synthesize structural solutions interactively with architectural models. It consists of a process model, a representation model and synthesis algorithms to assist the engineer on demand at different stages of the design process. The process model follows a top-down approach for design refinements. The representation model describes the structural system as a hierarchy of entities with architectural counterparts. The algorithms rely on geometric and topologic relationships between entities in the architectural model and a partial structural model to help advance the synthesis process. A prototype system called StAr (Structure-Architecture) implements this framework. A case study illustrates how the framework can be used to support the conceptual structural design process.  相似文献

Economically effective and timely product manufacture requires that appropriate decisions are taken during the design of the product. Recent years have seen very considerable growth in the study and communication of knowledge in the area of design for manufacture (DFM). At the same time there have appeared many additional pressures on the design process: rapid changes in market requirements, evolution and revolution in product and process technologies, legislated strictures and liabilities, and quality and cost issues which must increasingly be addressed earlier in the course of product design. As a consequence there is a strongly perceived need to enhance design methods in order to address the many disparate aspects of design in an efficient manner. In this paper the DFM problem is addressed within this larger context. The approach described in the paper begins with the hypothesis that the concept of manufacturability can be established as one of a number of required attributes of a part which is to be designed and manufactured. An information model is then proposed which provides the potential to allow determination of manufactur-ability to be made in an ongoing fashion in parallel with other design activities. The nature of the information model is shown to be in harmony with object-oriented programming environments. Finally, the information model is used to illustrate the potential to embody the large body of DFM knowledge which is already in existence but which has yet to be systematically encoded.  相似文献

This paper presents a new methodology to integrate process design and control. The key idea in this method is to represent the system’s closed-loop nonlinear behaviour as a linear state space model complemented with uncertain model parameters. Then, robust control tools are applied to calculate bounds on the process stability, the process feasibility and the worst-case scenario. The new methodology was applied to the simultaneous design and control of a mixing tank process. The resulting design avoids the solution of computationally intensive dynamic optimizations since the integration of design and control problem is reduced to a nonlinear constrained optimization problem.  相似文献

This paper presents a summary of research into the development and implementation of a domain-independent, computer-based model for the conceptual design of complex mechanical systems [1]. The creation of such a design model includes the integration of four major concepts: (1) the use of a graphical display for visualizing the conceptual design attributes: (2) the proper representation of the complex data and diverse knowledge reguired to design the system; (3) the integration of quality design methods into the conceptual design: (4) the modeling of the conceptual design process as a mapping between functions and forms. Using the design of an automobile as a case study, a design environment was created which consisted of a distributed problem-solving paradigm and a parametric graphical display. The requirements of the design problem with respect to data representation and design processing were evaluated and a process model was specified. The resulting vehicle design system consists of a tight integration between a blackboard system and a parametric design system. The completed system allows a designer to view graphical representations of the candidate conceptual designs that the blackhoard system generates.  相似文献

Companies are increasingly being put under pressure from the market to design product and production better, faster, cheaper and more market-oriented. Insufficient coherence and synchronization between product, process and system design often lie at the basis of great design efforts and high design costs. This paper focuses on this subject, by introducing an integral assembly model to improve the insight into the interaction between product, process and system design.
