基于Wiki的企业知识管理应用方法研究

Wiki是一种可供多人协同创作的超文本系统,最大的特点是开放性和共享性。它在建立企业知识系统、通过“心理契约”提高员工自主学习积极性、构建学习型组织、提供知识共享和协作平台等方面有着独特的优势。文章重新解构知识管理的过程,分析Wiki在知识管理中的作用,并通过对某知识型组织中心在企业知识管理方面的需求,构建针对该中心的Wiki管理体系,通过分析,探索Wiki在企业知识管理中的方法、优势以及需注意的问题。为Wiki在企业知识管理中的应用模式提供借鉴。

Enterprise knowledge management model based on China’s practice and case study

This study analyzes the situation of enterprise knowledge management in China based on the survey and data in terms of knowledge management recognition, knowledge management stages, knowledge management applications, integration of knowledge, motivation and effect of knowledge management, and finds that the enterprise knowledge management in China is still at the initial stage, therefore it is significant to establish a general knowledge management model for China’s enterprises. This study develops a framework of general knowledge management model from the perspective of organizational competitive advantages, and further discusses the application of enterprise knowledge management model through the case of Landray.

会议正日益成为企业运作管理与企业知识形成的重要途径，良好的会议管理对企业具有重大的意义。针对现阶段会议管理普遍存在的问题，通过分析企业知识形成的过程，提出了一种会议模型。在此基础上设计一个会议系统，不但能够对会议的议题、文档、记录、决议等相关信息进行统一管理，而且还构建了会议知识库以实现会议知识的查询与回溯，从而提高了企业知识形成的效率，并能够更有效地应用会议知识。

Developing a distributed knowledge model for knowledge management in collaborative development and implementation of an enterprise system

Recently, enterprise systems have been extensively adopted to boost enterprise competitiveness. The development and implementation of enterprise systems is a knowledge intensive procedure, being related to enterprise processes and involving information, system and software engineering technologies. Consequently, knowledge management is required to enhance the effectiveness of enterprise system development and implementation, thus helping to increase industrial competitiveness.This study aims to develop a distributed knowledge model for knowledge management, capable of supporting the collaborative development and implementation of enterprise systems. This objective can be obtained by performing the following tasks: (1) modeling and characterization of the collaborative development and implementation process, (2) identification, analysis and modeling of involved knowledge, and (3) development of a distributed knowledge model for knowledge management related to the collaborative development and implementation of enterprise systems.     

中小规模研究性企业知识管理体系建设探索

研究型企业深刻意识到知识管理体系对企业的重要性．建立知识管理体系过程中出现的各类问题导致知识管理体系推动研究型企业进步的效率较低．笔者所在单位在长期管理信息系统建设过程中,从知识收集、整理归纳、知识共享、知识创新等环节进行方法研究和实践探索,取得了一定效果,企业内部知识体系逐步进入有序建设,有效推动了企业知识创新．

企业;企业2.0是Web2.0技术在企业中的应用,具有很高的交互性、开放性、灵活性、适用性和集成性特征。企业2.0并非第二代知识管理,但可以更好地促进知识管理在企业的实施,特别是改进企业知识获取、知识组织与知识共享等知识管理活动。     

基于OWL的企业网络知识管理系统实现

为了减少传统网络知识管理系统检索时存在的大量无关知识，提出了运用本体描述语言OWL构造企业网络竺孽亏理系统的方法。该系统利用了OWL本体描述语言，采用了面向对象的构建方法，改变了以往企业网络知识管理系统架构由设计者确定的模式，构建了知识之间的联系。在此基础之上，讨论了利用本体描述语言增强企业网络知识管理系统的语义性。最后设计了一个企业网络知识管理实验系统，并给出了基于OWL的本体实例。     

新媒体环境下企业知识管理实施策略研究

随着互联网的快速发展和新媒体的广泛应用,企业逐渐开始重视知识管理在本组织的应用。本文从新媒体环境下企业知识管理的实施过程入手,分析企业在知识管理实施过程中出现的主要问题,进而提出新媒体环境下企业知识管理的实施改进策略,以期为企业今后能更好地实施知识管理与提升综合实力提供一定的参考。     

Process-centered knowledge model and enterprise ontology for the development of knowledge management system

Among many enterprise assets, knowledge is treated as a critical driving force for attaining enterprise performance goals. This is because knowledge facilitates the better business decision makings in a timely fashion. However, since knowledge is created and utilized during the execution of business processes, if knowledge is separated from the business process context, it does not lead to the ability to take the right action for target performance.This paper proposes the framework for process-centered knowledge model and enterprise ontology for the context-rich and networked knowledge storage and retrieval required during task execution. The enterprise knowledge object for a process-centered knowledge model is classified into two types: process knowledge and task support knowledge. In the proposed enterprise ontology, which represents major enterprise concepts, and the relationships between them, all domain concepts are related to the “process” concept, both directly and indirectly. As a result, networked and sophisticated knowledge, rather than single-level knowledge, is provided to the participant of unit activity.In order to show the applicability of the proposed framework, a process-centered KMS (knowledge management system) was also developed, which is classified into 3 parts: (1) project management sub-system based on process knowledge. (2) Knowledge management sub-system for maintaining task support knowledge. (3) Infrastructure sub-system which supports the above two sub-systems.

提出了运用本体构造企业网络知识管理系统模型的方法。本方法克服了原有相关系统存在的固有不足,从面向对象的角度探讨了构造企业网络知识管理系统的可能性。以此为基础,重点讨论了基于本体的企业网络知识管理系统构建方法。最后设计了一个企业网络知识管理实验系统,并给出了具体实例。

制造企业信息化建设由以业务流程管理为中心向以知识管理为中心转变,针对这一要求,本文提出一种制造企业资讯服务平台架构的设计。在基础型系统之上,增加多个可由客户定制的增值子模块,包括:信息策略定义子系统、互联网信息抓取子系统、信息研发协同子系统、跨部门知识管理协同子系统。该平台的实施对企业的成本控制、技术更新、市场开拓可起到有效的决策支持和推动作用。

知识管理与eLearning技术能有效提升企业竞争力。首先改进了SECI知识管理模型;然后提出了基于eLearning的企业知识管理模型;最后给出了基于该模型的应用案例。通过对该案例的分析,可以更好地理解eLearning与知识管理在企业中的实际关系。     

一种面向业务流程的企业知识分类方法

知识分类是建立企业知识库的关键问题之一。面向业务流程的知识分类方法能最有效地实现知识管理与业务处理系统的集成,是一种面向知识应用的知识分类方法。利用元知识构建企业知识模式集;企业业务流程也用元知识去描述,形成流程知识模式集,再使用模式匹配算法找出与流程相关联的知识,从而对企业知识进行分类。实验证明,这种方法具有较好的可操作性,在保证企业元知识准确性的前提下,该知识分类方法能较好地满足实际应用的要求。
