热轧型钢生产工艺复杂,其生产中极易出现由于计划调度安排不当而产生的交货期延误、库存超负荷等问题。针对以上问题研究设计了MES生产计划调度系统,改进了批决策调度策略用于数学建模,利用自适应遗传算法求解生产调度计划。以此为基础,为某热轧企业设计实现了生产计划调度系统,并通过真实的热轧型钢订单、原料、设备等数据,对模型改进前后的计划编制方法进行模拟与比较,验证了利用该改进型批决策与调度模型编制的热轧型钢生产调度计划可节省生产时间、降低设备调度时间,以此来指导热轧型钢的生产可切实减少交货延误和减少库存占用率,并提高企业利润率。  相似文献

烧结矿是我国高炉炼铁的主要原料,而烧结混合料水分控制效果直接影响了烧结生产的质量与产量。该文详细分析了烧结混合料加水混合工艺流程及其特点,开发了相应的集散控制系统(DCS),分别从系统软件硬件方案、上位机监控画面设计、控制方案3个方面对该系统进行介绍。最后,结合某钢厂220 m2烧结机水分控制系统应用表明,该系统满足了生产需求并提高了烧结自动化水平。  相似文献

配料皮带秤在烧结生产过程中大量使用,如预配料称量、配料称量及烧结成品矿计量等方面,对烧结成品矿质量起着根本性的作用.如何在当前钢铁大环境触底的情况下,通过用好烧结配料皮带秤提高成矿质量及产量是一个亟待解决的问题.简要介绍了皮带秤工作原理、秤架构成以及重钢新区烧结厂配料皮带秤现场使用情况,针对原料供应紧张及矿质品质较低导致粘接、掩埋、损坏传感器,引起称重误差,使得烧结矿质量不佳等问题,理清故障处理思路,找准问题核心,并提出了解决的办法,可以有效保证配料系统的顺利运行,最后简要介绍配料皮带秤在运行中的主要故障现象及处理.  相似文献

针对某大型钢铁联合企业炼钢.连铸主辅设备协同调度的难题,采用基于“数据、模型、知识、人机交互”四维一体的调度方法,提出了冶金MES中炼钢.连铸协同调度系统的设计原则,系统结构和功能。研发了炼钢.连铸生产调度、钢包优化配备、行车和台车协同调度系统。实际数据模拟效果良好,验证了炼钢.连铸协同调度系统的结构和方法的可行性,并受到现场调度专家的好评。  相似文献

Raw material ordering policy and the manufacturing batch size for frequent deliveries of finished goods for a finite horizon plays a significant role in managing the supply chain logistics economically. This research develops an ordering policy for raw materials and determines an economic batch size for a product in a manufacturing system that supplies finished products to customers for a finite planning horizon. Fixed quantities of finished products are delivered to customers frequently at a fixed interval of time. In this model, an optimal multi-ordering policy for procurement of raw materials and production cycle time for a two-stage production and supply system is developed to minimize the total cost incurred due to raw materials and finished goods inventories. The problem is then extended to compensate for the lost sales of finished products. A closed-form solution to the problem is obtained for the minimal total cost. A lower bound on the optimal solution is also developed for problem with lost sale. It is shown that the solution and the lower bound are consistently tight.  相似文献

Production management for a lumber mill includes the choice of saw patterns, as well as drying, sorting, grading and materials handling operations. The decision support system developed for an existing mill includes a linear programming (LP) model, data base software and a spreadsheet aid for detailed production scheduling. The LP model was structured to minimize total production cost subject to constraints on the available supply of raw material, the required output of timber, the available saw patterns and capacities on production facilities and materials handling operations. The LP solution is used by the spreadsheet support program to schedule product flow on a daily basis. The system was implemented on a microcomputer.  相似文献

原材料的检验方法在生产计划中起着关键的作用.根据检验过程的特点,提出一种改进的检验过程调度算法.该算法解决了此前多处理器调度算法用于分支检验时仅根据原材料投产时间对材料进行调度所产生的问题.改进的算法增加了原材料检验任务的紧迫度的概念,针对检验时间较长的材料,投产时间紧迫的任务实现了有效调度,进而提高生产效率.同时算法结合高级颜色时间Petri网,模拟一个实际企业管理系统,对改进的检验任务调度算法建模并进行仿真测试.测试结果表明,改进的算法在生产计划的检验过程中,检验成功率和检验员的工作效率较先前算法都有较大提高.  相似文献

The raw slurry preparing is a key process to guarantee product for alumina sintering production. To obtain the qualified raw slurry in the presence of uncertainty, a two-stage intelligent optimization system, which weakens uncertainty effects through optimization of raw material proportioning and re-mixing operation, is developed. At the first stage, an integrated model combining the first principle with neural networks is built to predict the raw slurry quality, and a multi-objective hierarchical expert reasoning strategy is proposed to determine an optimal set point of raw slurry proportioning. At the second stage, an optimal scheduling model with uncertainty is built to provide an optimal combination of selected tanks for the mixing of raw slurry in full-filled tanks. The practical running results show that the eligibility rate of raw slurry is effectively improved, and the raw slurry preparing process is successfully simplified and the energy consumption is also obviously reduced.  相似文献

There are many kinds and a large number of raw materials in the sintering material ground to be managed,while it is difficult to obtain the precise inventory values,which often leads to high cost.Furthermore,the external factors of material ground are difficult to handle,such as weather variation,order fluctuation,measurement failure and so on.To solve such raw material management problems,a digital management system has been developed.First,the practical requirements and the raw material management processes are analyzed.Then,optimization and prediction methods are used to calculate the inventory according to the practical situation.With the help of practical technologies and production conditions,the developed system has been applied to a large-scale sintering material ground.The practical running results of the application demonstrate the validity of the proposed digital management system.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of a manufacturing system that procures raw materials from suppliers in a lot and processes them to convert to finished products. It proposes an ordering policy for raw materials to meet the requirements of a production facility. In turn, this facility must deliver finished products demanded by outside buyers at fixed interval points in time. In this paper, first we estimate production batch sizes for a JIT delivery system and then we incorporate a JIT raw material supply system. A simple algorithm is developed to compute the batch sizes for both manufacturing and raw material purchasing policies. Computational experiences of the problem are also briefly discussed.  相似文献
