得益于可折叠弯曲的特性,在柔性基底上制备的磁通门传感器近年来得到人们的关注。在用于电流测量时,柔性结构可以在不断开电流导体的情况下,通过打开-闭合方式将导体包裹在铁芯中间,提高测量效率。然而,磁通门中的核心部件———铁芯,在弯曲之后会展现出不同的磁特性,进而影响磁通门性能。本文采用钴基非晶带材作为磁通门铁芯,研究了一种可用于电流测量的柔性磁通门制备方法,通过仿真和实物测量两种方式研究了铁芯弯曲与否对柔性磁通门性能的影响。结果表明,这种采用钴基非晶带材作为铁芯的柔性磁通门传感器展现出了非常优异的性能,其弯曲成环形之后,退磁效应下降带来的积极影响远大于铁芯磁性能下降带来的消极影响,其灵敏度不但未下降反而有大幅提高,将传感器多次弯曲后,其 灵敏度和线性范围没有大的变化。因此,这种可弯曲的柔性基底磁通门适用于电流测量。 相似文献

For many knowledge-intensive applications, it is important to develop an environment that permits flexible modeling and fuzzy querying of complex data and knowledge including uncertainty. With such an environment, one can have intelligent retrieval of information and knowledge, which has become a critical requirement for those applications. In this paper, we introduce a fuzzy knowledge-based (FKB) system along with the model and the inference mechanism. The inference mechanism is based on the extension of the Rete algorithm to handle fuzziness using a similarity-based approach. The proposed FKB system is used in the intelligent fuzzy object-oriented database (IFOOD) environment, in which a fuzzy object-oriented database is used to handle large scale of complex data while the FKB system is used to handle knowledge of the application domain. Both the fuzzy object-oriented database system and the fuzzy knowledge-based system are based on the object-oriented concepts to eliminate data type mismatches. The flexible manufacturing system (FMS) is a distributed network of heterogeneous programmable manufacturing machinery, such as assembly lines and numerically controlled machines. Despite these interconnected, programmable hardware elements, the success of building a truly flexible manufacturing system has been limited so far, owing to the lack of flexibility in its control software layer. In integrating heterogeneous machinery, many existing FMS control software systems depend structurally on specific machinery and job-scheduling strategies, and thus it is difficult to incorporate new developments in FMS organization and operational requirements. In searching for an open architecture for the FMS control software system, this paper presents an object-oriented FMS data model. Among others, it represents each physical cluster of related machinery (called a flexible manufacturing cell) as an object. To facilitate the integration of heterogeneous physical cells, such cell objects share a common protocol of interacting with the main control process through inheritance from the abstract cell class. Other related physical and abstract entities in FMS are also modelled as objects, with their similarity and difference captured in inheritance hierarchies. To verify the proposed approach experimentally, a prototype FMS control software system named FREE (FMS Runtime Executive Environment) has been implemented on top of a commercial object-oriented database system. 相似文献

This paper describes an object-oriented simulation approach for the design of a flexible manufacturing system that allows the implementation of control logic during the system design phase. The object-oriented design approach is built around the formal theory of supervisory control based on Finite Automata. The formalism is used to capture inter-object relationships that are difficult to identify in the object-oriented design approach. The system resources are modeled as object classes based on the events that have to be monitored for real-time control. Real-time control issues including deadlock resolution, resource failures in various modes of operation and recovery from failures while sustaining desirable logical system properties are integrated into the logical design for simulating the supervisory controller. 相似文献

基于压气机性能方程推导出一种新的压气机级的数学模型,用Modelica语言和Dymola编译器建立了压气机级模型;基于此压气机级的建模环境,开发了压气机系统仿真程序。其灵活的面向对象的体系结构允许任何压气机系统结构在windows2000/XP平台下使用一个运行有在线帮助的用户交互式的友好的拖放界面进行仿真。仿真结果表明,这种方法不仅易于仿真复杂的压气机系统,而且能实现非设计转速小流量工况下的性能仿真,且只要雷诺数充分大,用这种方法得到的结果与实际结果是相吻合的。 相似文献

Effective model-checking of modern object-oriented software systems requires providing support for program features such as dynamically created threads, heap-allocated objects and garbage collection. These features have often proven problematic to treat using many previous model-checking frameworks that do not provide sophisticated heap representations and optimizations.In this paper, we define a flexible framework for combined heap and thread symmetry reductions in explicit-state model checking that can be tuned to trade run-time overhead for precision. In addition, we describe various strategies for duplication-reducing state-space encodings for object-oriented heap structures. We have implemented these techniques in Bogor (our extensible software model-checking framework), and we present empirical data to support the effectiveness of these memory reductions on a collection of realistic examples and to demonstrate that they improve upon previous approaches. These techniques, formalized in a group theoretic framework, can be applied to any non-deterministic heap object diagram. 相似文献
