针对某单层工业厂房屋面预应力混凝土双T板端部开裂情况,利用有限元软件Abaqus进行计算分析,发现双T板支座端部存在构造不佳、易出现初始裂缝的问题,在施工过程中未按照构造要求施工、使用过程中温度变化等产生的不利效应对双T板受力影响不能忽略.针对双T板存在的问题提出处理措施,对已有开裂构件进行加固,处理效果良好. 相似文献

分析了T形异形柱的受力问题,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对T形异形柱进行了弹塑性非线性有限元分析.着重从混凝土的非线性本构关系和破坏准则,受拉开裂后的行为,钢筋的本构关系几方面进行分析,通过计算绘制出了梁柱混凝土的应力云图、裂缝图及钢筋的应力云图.用ABAQUS计算所得的裂缝图与拟静力试验结果裂缝进行比较,两者结果吻合.结果表明:应用ABAQUS对异形柱进行非线性分析是可靠的,从而论证了软件的实际应用能力,也为进一步进行更复杂的非线性分析打下了基础. 相似文献

按照股骨在站立位、膝关节先着地条件下进行分类,分析股骨在不同状态下的应力分布情况,并对股骨骨折的临床应用提供借鉴。利用MIMICS软件对志愿者股骨CT的DICOM数据进行三维重建模型,利用3-matic进行模型修复、光顺,利用有限元前处理软件SimLab进行有限元网格划分、并应用MIMICS基于股骨CT灰度值赋予材料属性,最后用ANSYSWorkbench结构静力学软件进行股骨应力模拟分析。计算结果表明股骨在站立位,应力主要集中在股骨的上中段,在膝关节着地时,股骨下段受力增大,且股踝间受力出现集中现象。计算结果说明不同受力状态下的股骨骨折的可能性。 相似文献

针对壳状模型轻量化设计和模拟问题,提出一种基于热扩散的壳状汽车模型轻量化方法,并利用三维打印在个性化方面的优势建立具有数值模型模拟、三维打印,以及工程验证的一整套汽车轻量化建模系统.首先对模型进行特征分析和提取;然后在给定特征约束和受力工况(外力)条件下,通过热扩散对受力分布进行模拟,并将模拟数值与模型厚度进行对应,得到初步优化模型;进一步,通过三维打印得到实体实验模型,并对实验模型进行工程受力验证,进而根据工程验证情况调整热扩散程度,使得优化模型的厚度更加逼近实际受力要求;最后通过循环迭代方式得到满足受力要求的重量优化模型.实验结果表明,该方法能够在满足实际受力情况下减重达30%,并大大缩短了壳状汽车模型研发周期,是有效且高效的. 相似文献

In the field of nonlinear fracture mechanics, the J-integral is well known to play a significant role in predicting crack propagation and fracture strength. In this paper, we develop the three dimensional form of the J-integral using Eshelby's energy momentum tensor on any closed surface surrounding a crack front. Twenty-node isoparametric hexahedra elements in ADINA are used to calculate stress and strain distributions and Gaussian surface integration is used to evaluate J-integral values. Using the above method, we calculate the stress intensity factors for part-through surface cracks and verify the accuracy of these results. 相似文献

A custom experimental system was developed to fracture silicon microcantilever beams in side loading (i.e., the load was applied in the noncompliant direction), and the resulting force/deflection (stiffness) characteristics were obtained. A finite element model of these structures was analyzed using ABAQUS, and the resulting model stiffness correlated well with the experimental data. Fracture types were divided into two categories, {111} and {110}, according to the type of silicon crystalline plane along which fracture occurred. The initiation location of each fracture type was identified. The fracture stress (strength) in the beam was obtained from the stress produced in the model at the fracture initiation site for a load equivalent to the experimental fracture force. Numerous beams were tested, and the statistical results were compiled. The distributions and statistical data from each of the fracture types were compared to each other and to previously acquired results from front/back loading (i.e., loading in the compliant direction) of these same structures. Side-loading results indicated that the {110} fracture type had a greater fracture strength than the {111} type. Based on a comparison of the side loading data with the front/back loading data, it was concluded that side wall roughness and especially the edge roughness greatly affected the fracture strength of the silicon micromechanical structures 相似文献

In this paper, a fuzzy controller is designed for automotive active suspension systems. A half-car model is used in order to consider the pitch angle of the body and the coupling dynamics of front and rear wheels. It is assumed that the three measurements of body acceleration, front suspension deflection and rear suspension deflection are available. The fuzzy control rules are separately designed for each measurement. After the fuzzy control rules are determined, a genetic algorithm is applied to tune the membership functions of these control rules. To measure the performance of the designed genetic-based fuzzy active suspension system, three road disturbance models are designed to simulate actual road conditions. The performance of the designed system is evaluated with respect to these disturbance models, and it is shown that the designed active suspension system provides good performance in improving ride quality and maintaining vehicle maneuvrability. 针对17自由度列车横向半主动悬挂,提出以横向振动加速度最大值和均方根值作为评价指标,分析了列车横向悬挂模糊控制策略。列车横向半主动悬挂广泛地采用模糊控制调整阻尼值,减少横向振动,提高横向平稳性。因此,利用simulink建立列车横向悬挂模型,设计模糊控制策略直接法和间接法,进行了仿真。仿真结果显示,由于横移和摇头加速度的相互作用,使得前端横向合成加速度大于后端;通过加速度功率谱密度函数值分析对比,直接法综合控制效果好,好于间接法和被动悬挂控制。 相似文献
