污水处理系统是一个包含海量信息的非线性复杂系统。针对污水处理出水水质BOD(生物化学需氧量)、COD(化学需氧量)、TN(总含氮量)等难以在线实时检测等问题,建立了基于在线MIMO-LSSVM(多输入多输出最小二乘支持向量机)和PSO(微粒子群算法)的污水处理软测量模型。仿真结果表明,建立的软测量模型精度高、速度快,能很好地实现污水处理出水指标COD、BOD、TN等参数的实时测量和估计,为污水处理的实时在线控制创造必要的前提条件。  相似文献

针对污水处理中某些生物参数难以在线测量的情况,本文提出了一种基于小波核的多尺度最小二乘小波支持向量机软测量建模方法:。首先,选取墨西哥草帽小波函数作为最小二乘支持向量机的核函数,进而设计出多尺度小波最小二乘支持向量回归机(MW-LSSVR)。然后利用该支持向量机和出水水质参数特性建立混合软测量模型,实现对出水BOD浓度、COD浓度在线预测。通过在实际污水处理过程的应用,结果:表明本建模方法:具有较高的预测精度和较快的模型学习速度,能对BOD的做出准确的预测,一定程度上可以替代某些昂贵的在线测量仪表,给污水处理厂工作人员提供了控制操作依据,具有一定的实际应用价值。  相似文献

针对污水处理过程中生化需氧量BOD难以实时在线测量的问题,建立了用于预估BOD的支持向量机(SVM)的软测量模型。考虑到该支持向量机模型的测量精度取决于其两个参数C、σ能否获得最优值,采用遗传算法和粒子群优化算法,实现对这两个参数的寻优。仿真结果表明:该软测量模型的测量精度较高,可用于污水处理厂对BOD进行在线测量。  相似文献

针对污水处理过程存在着强非线性和非稳态运行等特征,传统传感器维护成本高昂且无法快速准确地测量生化需氧量(BOD)等水质指标的问题,提出一种基于集成相关向量机的水质在线预测模型。该模型首先采用相关向量机(RVM)为弱预测器,利用改进的AdaBoost.RT算法将多个弱预测器集成为强预测器,实现了污水处理过程中水质的在线预测。仿真实验结果表明,该水质在线预测模型预测精度高,综合性能突出,克服了单一预测器随着异常点增多,模型泛化能力下降和鲁棒性不足的问题,能较好地实现了污水处理过程中的水质在线预测。  相似文献

针对污水处理过程复杂、区域广、监测点多、现场布线困难等特性,以CC2530为核心设计了无线传感器节点和汇聚节点,实现对污水处理过程中的设备状态、污水的进出口流量、PH值、COD等监测因子的实时采集,以Zigbee技术实现各无线传感器节点之间的数据传输,以GPRS技术实现汇聚节点与多平台对接;为确保监控系统所接信号不影响原控制系统的正常运行,特设计了高精度电流扩展模块、串口扩展模块等;经现场长时间运行表明,系统有很好的灵活性和扩展性,运行稳定可靠,通过对污水处理过程各参数的动态分析,为提高污水处理效率和节能环保起到重要作用。  相似文献

针对醋酸精馏控制中,产品成分无法在线检测并且对产品质量采用温度间接控制存在控制精度低的问题,提出一种基于在线更新小波核函数极限学习机软测量的DMc预测控制策略,其中,在线更新的小波核函数极限学习机软测量实现了塔底醋酸浓度的实时检测,仿真结果表明,在线更新模型的预测精度比离线模型提高52%。将上述在线更新的软测量应用于塔底醋酸浓度闭环预测控制系统中,实现对塔底醋酸浓度的直接质量控制,该系统采用DMc作为醋酸浓度控制器,其输出量作为再沸器蒸汽流量控制器的设定值,与再沸器流量控制构成串级调节系统。控制系统仿真结果表明,该软仪表具有良好的在线预测性能,预测控制系统控制精度高、可以实现产品质量的卡边控制。  相似文献

为了实现污水处理BOD在线检测,建立了以劳伦斯麦卡蒂公式为基础的软测量机理模型,采用限定记忆最小二乘算法对机理模型进行误差补偿,以提高模型的计算精度。设计了基于ATMEGA1280单片机的系统主控制器,采用模块化软件设计理念,利用AVR Studio开发环境,编程实现数据采集、软测量、液晶显示、数据存储、打印驱动等功能。此仪表已在工业现场得到应用。  相似文献

针对某丁二烯共沸精馏塔控制系统实际存在的问题,利用大量的现场数据,运用基于回归分析的软测量技术,设计了釜液中水含量软测量模型,实现了釜液水含量的在线实时估计。同时并根据实际的质量控制目标,设计了一个基于软测量的推断控制方案,并在推断控制算法中增加了约束控制功能,增强了控制系统的可靠性和实用性。现场运行结果表明,控制系统能够有效地解决精馏塔产品质量不能在线实时检测和直接质量闭环控制的问题,实现了釜液水含量的卡边控制。  相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

In modern service-oriented architectures, database access is done by a special type of services, the so-called data access services (DAS). Though, particularly in data-intensive applications, using and developing DAS are very common today, the link between the DAS and their implementation, e.g. a layer of data access objects (DAOs) encapsulating the database queries, still is not sufficiently elaborated, yet. As a result, as the number of DAS grows, finding the desired DAS for reuse and/or associated documentation can become an impossible task. In this paper we focus on bridging this gap between the DAS and their implementation by presenting a view-based, model-driven data access architecture (VMDA) managing models of the DAS, DAOs and database queries in a queryable manner. Our models support tailored views of different stakeholders and are scalable with all types of DAS implementations. In this paper we show that our view-based and model driven architecture approach can enhance software development productivity and maintainability by improving DAS documentation. Moreover, our VMDA opens a wide range of applications such as evaluating DAS usage for DAS performance optimization. Furthermore, we provide tool support and illustrate the applicability of our VMDA in a large-scale case study. Finally, we quantitatively prove that our approach performs with acceptable response times.  相似文献

Discrepant technological events or situations that entail a problem, a misunderstanding or a difficulty with the Information Technology (IT) being employed, are common in the workplace, and can lead to frustration and avoidance behaviors. Little is known, however, about how individuals cope with these events. This paper examines these events by using a multi-method pragmatic approach informed by coping theory. The results of two studies – a critical incident study and an experiment – serve to build and test, respectively, a theoretical model that posits that individuals use a variety of strategies when dealing with these events: they experience negative emotions, make external attributions, and adopt engagement coping strategies directed at solving the event, eventually switching to a disengagement coping strategy when they feel they have no control over the situation. Furthermore, users’ efforts may result in ‘accidental’ learning as they try to overcome the discrepant IT events through engagement coping. The paper ends with a discussion of the results in light of existing literature, future opportunities for research, and implications for practice.  相似文献

Distributed real-time simulation is a young technology field but its practice is under increasing demands. In recent years the author and his collaborators have been establishing a new approach called the distributed time-triggered simulation (DTS) scheme which is conceptually simple and easy to use but widely applicable. The concept was initiated in the course of developing a new-generation object-oriented real-time programming scheme called the time-triggered message-triggered object (TMO) programming scheme. Some fundamental issues inherent in distributed real-time simulation that were learned during recent experimental studies are discussed along with some approaches for resolving the issues. An execution engine developed to support both the TMOs engaged in control computation and the TMOs engaged in DTS is also discussed along with its possible extensions that will enable significantly larger-scale DTSs.  相似文献

Die Disziplin Konfigurationsmanagement bildet den methodischen Ansatz, diese Probleme besser zu beherrschen. Software-Konfigurationsmanagement faßt die Herstellung von Softwaresystemen als eine Abfolge von kontrollierten Änderungen an gesicherten Zwischen- und Endergebnissen auf.
