印刷品图像配准是实现印刷品自动检测的关键技术。以高分辨率印刷品图像为研究对象,将原始图像分割成多个兴趣区域,将兴趣区域的中心坐标与旋转角作为图像配准参数,通过变步长搜索算法获取被测图像与模板图像之间的最小旋转角;通过仿射变换将待检图像与模板图像进行配准并使用双向差影法计算两者的差影图像;通过二值化阈值与缺陷区域面积阈值进行缺陷识别。实验结果显示:该检测系统对合格品的检测准确率为96%,对不合格品的检测准确率为94%。  相似文献

针对OLED显示屏的自动化缺陷检测问题,提出了一种新的检测方法。首先,基于显示屏的原图像,提取其骨架信息,进行分块处理后快速地与模板图像配准,通过差影法实现斑痕缺陷的初次提取。然后通过大津法确定图像的阈值,将图像分割并进行差影操作后,实现斑痕缺陷的检测;最后,通过列举的实例,验证了本方法的有效性。  相似文献

本文提出了一种新的印刷品缺陷检测方法,此方法运用灰度形态学膨胀和腐蚀算法对标准模板图像进行预处理,能够解决待检测图像和标准模板图像匹配过程中出现的轮廓伪影问题,减少缺陷的误判.并在缺陷检测过程中,按照高精度图像检测要求,结合分层的快速检测方法,提高了缺陷检测的速度.大量的实验证明,该方法能够有效地减少轮廓伪影,解决了以往图像检测缺陷识别中的检测效果和速度不理想的问题.  相似文献

基于图像处理的精密检测是现代测量技术的重要发展方向;论文提供了将标准电路板图像和待检测电路板图像进行二值化分割、图像形态学处理、图像配准和差影检测处理为基础的检测系统;其中图像配准是关键,为了提高处理速度达到实时处理的目的,图像配准采用了快速处理算法;经实验结果分析,该方法能较准确的检测出待检测电路板上存在的缺陷,达到了自动实时检测的目的.  相似文献

汽车内饰件作为汽车产业中重要的零部件之一,不仅要具备良好的尺寸精度和物理性能,而且要满足很高的外观需求。由于汽车内饰件表面具有高反射性且缺陷种类繁多,准确、快速地识别和定位表面缺陷具有较高的挑战性。为此提出一种基于自模板重构与非下采样Contourlet变换(NSCT)的汽车内饰件表面缺陷检测方法。利用稀疏表示算法对试件图像进行重构,生成自模板;利用差影法生成残差图像,以抑制背景信息;利用NSCT对残差图像进行增强,实现缺陷的分割与定位。该方法对图像的光照不均不敏感,且在残差图像生成过程中无需对图像进行位置较准,因此,该方法具有较强的鲁棒性。实验结果表明,该方法可以有效地检测汽车内饰件表面的各种缺陷,其检测精度可达0.1 mm。  相似文献

有机发光显示器OLED(Organic LED)的内部像素缺陷常由于尺寸小、对比度不高、且灰度与像素轮廓灰度相近等问题,在使用传统阈值分割方法处理时会将像素轮廓保留下来,因而不能达到缺陷的有效检测目的。提出一种多次迭代差影法的OLED屏像素缺陷检测方法。该检测算法在对图像进行中值滤波和图像增强处理后,对图像实施多次像素模板提取和差影运算,获取到对比度较低的缺陷图,运用K-均值聚类方法对图像进行分割,从而较好地实现缺陷的识别。运用Labview和IMAQ Vision软件包工具,编程实现所提出的算法,并通过实际获取的OLED图片验证了方法的有效性。结果表明,该方法能很好地保持缺陷的细节,并能检测到8 μm×8 μm的微小缺陷。  相似文献

目前机器视觉在工业产品缺陷检测中的应用越来越广泛,针对目前常用的几种非纹理图像缺陷检测算法进行了研究分析,结合纸杯表面的缺陷特征,针对模板匹配法提出了两种改进的方法,即统计平均差影法,粗放型灰度相关法。最后进行了试验分析比较,检测结果达到了预期效果。  相似文献

针对铜带表面缺陷的特点,基于小波统计方法设计了对铜带表面缺陷检测的系统.首先把铜带表面图像分为互不重叠的子图像,再把子图像分为多个小波处理单元,对每个小波处理单元进行db4紧支集正交小波一级分解,在此基础上进行HotellingT2统计检测缺陷.最后利用支持向量机进行缺陷分类.实验中将基于小波的统计方法和基于灰度的差影法进行比较,结果证明本文提出的方法识别率高,特别对于用一般算法识别率较低的"起皮"缺陷达到96.7%的识别率.  相似文献

提出一种基于模板匹配的单色布匹瑕疵检测算法,该检测算法首先存储待测布匹的无瑕疵模板图,并对模板图进行分块,然后对待测样本图进行相同的分块操作,进一步利用模板匹配方法对相同分块区域的样本图与模板图进行匹配查找,得到最优匹配图像.在匹配过程中,对模板图按照一定比例进行扩充,以提高匹配的准确性.最后将样本图与最优匹配图像进行差值对比实现布匹瑕疵检测.实验结果表明,算法弥补了传统Gabor算法高度依赖纹理的缺陷,提高了对于纹理模糊的单色布匹瑕疵检测准确率,检测效率与精度满足验布现场需求.  相似文献

运用参考比较法对机器视觉PCB裸板缺陷检测进行了研究。在相机摄像头下同一位置采集多幅标准PCB图像累加求平均值得到标准电路板图像,运用Harris角点算法进行标准电路板图像和待测电路板图像的配准,分别对标准电路板图像和待测电路板图像进行灰度变换、中值滤波、二值化、异或等图像处理检测出缺陷区域,然后通过形态学消除伪缺陷,实验证明,该检测方法有较高的准确率。  相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

In modern service-oriented architectures, database access is done by a special type of services, the so-called data access services (DAS). Though, particularly in data-intensive applications, using and developing DAS are very common today, the link between the DAS and their implementation, e.g. a layer of data access objects (DAOs) encapsulating the database queries, still is not sufficiently elaborated, yet. As a result, as the number of DAS grows, finding the desired DAS for reuse and/or associated documentation can become an impossible task. In this paper we focus on bridging this gap between the DAS and their implementation by presenting a view-based, model-driven data access architecture (VMDA) managing models of the DAS, DAOs and database queries in a queryable manner. Our models support tailored views of different stakeholders and are scalable with all types of DAS implementations. In this paper we show that our view-based and model driven architecture approach can enhance software development productivity and maintainability by improving DAS documentation. Moreover, our VMDA opens a wide range of applications such as evaluating DAS usage for DAS performance optimization. Furthermore, we provide tool support and illustrate the applicability of our VMDA in a large-scale case study. Finally, we quantitatively prove that our approach performs with acceptable response times.  相似文献

Discrepant technological events or situations that entail a problem, a misunderstanding or a difficulty with the Information Technology (IT) being employed, are common in the workplace, and can lead to frustration and avoidance behaviors. Little is known, however, about how individuals cope with these events. This paper examines these events by using a multi-method pragmatic approach informed by coping theory. The results of two studies – a critical incident study and an experiment – serve to build and test, respectively, a theoretical model that posits that individuals use a variety of strategies when dealing with these events: they experience negative emotions, make external attributions, and adopt engagement coping strategies directed at solving the event, eventually switching to a disengagement coping strategy when they feel they have no control over the situation. Furthermore, users’ efforts may result in ‘accidental’ learning as they try to overcome the discrepant IT events through engagement coping. The paper ends with a discussion of the results in light of existing literature, future opportunities for research, and implications for practice.  相似文献

Distributed real-time simulation is a young technology field but its practice is under increasing demands. In recent years the author and his collaborators have been establishing a new approach called the distributed time-triggered simulation (DTS) scheme which is conceptually simple and easy to use but widely applicable. The concept was initiated in the course of developing a new-generation object-oriented real-time programming scheme called the time-triggered message-triggered object (TMO) programming scheme. Some fundamental issues inherent in distributed real-time simulation that were learned during recent experimental studies are discussed along with some approaches for resolving the issues. An execution engine developed to support both the TMOs engaged in control computation and the TMOs engaged in DTS is also discussed along with its possible extensions that will enable significantly larger-scale DTSs.  相似文献

Die Disziplin Konfigurationsmanagement bildet den methodischen Ansatz, diese Probleme besser zu beherrschen. Software-Konfigurationsmanagement faßt die Herstellung von Softwaresystemen als eine Abfolge von kontrollierten Änderungen an gesicherten Zwischen- und Endergebnissen auf.
