时滞和参数不确定的供应链动态模型及其鲁棒H∞控制   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
研究了不确定环境下的供应链运作问题,并建立了具有生产时滞、成本参数和需求不确定性的供应链动态模型.分析了供应链的鲁棒运作,采用鲁棒H∞控制策略和线性矩阵不等式(LMI)算法处理供应链系统鲁棒运作问题.借助供应链库存状态的静态反馈控制,使供应链动态系统达到抑制不确定性干扰的作用,并使供应链运作达到理想总成本.最后,通过仿真计算验证了所得结果.  相似文献

研究单工厂、多产品、多分销中心供应链网络的生产—分销运作一体化问题 ,利用混合整数规划方法 ,建立一体化的多周期模型 ,同步优化系统的生产批量、库存和车辆调度 .通过对模型的等价转换 ,设计了拉格朗日松弛启发式算法来求解模型 .数值实例的计算结果验证了算法的有效性 ,表明了一体化决策可以显著地降低供应链成本.  相似文献

Decisions in supply chain planning and control are interconnected and depend on tackling uncertainties and dynamics. From this perspective, control theory (CT) is an interesting research avenue for the supply chain management (SCM). In this paper, the applicability of optimal CT to SCM is investigated. Our analysis is based on the fundamentals of control and systems theory and experimental modeling. The paper describes important issues and perspectives that delineate dynamics in supply chains, identifies and systemizes different streams in application of CT to production, logistics, and SCM in the period from 1960 to 2011. It derives some classifications, performs a critical analysis, and discusses further researches. Some drawbacks and missing links in the literature are pointed out. Several crucial application areas of control theory to SCM are discussed. Subsequently, optimal program control, challenges and advantages of its application in the SCM are addressed. It is shown how optimal program control can be applied to adaptive supply chain planning. In addition, it is concluded that with the help of CT, robustness, adaptability, and resilience of supply chains can be investigated in their consistency with operations planning and execution control within a conceptually and mathematically integrated framework. However, although SCs resemble control systems, they have some peculiarities which do not allow a direct application of CT methods. In this setting, further development of interdisciplinary approaches to supply chain optimization is argued. An extended co-operation between control and supply chain experts may have the potential to introduce more realism to the dynamic planning and models and improve real-time supply chain control policies.  相似文献

本文介绍了两种基于RFID的可视化供应链管理模型,并且设计了一种基于RFID的可视化供应链管理的原型系统。该模型可以实现供应商和用户之间的货物追踪,同时可以实时监控库存情况,发出预警信息,并且可以结合上下游的库存历史进行实时的发货预测。本文的模型分析和原型系统设计对于利用RFID技术改善供应链上下游信息不明的现况,提高供应链管理的效率和水平具有借鉴意义。  相似文献

Supply chain management (SCM) is a new approach to satisfy customers of products and services via an integrated management for the whole business processes of the manufacturing from the raw material procurement to the product or service delivery to customers. With the rapid development of the information technology and global market environment the company is required to manage whole supply chain network to gain the competitiveness in business. Typically semiconductor industry is the one whose supply chain network is distributed all over the world, and its manufacturing process has the particular characteristics which has to be considered in the modeling of supply chain. In this paper we suggest the push and pull type supply chain models and their mathematical formulation for the semiconductor industry of the global market. Die bank between the front-end and back-end in the semiconductor manufacturing process is assumed to be the decoupling point by which two models are divided. Push supply chain model is based on the high throughput and the balance of the WIP flow, which takes the characteristics of re-entrant mechanism into account. Pull supply chain model is constructed considering order-based manufacturing, distribution and transportation process in order to meet customer's request appropriately. Development issues of the system and its implementation are also discussed.  相似文献

Designing a supply chain network provides the basic structure for supply chain operations, where the network is a major element in a firm's competitiveness and a significant area of capital investment. With the boundary-spanning scope encouraged by supply chain management, the question is whether existing analyses used for network design are adequate. The general answer is yes, because the number of echelons that the analysis must span is self-limiting to a relative few. However, there remain unresolved issues in network design analysis and in the models used to support the analysis that can enhance its accuracy, appropriateness, and acceptability to practitioners. Issues discussed relate to the development of better models, the treatment of the data needed by them, and the need for comparing the various models for network design.  相似文献

In supply chain management (SCM), multi-product and multi-period models are usually used to select the suppliers. In the real world of SCM, however, there are normally several echelons which need to be integrated into inventory management. This paper presents a hybrid intelligent algorithm, based on the push SCM, which uses a fuzzy neural network and a genetic algorithm to forecast the rate of demand, determine the material planning and select the optimal supplier. We test the proposed algorithm in a case study conducted in Iran.  相似文献

Supply Chain Management Information Systems (SCM IS) play an increasingly critical role in the ability of firms to reduce costs and increase the responsiveness of their supply chain. This paper develops an empirically supported model of the organizational capabilities enabled by SCM IS. The model integrates and enriches theoretical and empirical studies of competitive strategy, supply chain management, and interorganizational information systems. Evidence from an exploratory case study of three large firms in the electronics manufacturing industry is examined to build a better-supported theory of SCM IS capabilities. The findings suggest the organizational capabilities enabled by SCM IS can be conceptualized as the level of support provided for: operational efficiency; operational flexibility; internal planning and analysis; and external planning and analysis. The theoretical model furthers an understanding of SCM IS capabilities and is sufficiently developed to permit operationalization for future studies evaluating the effectiveness of SCM IS.  相似文献
