非线性约束预测控制关键是求得可行性优化解. 输入输出反馈线性化是非线性控制一种常用的方法, 其系统的初始线性输入约束转化成非线性基于状态的约束, 因而无法采用常规的二次规划(QP)求解优化问题. 针对连续状态空间模型系统, 本文提出迭代二次规划方法来寻求非线性优化解. 为了保证算法的收敛性, 系统加入另外一种迭代算法来保证其在整个预测时域上能得到可行解. 仿真控制结果表明了该方法的有效性. 相似文献

提出一种基于T—S模型的模糊预测控制策略.利用模糊聚类算法高线辨识T—S模型,采用带遗忘因子的递推最小二乘法进行模型参数的选择性在线学习;对模糊模型在每一采样点进行线性化,将T—S模型表示的非线性系统转化为线性时变状态空间模型,并将约束非线性优化问题转化为线性二次规划问题,解决了非线性预测控制中如何获得非线性模型和非线性优化在线求解的难题.将预测域内的线性模型序列作为预测模型,减小了模型误差,提高了控制性能.pH中和过程的仿真验证了该方法的有效性. 相似文献

由于工业实践的需要,非线性预测控制近年来受到广泛地关注.Volterra模型是一类特殊的非线性模型,非常适合描述工业过程中的无记忆非线性对象.传统的基于Volterra模型的控制器合成法及迭代计算预测控制器法计算量大,且不便于处理控制约束.非线性模型预测控制求解是典型的非线性规划问题,序列二次规划(sequential quadratic program,SQP)算法是求解非线性规划问题常用方法之一.针对Volterra非线性模型预测控制求解问题,本文将滤子法与一种信赖域SQP算法相结合,提出一种改进SQP算法用于基于非线性Volterra模型的带控制约束的多步预测控制求解,并分析了所提方法的收敛性.工业实例仿真结果证实了所提方法的可行性与有效性. 相似文献

针对一类具有执行器饱和与输出约束的离散非线性时滞系统,提出新的模糊预测控制方法。首先,采用T-S模糊模型来逼近实际非线性系统,运用平行分步补偿(PDC)原理将该系统转化为一系列线性系统的凸组合。其次,通过每个采样时刻优化无穷时域的“min-max”性能指标来求解状态反馈预测控制器,得到系统满足Lyapunov渐近稳定的充分条件,并进一步将该条件转化为基于线性矩阵不等式(LMI)技术的半正定规划(SDP)问题。最后,通过数值仿真验证该方法的有效性。 相似文献

针对输入受限的时变不确定非线性系统,提出一种H∞鲁棒模型预测控制策略。假设线性化系统矩阵一致有界,将非凸的无穷时域优化问题转化为带有单个线性矩阵不等式(LMI)约束的凸优化问题,降低控制量求解难度。结合滚动优化原理与H∞控制方法在线极小化性能指标,使得闭环系统满足控制性能和约束。在LMI框架下给出H∞NMPC的求解方法及其鲁棒稳定性充分条件。仿真实验对比验证了该策略的有效性。 相似文献

Model predictive control is an available method for controlling large-lag process in power plants, but conventional constrained predictive control cannot deal with the widely existent uncertainties and nonlinearities in power plants. With the help of the fuzzy set theory, this article proposes a new constrained predictive control algorithm based on Fuzzy Decision-Making Method (FDMPC). Compared with the other traditional constrained predictive control, this new algorithm replaces the conventional objective function with the appropriate fuzzy index function. As a result, it is easy to integrate the constraints into the fuzzy index function, which can greatly reduce the complexity of the optimization. Then a new evolutionary computation method named particle swarm optimization is firstly applied into the design of a model predictive controller. Moreover, this article also demonstrates that the conventional predictive control is actually a particular case of the proposed algorithm even though in the MIMO case, so this new algorithm is an extension of the traditional constrained predictive control strategy. At last, the proposed FDMPC has been applied into a real once-through power unit model, and the simulation results have validated the good control performance of the proposed FDMPC. 相似文献

In this article, we focus on two-level linear programming problems involving random variable coefficients in objective functions and constraints. Following the concept of chance constrained programming, the two-level stochastic linear programming problems are transformed into deterministic ones based on the fractile criterion optimization model. After introducing fuzzy goals for objective functions, interactive fuzzy programming to derive a satisfactory solution for decision makers is presented as a fusion of a stochastic approach and a fuzzy one. In the above-mentioned paper, Wei and Fahn proposed a neural architecture, the multisynapse neural network, to solve constrained optimization problems including high-order, logarithmic, and sinusoidal forms, etc. As one of its main applications, a fuzzy bidirectional associative clustering network (FBACN) was proposed for fuzzy-partition clustering according to the objective-functional method. The connection between the objective-functional-based fuzzy c-partition algorithms and FBACN is the Lagrange multiplier approach. Unfortunately, the Lagrange multiplier approach was incorrectly applied so that FBACN does not equivalently minimize its corresponding constrained objective-function. Additionally, Wei and Fahn adopted traditional definition of fuzzy c-partition, which is not satisfied by FBACN. Therefore, FBACN can not solve constrained optimization problems, either. 相似文献
