针对含有外部扰动和执行器故障的一类航天器姿态控制系统,本文提出基于迭代学习观测器的主动容错控制方案.首先,建立了含有外部扰动和执行器故障的航天器姿态控制系统的运动学和动力学模型.其次,为了提高观测器的故障估计精度,在传统迭代学习观测器设计基础上引入上一时刻状态估计误差信息,文章提出一种改进型学习估计算法.进一步,基于滑模控制和指定时间稳定理论,利用学习观测器的故障估计信息设计指定时间主动容错控制器.与现有的航天器主动容错控制方案相比,本文所提出的算法的优势在于可以使故障系统的姿态能在指定时间跟踪上指令信号.基于Lyapunov方法,本文从理论上证明了改进型学习观测器和姿态容错控制系统的稳定性.最后,通过数值仿真,说明了所提容错控制方案的有效性和可行性.  相似文献

针对一类存在执行器故障和部分解耦扰动的离散时间网络化控制系统,研究测量数据随机丢失情况下的主动容错控制问题。首先,通过模型转换将原系统化为一个与之等价的状态增广系统;然后在考虑测量数据发生随机丢失情况下,构造未知输入观测器(unknown input observer, UIO)实现对系统状态与故障的联合估计,再基于状态和故障的在线估计值,设计基于信号补偿的容错控制律实现对原系统的主动容错控制。在该容错控制算法中,观测器与控制器增益的存在性条件均可利用李雅普诺夫稳定性理论对误差系统进行随机分析得到,相应的估计器和控制器参数可通过在线求解具有凸约束的矩阵不等式获得。最后,通过一个喷气式发动机模型的仿真算例验证所提出的故障估计与主动容错控制方法的有效性。  相似文献

针对一类含有外部扰动和执行器故障的刚体航天器姿态控制系统,提出一种基于自适应学习观测器的指定时间容错控制器的设计方案.首先,系统性地给出一种改进型自适应学习观测器设计方案,基于自适应学习观测器框架,设计航天器姿态系统的学习观测器实现对系统的综合扰动值估计;然后,利用综合扰动的估计信息和滑模控制理论设计指定时间容错跟踪控制器,使得系统的姿态角能够在指定时间跟踪指令信号,系统的收敛时间可通过容错控制器的参数预先设置,且与系统的初始状态值无关;接着,基于Lyapunov稳定性理论验证含有故障的姿态控制系统能够在指定时间内稳定;最后,通过数值仿真,与已有的观测器和有限时间控制方案进行对比,表明所提出方案的有效性和可行性.  相似文献

针对推力矢量飞机(TVA)在超机动飞行中的舵面故障、执行器故障、参数摄动和外界干扰等问题,提出了一种鲁棒故障检测与辨识和指令滤波容错控制(RFDI–CFFTC)系统设计方法.首先针对TVA故障模型提出了一种基于多观测器的RFDI机制,通过引入自适应律和观测器来补偿参数摄动和外界干扰的影响,实现对舵面故障和执行器故障的准确检测与辨识,同时准确估计故障程度;然后在RFDI的基础上,设计了CFFTC容错控制律,实现包容舵面故障、执行器故障、参数摄动和外界干扰的TVA容错控制,同时改善了传统反步法中的“微分爆炸”问题;最后对RFDI–CFFTC系统的稳定性进行了证明.MATLAB/Simulink仿真验证了本文方法的有效性.  相似文献

针对具有一般不确定转移速率的单边Lipschitz Markovian跳变系统,设计了有限时间故障估计观测器和容错控制器.首先,提出一种自适应的有限时间故障估计观测器,它对未知输入具有鲁棒性,能够同时估计出系统的状态、执行器故障和传感器故障,并确保了误差系统的H_∞有限时间有界.然后,基于所估计的状态和执行器故障,提出一种有限时间故障容错控制方法确保闭环系统H_∞有限时间有界.通过线性矩阵不等式的形式,给出了所设计的有限时间观测器和控制器存在的充分条件.最后,通过一个仿真实例,验证了所提方法的有效性.  相似文献

针对临近空间飞行器中结构未知的执行器故障,提出一种基于滑模观测器的容错控制方法。采用Edwards-Spurgeon观测器结构设计滑模观测器,实现对执行器故障的鲁棒估计。根据所得的故障信息设计模型参考滑模容错控制器,控制律的非线性增益分为两部分,保证系统的鲁棒容错性能。一部分利用参数不确定的界值条件设计,一部分基于鲁棒故障估计信息设计。基于李雅普诺夫稳定性理论证明了系统的渐近稳定性。仿真结果表明,该方法能有效实现对执行器故障的鲁棒估计,并保证故障条件下飞行器对参考模型的稳定跟踪性能,达到了期望的容错效果。  相似文献

对一般的非线性系统提出了一种新的主动容错控制方法.系统正常工作时,采用基于迭代学习观测器的输出反馈控制策略,控制器为迭代学习观测器的状态和调节参数的函数,此输出反馈控制器能良好地镇定该非线性系统.当系统发生故障后,进行控制器重组,在调节参数的自适应调节律中引入了故障估计的信息,使得系统发生故障后包含故障估计信息的重组控制器仍然能使系统稳定,实现了非线性系统的主动容错控制.计算机模拟显示所提出算法的有效性.  相似文献

针对一类含有未知扰动广义非线性系统的执行器故障,本文提出一种重构算法。首先设计未知输入观测器对干扰鲁棒,作为故障检测观测器。检测到发生故障后,通过提出含有误差比例项和积分项的故障估计算法,形成自适应观测器,实现准确快速地估计故障,同时估计状态变量。根据李雅普诺夫稳定理论给出估计误差一致最终有界的充分条件。最后仿真验证该类观测器和重构算法的有效性。  相似文献

针对一类由非线性微分方程描述的不确定单输入单输出(SISO)系统,提出了一种自适应鲁棒控制算法.设计了一动态滤波器并将其与原系统组成扩展系统,由滤波器求得控制律稳定扩展系统.算法绕开辨识模型参数而是直接估计函数值,加快了控制律的求解.设计了状态误差观测器,用观测器的值构造控制律逼近状态反馈时的控制效果.基于Lyapunov 稳定理论分析了扩展系统的渐近稳定性并给出了闭环稳定的充分条件.最后仿真结果验证了算法的有效性和鲁棒性.  相似文献

为了解决水下航行器执行机构的故障,提出低依赖性和高普适性的故障诊断与容错控制算法.故障诊断由检测、隔离和辨识3个阶段组成.首先,定义比例式、偏差式和常量式3种故障类型,设计相应故障观测器,在满足指数收敛性的前提下检测出故障.其次,基于故障估计与其微分的指数收敛性,建立故障函数,以方差最小为条件隔离出实际故障;然后,联立控制输入方程和故障估计,辨识出故障执行机构.在故障诊断和反馈控制的基础上,通过修正期望控制输入,实现满足闭环稳定性的容错控制.经水下航行器回坞仿真实验验证,所提故障诊断和容错控制算法可行且有效.  相似文献

In this paper, a fault estimation and fault-tolerant control problem for a class of T-S fuzzy stochastic time-delay systems with actuator and sensor faults is investigated. A novel sliding mode observer is proposed, which can simultaneously estimate the system states, actuator and sensor faults with good accuracy. Based on the state and actuator fault estimation, a new sliding mode control scheme is developed, which can effectively eliminate the influence of actuator fault. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the proposed observer and fault-tolerant sliding mode controller are provided in terms of linear matrix inequality, and moreover, the reachability of the sliding mode surface can be guaranteed under the proposed control scheme. The propose sliding mode observer and fault-tolerant sliding mode controller can overcome the restrictive assumption that the input matrix of all local modes is the same. Finally, a numerical example is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed sliding mode observer and fault-tolerant sliding mode control technique.  相似文献

This paper presents a set of algorithms for fault diagnosis and fault tolerant control strategy for affine nonlinear systems subjected to an unknown time-varying fault vector. First, the design of fault diagnosis filter is performed using nonlinear observer techniques, where the system is decoupled through a nonlinear transformation and an observer is used to generate the required residual signal. By introducing an extra input to the observer, a direct estimation of the time-varying fault is obtained when the residual is controlled, by this extra input, to zero. The stability analysis of this observer is proved and some relevant sufficient conditions are obtained. Using the estimated fault vector, a fault tolerant controller is established which guarantees the stability of the closed loop system. The proposed algorithm is applied to a combined pH and consistency control system of a pilot paper machine, where simulations are performed to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach  相似文献

A hierarchical controller is proposed for achieving high-accuracy control and the dynamic balance with the presence of multiple faults of actuator, the external disturbance, and the model uncertainties in multicylinder hydraulic press machine (MCHPM). The method divides the controller design into three steps: Virtual fault-tolerant control law, control allocation algorithm, and actuator control law, which are progressive. First, to precisely compensate the lumped disturbances including the multiple faults of actuator, the external disturbance, and the model uncertainties, a disturbance observer (DO) is developed. By combining the observer with the sliding mode control (SMC), a virtual fault-tolerant control law is designed. Second, a highly integrated control allocation algorithm for the virtual fault-tolerant control law is proposed to get the desired driving force, taking into account dynamic control allocation (DCA), multiobjective optimization (MOO) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) simultaneously. Third, taking the driving force obtained from above control allocation algorithm as the desired target, the control law of each cylinder is calculated. The global stability for the whole system is proved by the Lyapunov theory. Lastly, results of simulation and experiment show that the proposed controller can effectively handle different faults and have more superior control performance.  相似文献

提出了一种新颖的风能转换系统滑模主动容错控制策略.针对风能转换系统执行器故障,运用预测控制思想和迭代算法,设计了一种故障观测器.在设定的优化时域长度内,利用实际系统与故障观测器的输出差值,通过反复迭代运算,不断地对虚拟故障信号进行调整,使其能有效地拟合实际系统执行器故障,并根据故障观测值实时调整滑模容错控制器结构.未发生故障时,故障观测值为零,系统在滑模控制器控制下稳定运行;执行器发生故障时,运用故障观测值实时调整滑模容错控制项,并用双曲正切函数代替符号函数,消除抖动.仿真实验结果表明,滑模容错控制器下的系统具有良好的容错能力,提高了风能转换系统最大风能捕获效率.  相似文献

The purpose of fault diagnosis of stochastic distribution control systems is to use the measured input and the system output probability density function to obtain the fault estimation information. A fault diagnosis and sliding mode fault‐tolerant control algorithms are proposed for non‐Gaussian uncertain stochastic distribution control systems with probability density function approximation error. The unknown input caused by model uncertainty can be considered as an exogenous disturbance, and the augmented observation error dynamic system is constructed using the thought of unknown input observer. Stability analysis is performed for the observation error dynamic system, and the H performance is guaranteed. Based on the information of fault estimation and the desired output probability density function, the sliding mode fault‐tolerant controller is designed to make the post‐fault output probability density function still track the desired distribution. This method avoids the difficulties of design of fault diagnosis observer caused by the uncertain input, and fault diagnosis and fault‐tolerant control are integrated.
