利用粘土矿物的结构和物理化学特性负载纳米颗粒以制备高性能的功能矿物材料,是目前材料科学、矿物加工、化学工程等多学科交叉的研究前沿。粘土矿物大的比表面积、丰富的孔道结构和优越的离子交换性能为其用于矿物型复合催化材料提供了充分的保证。综述了国内外粘土矿物负载型复合催化剂的最新进展,整理分析了凹凸棒石、高岭土、蒙脱石、海泡石、硅藻土、沸石等多种复合催化剂的制备方法、应用方向及性能评价,并结合目前存在的一些问题提出见解,为深入研究提供了一定的思路。  相似文献

用X射线粉末衍射仪、X射线能谱仪和等离子体原子发射光谱仪分析了多种矿物基材料的主物相结构和元素组成,并用离子检测仪测定了各材料的负离子发生量.研究表明,具有负离子发生功能的矿物基材料可以由具有明显压电、热电效应的矿物组成,也可以由含有一定量稀土元素和天然原生放射性核素的矿物组成.矿物中适量天然原生放射性核素的存在对于制备高性能的矿物基负离子发生材料是有益的.  相似文献

随着我国经济建设的蓬勃发展 ,高层的、高质量的建筑物日益增多 ,这对主要建筑材料———混凝土提出更高的要求。高性能混凝土正是这种社会需求的产物。所谓高性能混凝土是指混凝土具有高强度、高耐久性、易施工和良好的体积稳定性。混凝土要达到高性能的主要技术手段是采用极少量的高效减水剂和适量的微粉非金属矿物作为掺合料 (包括微粉高炉渣、矾渣、锂渣和磷渣 )。采用高效减水剂能降低水灰比 ,增加塌落度 ,赋予混凝土高的密实度和流动性 ,从而提高混凝土的抗压强度和施工性能。而微粉非金属矿物能填充水泥颗粒之间的空隙 ,并参与水泥的…  相似文献

为促进拜耳法赤泥在胶凝材料中的大宗化和高附加值利用,以山西孝义拜耳法低铁赤泥为研究对象,借助XRD、FTIR、SEM、ICP-OES等现代测试手段,研究了拜耳法赤泥在电石渣-脱硫石膏体系中的水化硬化特性。研究表明,拜耳法低铁赤泥具有潜在活性,氧化铝为其活性的最主要来源,在电石渣-脱硫石膏体系中,通过电石渣的补钙作用和脱硫石膏的促进激发作用,赤泥中的氧化铝得以有效激发,其水化产物主要为钙矾石、C-S-H凝胶、水化硫铁酸钙、钙霞石、无水芒硝和氢氧化铝。  相似文献

镍渣含Fe 40%~45%,SiO_232%~36%,MgO 1%~11%,CaO 1%~3%(质量分数),并含少量的镍、铜、钴等有价金属,是重要的二次资源。介绍了典型镍渣成分及物相,总结了镍渣提取有价金属、作井下填充材料、生产微晶玻璃、制备建材等资源化利用工艺的技术要点,分析了现有工艺存在的问题,提出了镍渣直接还原提铁及协同制备胶凝材料的绿色利用思路,介绍了初步研究结果,探讨了进一步资源化的方向。  相似文献

锂渣是生产锂盐过程中产生的工业废渣,其含有大量活性SiO_2和Al_2O_3,有作为辅助胶凝材料的应用潜力。从物理性质、化学成分与矿物组成、活性评价与活性激发等方面介绍了锂渣自身的物理化学特性和水化活性潜质。从力学性能、工作性、耐久性、水化反应与微结构四方面重点综述了锂渣粉对水泥基材料各方面性能的影响,并进行了理论分析与总结。最后指出锂渣粉用于水泥基材料需要在活性提高、高含量SO_3和多孔结构的改善及利用等方面加强研究。  相似文献

A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. The result of high-temperature diffusion experiment is the diffusion rate from molybdenum substrate to tungsten coating is faster.  相似文献

We studied a combined effect of the cryoprotectants both of lipid and carbohydrate origin at the presence of DMSO or without it on cell viability and the RNA synthesis in the embryonic mollusc and echinoderm cell cultures obtained at different developmental stages. Cryoprotective properties of exogenous lipids correlated with their thermotropic behavior. Lipid extracts from marine hydrobiontes, which thermal transitions are characterized by relatively small part of calorimetric thermogram area lying at temperatures above 0 °C (6–18%), were found to possess a considerable cryoprotective activity. The results are discussed in relation to the prediction of the cryoprotective activity of lipid extracts for marine animal cells. In addition, it was found that marine invertebrate cells can be cryopreserved without DMSO at the presence of trehalose and lipid extracts of some marine hydrobiontes.  相似文献

Pure silver is used extensively in the preparation of high-temperature superconductor wires, tapes, films, and other configurations in which the silver not only shields the superconducting material from the surrounding materials, but also provides a degree of flexibility and strain relief, as well as stabilization and low-resistance electrical contact. Silver is relatively expensive, but at this stage of superconductor development, its unique combination of properties seems to offer the only reasonable means of achieving usable lengths of conductor. In this role, the low-temperature physical (electrical, thermal, magnetic, optical) and mechanical properties of the silver all become important. ABSTRACT

The production of iron in Biscay (Basque Country, Spain) has been a hallmark of this territory of the North of the Iberian Peninsula throughout its history. The Archaeology team of the Basque Country Mining Museum has spent 13 years, so far, studying the origins of this activity through the evidences left at the old pre-hydraulic iron production workshops known as mountainside ironworks (ferrerías de monte) or haizeolak. It has catalogued 170 archaeometallurgical sites of this type in Biscay, and the archeological excavation of some of them has led to the knowledge of the different stages of the production process that took place in these workshops. The team has also experimentally reproduced the work carried out in a mountainside ironworks from the High Middle Ages, and it has currently started the characterization process of this type of activity through the study of the collected materials.  相似文献
