锆钛酸铅(PZT)基压电陶瓷是一类应用非常广泛的功能材料, 可应用于水声换能器、压电马达、医疗超声换能器以及声表面波滤波器等。通过改性提高PZT基压电陶瓷的压电性能一直是该领域的研究热点。本工作采用传统固相反应法制备了准同型相界(Morphotropic Phase Boundary, MPB)组分的Sm-0.25PMN-0.75PZT压电陶瓷, 并对其微观结构以及宏观性能进行了系统研究。研究结果表明:引入Sm3+可以增强压电陶瓷的局域结构异质性, 提升介电响应从而提高压电性能。当Sm3+引入过多时, 铁电极化的长程连续性被大面积打断, 压电性能下降。本实验中得到的最优组分压电陶瓷性能为:高压电系数d33~824 pC/N, 高压电电压常数g33~27.1×10-3 m2/C和相对较高居里温度TC~178 ℃, 电致应变在室温至150 ℃范围内低于5%, 有较好的温度稳定性, 是极具应用前景的高性能压电材料。 相似文献

The development is reported of an ultrasonic motor using piezoelectric ceramic multimode vibrators consisting of circular or annular plates in which degenerate horizontal vibration modes of the same or different form are used. Two orthogonal nonaxisymmetric vibration modes were used in the same-form case, and the combination of a nonaxisymmetric vibration mode and a radial vibration mode was used in the different-forms case. Some details of the motor design and its experimental characteristics are presented. The ultrasonic motor presented here has a special advantage in its thin construction. 相似文献

应用于极端环境的超声电机会受到温度场、应力场和电场的共同作用,定子在热机电耦合激励下的响应与电机工作特性密切相关.以行波型旋转超声电机为对象建立定子的能量泛函,采用假设模态的方法得到了热机电耦合动力学模型.运用有限元方法对热机电耦合作用下的定子进行仿真,分析了与理论计算结果的差异.建立了定子热扫频试验平台和热变形试验平台,测定温度对定子稳态形变、模态频率和振幅的影响,对理论模型的分析方法进行了评价.理论分析和试验结果揭示了超声电机定子在热机电耦合作用下的振动行为的变化规律,为下一步极端环境超声电机的设计和优化提供了依据. 相似文献

A novel smart tactile sensor that recognizes the nature of the surfaces is presented. The approach is based on the idea of analyzing the signal produced when the sensor touches and stimulates the surface. An "intelligent probing" system for material recognition has been developed. It is based on the use of bimorph piezo-ceramic actuators and sensors that allow the unknown surface to be stimulated and the response signal sensed. Two different experimental prototypes of the tactile sensing system have been realized and their performance has been characterized. Several interesting applications have been considered with particular emphasis on the problems of "humanitarian demining" and automatic waste material recycling. A standing wave bi-directional linearly moving ultrasonic motor has been studied for the purpose of implementing a practical linear ultrasonic motor with simple structure, simple driving and high resolution. The fundamental principle of this linear motor is projections on the right sides of a standing wave crests generating thrust force right-diagonally on the slider pressed against the projections. Correspondingly, projections on the left sides of the wave crests make the slider move toward the left. In order to realize bi-directional actuating, vibration mode B3 or B4 is excited in a rectangular plate-type vibrator to make the projections on the right sides or the left sides of the wave crests. In this paper, the operation principle of the linear motor is demonstrated. Furthermore, a prototype linear ultrasonic motor of 40 mm in length, 10 mm in width is fabricated and investigated. The following performances have been achieved: maximum speed 200 mm/s, maximum force output 150 gf, and resolution less than 0.1 mum. 相似文献

This paper reports a novel driving method for an annular plate-type ultrasonic motor. Instead of the direct current/alternating current (DC/AC) converter type driver using a conventional electromagnetic transformer, a compact disc-type piezoelectric transformer is used to obtain a high voltage output for driving the ultrasonic motor. The piezoelectric transformer is operated in the radial vibration mode at resonance frequency close to the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic motor. Later, it was found that the piezoelectric transformer could drive the ultrasonic motor, even if their resonance frequencies are not exactly the same by incorporating a matching network in the circuit. The maximum speed of the ultrasonic motor obtained by using this driving method is over 300 rpm. It is believed that the results of this study will have impact on the integration and miniaturization of the ultrasonic motor and its driving circuit. 相似文献

为了探索和丰富旋转超声波马达的结构,使其满足响应精准且速度快以及控制简便的要求,设计了Y形旋转超声波马达,并对其结构及动态特性进行了分析。Y形旋转超声波马达将3组压电陶瓷片的横向振动复合成驱动足端面对转子的微幅驱动,通过摩擦耦合在惯性作用下推动转子顺时针或逆时针旋转。运用Workbench软件中的Design Exporation组件对Y形旋转超声波马达定子组件的结构尺寸进行了优化设计,提升了定子组件的性能。构建优化后Y形旋转超声波马达定子组件的有限元仿真模型,并通过模态分析获得了定子组件工作所需的固有振型,通过谐响应分析获得了定子组件的幅频特性曲线,通过瞬态分析获得了1个激励周期内定子组件的振动模态,验证了Y形旋转超声波马达的驱动机理。结果表明,Y形旋转超声波马达压电陶瓷片表面施加电压的最佳频率为20 739 Hz,对应的驱动足端面的振幅为6.95 μ m ![]()
