能量参数对镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层耐蚀性的影响   总被引:17,自引:0,他引:17  
用自制的微弧氧化控制电源研究了在硅酸盐溶液体系中电流密度、频率、占空比等能量参数对镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层的厚度及耐蚀性的影响,并优化了微弧氧化工艺.结果表明:随电流密度增加,陶瓷层厚度呈现线性增加,而耐蚀性表现出先增后减的趋势,在电流密度为3 A/dm2~4 A/dm2时,陶瓷层的耐蚀性最佳;恒流微弧氧化方式下频率与占空比对陶瓷层的厚度影响不大,但对其耐蚀性有一定影响,随频率增加,陶瓷层的耐蚀性越来越好,随占空比增大,陶瓷层的耐蚀性逐渐变差;工艺参数优化所制得陶瓷层的耐蚀性较参数恒定控制有一定的提高.  相似文献

利用微弧氧化技术,分别在不同电解液体系(Na_2SiO_3、NaAlO_2、Na_3PO_4)中制备AZ91D镁合金表面微弧氧化陶瓷层。采用SEM分析了微弧氧化陶瓷层表面的微观形貌、孔隙率。利用CHI650D电化学工作站,在3.5%NaCl溶液中测试了微弧氧化陶瓷层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,NaAlO_2体系微弧氧化膜表面微孔分布均匀,孔隙尺寸较小,约1~2μm;陶瓷膜厚度随氧化时间增加而线性增长,孔隙率则先增加后减小。NaAlO_2陶瓷膜的孔隙率仅为10.9%,膜层厚度可达30μm。NaAlO_2体系膜层腐蚀电位(-1.32 V)相对较高,自腐蚀电流密度(2.14×10~(-8)A·cm~(-2))较基体减小3个数量级,耐蚀性最好。  相似文献

为了探讨脉冲电流对1050铝合金微弧氧化过程的影响规律,利用涡流测厚仪和粗糙度仪分别测量陶瓷层厚度和表面粗糙度,采用SEM观察陶瓷层微观形貌,借助动电位极化曲线测试评价陶瓷层耐蚀性,并根据电压变化曲线计算微弧氧化过程能量消耗。结果表明:随着脉冲电流由100 A增加至800 A,微弧诱发时间由360 s缩短至15 s,诱发电压由341 V升高至887 V;陶瓷层表面放电微孔孔径增大,微孔数量减少,陶瓷层厚度和表面粗糙度增加,耐蚀性略有下降;微弧诱发过程能量消耗先减少后增加,并在200 A时达到最小值仅为18.3 k J;陶瓷层生长过程能量消耗随脉冲电流增大近似线性增加。  相似文献

为了探讨通电时间对镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层形成和生长过程的影响规律,利用高速相机记录微弧放电状态,采用扫描电子显微镜观察膜层表面形貌,借助电化学测试分析膜层表面阻值,根据电压变化曲线计算能量消耗。结果表明:随微弧氧化时间增加,镁合金表面微弧放电斑点由边缘逐渐扩展至整个表面,放电强度增大且数量增多;微弧氧化初期,样品表面有含氧元素的不规则颗粒生成,数量逐渐增多,直至起弧瞬间形成孔径小于0.2μm的放电微孔;随微弧氧化时间增加镁合金表面阻值增大,直至3.1×104Ω时出现明显微弧放电现象;镁合金微弧氧化各时间段所消耗能量逐渐升高,陶瓷层生长阶段能量消耗54.62 k J明显高于起弧阶段的7.98 k J。  相似文献

采用盐雾试验及电化学分析研究了不同电解液及厚度下,铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷层的耐蚀性。结果表明,铝合金耐蚀性的提高并不与陶瓷层的厚度增加成正比,10μm厚度要优于5μm及20μm的;不同电解液所制备的陶瓷层耐蚀性也不同,SiO32-溶液制备试样的耐蚀性要优于AlO2-溶液制备试样的耐蚀性。  相似文献

镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层的生长过程及其耐蚀性   总被引:13,自引:2,他引:13  
利用扫描电镜(SEM)和盐雾腐蚀试验等手段。研究了镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层不同生长阶段的形貌特征及耐蚀性.结果表明:整个过程可分为三个阶段。即阳极沉积阶段、微弧阶段和局部弧光阶段.阳极沉积阶段是在阳极表面发生团絮氧化膜沉积与扩展的过程;微弧阶段是前期缺陷减少与消失并形成均匀膜层的过程,陶瓷层表面微孔孔径较小,膜层均匀致密;局部弧光阶段形成的放电微孔孔径较大,陶瓷层比较疏松.陶瓷层的耐蚀性则表现出先增后减的变化趋势.在微弧氧化处理8min~12min时,陶瓷层的耐蚀性最好.通过控制陶瓷层不同生长时期的能量分配,尽量延长陶瓷层的均匀生长过程。可以获得到均匀致密的陶瓷层.  相似文献

利用交流微弧氧化装置对AZ91D镁合金在硅酸盐体系中进行了微弧氧化处理,并通过扫描电镜、电化学测试技术和表面性能测试仪等研究了氧化时间和电流密度对微弧氧化膜层表面形貌、厚度、耐蚀性、摩擦磨损性能和结合力的影响.结果表明:随氧化时间和电流密度的增大,镁合金微弧氧化膜层中微孔的数量减少,但微孔的直径和表面粗糙度增大.膜层厚度随氧化时间和电流密度的增加呈线性增大,但与基体的结合力明显降低.镁合金微弧氧化膜层的耐蚀性和耐磨性随氧化时间和电流密度的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势.镁合金在硅酸盐体系中微弧氧化处理的最佳工艺为氧化时间40min、电流密度0.20A/cm2.  相似文献

在Na2Si O3溶液体系中利用微弧氧化法制备钛合金微弧氧化陶瓷层。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、UNMT-1材料表面微纳米力学测试系统等技术手段研究不同脉冲频率下陶瓷膜的表面形貌、组成、微观摩擦磨损性能和耐蚀性能。结果表明:膜层表面有大量微孔,膜层主要由锐钛矿相和金红石相Ti O2组成。随脉冲频率的升高,陶瓷膜表面孔隙率先增大后减小、平均孔径先减小后增大,膜层厚度逐渐减小。在脉冲频率为700 Hz时,膜层表面平整、孔隙分布均匀,孔隙率达到最大值、平均孔径达到最小值,其数值分别为11.04%和0.86μm,此时,膜层耐磨性和耐蚀性较好。  相似文献

利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等分析手段,研究Mg-11Gd-1Y-0.5Zn合金微弧氧化陶瓷层的生长规律,分析微弧氧化膜层相结构及不同生长阶段的耐蚀性。结果表明,在微弧氧化初期,膜层生长遵循直线规律,为典型的电化学极化控制的阳极沉积阶段;随处理时间的延长及膜层增厚,膜层生长符合抛物线规律,属微弧氧化阶段,较氧化初期相比,生长速率慢;在弧光放电阶段,抛物线斜率增大,疏松层增厚,生长速率有所提高。微弧氧化疏松层主要以MgSiO3为主,致密层以MgO为主;微弧氧化各阶段,膜层耐蚀性随氧化时间增长而提高,到弧光放电阶段,耐蚀性有所降低。在7~12min时,膜层具有较好的耐蚀性。  相似文献

电流密度是影响微弧氧化膜层结构和性能主要因素之一。采用共聚焦激光扫描显微镜(CLSM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、电化学测试等手段,研究了在不同电流密度下(30 m A/cm~2、40 m A/cm~2、50 m A/cm~2)硅酸盐溶液中AZ91D铸造镁合金微弧氧化膜层的结构和耐蚀性。结果表明:随着电流密度增大,氧化膜表面微孔数量减少,表面粗糙度降低;电流密度50 m A/cm~2下生成的氧化膜耐蚀性最佳,这主要取决于氧化膜的致密程度。  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The rheology feature of Sb, Bi melt and alloys was studied using coaxial cylinder high-temperature viscometer. The results showed that the curve of torsion-rotational speed for Sb melt presents a linear relation in all measured temperature ranges, whereas for the Bi melt, the curve presents obvious non-Newtonian feature within the low temperature range and at relative high shear stress. The rheology feature of Sb80Bi20 and Sb20Bi80 alloy melts was well correlated with that of Sb and Bi, respectively. It is considered that the rheology behavior of Sb melt plays a crucial role in Sb80Bi20 alloy and that of Bi melt plays a crucial role in Sb20Bi80 alloy.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold.
