SiC/Ti基复合材料界面反应的热力学研究   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
通过建立热力学可能反应模型,分别计算了SCS-6 SiC长纤维增强Ti3Al和TiAl金属间化合物基复合材料界面反应的Gibbs函数变值△rG,并用△rG判据推测了界面反应产物并与透射电镜实验结果进行了对比分析。研究表明,由于TiAl中原子结合力较强,因而SCS-6 SiC/TiAl复合材料的界面反应较轻。所研究的2种复合材料界面反应的二元反应产物为TiC,Ti5Si3和Ti3Si,Ti-Si相图中的其它二元硅化物不可能形成。  相似文献

SCS-6 SiC纤维增强Super α2钛基复合材料界面反应较严重,其反应产物分布可达6层之多;SCS-6 SiC/Ti2AlNb及SCS-6 SiC/IMI834复合材料仅形成3-4层界面反应产物SCS-6 SiC/IMI834复合材料在界面处形成的S2硅化物可在一定温度下阻止反应的进一步进行,使复合材料具有很好的热稳定性.对界面反应热力学研究表明,Ti3Al+C→Ti3AlC反应导致了界面反应产物Ti3AlC的形成.  相似文献

通过SiC/Ti6Al4V钛基复合材料的制备及在不同条件下的热处理试验,利用SEM,EDS及XRD分析技术研究复合材料界面反应产物相的形成及反应元素的扩散路径。结果表明:反应元素如C,Ti,Si在界面反应层中出现浓度波动,合金元素Al并没有显著扩散进入界面反应产物层,而是在界面反应前沿堆积,其界面反应产物被确认为Ti3SiC2,TiCx,Ti5Si3C,和Ti3Si;在界面反应初期,存在着TiC+Ti5Si3Cx双相区,当形成各界面反应产物单相区时,SiC/Ti6Al4V复合材料界面反应扩散的完整路径应为:SiC | Ti3SiC2 | Ti5Si3Cx | TiCx | Ti3Si| Ti6Al4V+TiCx;界面反应产物层的生长受扩散控制,遵循抛物线生长规律,其生长激活能Q^k及k0分别为290.935 kJ·mol^-1,2.49× 10^-2 m·s^-1/2.  相似文献

利用纤维涂层法和真空热压工艺制备SiC纤维增强γ-TiAl金属间化合物(Ti-43Al-9V)复合材料,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)仪等研究复合材料的界面反应产物和界面反应产物的生长动力学。结果发现,SiCf/Ti-43Al-9V复合材料的界面反应生成了TiC、Ti2AlC和Ti5Si3,分三层分布。从SiC纤维到Ti-43Al-9V基体,界面反应产物序列为:TiC/Ti2AlC/Ti5Si3+Ti2AlC(颗粒)。界面反应产物的生长受扩散控制并遵循抛物线生长规律,其生长激活能Q和指前因子k0分别为190kJ/mol和2.5×10-5m.s-1/2。与其它Ti合金基的复合材料相比,γ-TiAl基复合材料的界面热稳定性更好。  相似文献

利用透射电镜对SCS-6 SiC/TiB2/Ti2AlNb复合材料的界面反应进行了观察,并运用量子化学计算理论及有关热力学模型,计算了SCS-6 SiC/TiB2/Ti2AlNb复合材料界面反应的Gibbs函数变值△rG,据此对实验结果进行了讨论与分析.研究表明,TiB2可有效地阻止元素扩散与反应,但在高温长时间热暴露后,TiB2层消耗殆尽形成TiB.SCS-6 SiC的C涂层与基体Ti2AlNb中元素反应形成不同的碳化物与硅化物.研究结果还表明,化学计量比的TiB2要比富B的TiB2更加稳定,因此作为界面障碍涂层更为有利.  相似文献

利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)对SiC纤维(SiCf)增强Ti-48Al-1.5Mn复合材料的界面区域进行了分析。结果表明,在材料的复合过程中,SiCf与γ-TiAl基体之间发生了化学反应,形成了TiC1-x,Ti5Si3和Ti2AlC等一系列产物,并对这些产物的形成机制进行了分析。在高温条件下,C,Si原子从纤维向基体扩散和Ti,Al,Mn等原子从基体向纤维扩散,发生了界面反应。  相似文献

利用纤维涂层法(FMC)、结合热压工艺制备了SiC纤维增强Ti55基复合材料(SiCf/Ti55).主要研究复合材料在经不同条件真空热暴露处理后,其反应产物相形成的反应序列以及界面反应动力学.结果表明,仅C、Si和Ti等元素参与了界面反应.在1000 ℃热暴露时,SiCf/Ti55复合材料界面反应产物序列为SiC | Ti3SiC2 | Ti5Si3+TiC | TiC | Ti55.但是,在低温热暴露的复合材料中不存在Ti3SiC2相.SiCf/Ti55复合材料界面反应产物的生长受扩散控制且遵循抛物线生长规律,其生长激活能Qk及指数系数k0分别为198.16 kJ·mol-1,1.79(10-3 m·s-1/2.相比SiCf/Ti复合材料和SiCf/Ti2AlNb复合材料,SiCf/Ti55复合材料拥有一个高稳定性的界面.然而,相比SiCf/Ti600复合材料和SCS-6 SiCf/ super а2复合材料,SiCf/Ti55复合材料中的纤维与基体更容易发生反应,且界面层更容易生长.  相似文献

通过真空热压及热轧制制备SiCp/Al-Ti复合箔材。研究在1200℃反应退火时Ti、Al及SiC颗粒的扩散反应机理与组织演化过程。通过扫描电子显微镜及能谱对多层金属间化合物的微观组织与成分进行观察与分析,通过X射线衍射确定SiC与TiAl化合物之间的反应产物,并采用差热分析法对反应热力学进行分析。结果表明:试样中出现分层现象并且SiC颗粒消失;多层金属间化合物的成分确定为Ti3Al、TiAl和TiAl3;退火过程中SiC与TiAl化合物发生反应,生成Ti3AlC、TiC、Ti5Si3及Ti3SiC2。  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The invention provides a method of making a mold which can reduce SOx generation rate while preventing decrease in hardening rate in the case of using sulfuric acid for a hardener composition. The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward.  相似文献
