保护渣在生产无缺陷铸坯、保证恒拉速的精细化和高效化连铸生产中起到重要的作用。中国连铸保护渣技术伴随着炼钢连铸技术的飞速发展也取得了长足的进步。在保护渣作用机制、性能控制、促进连铸生产顺行和提高铸坯质量方面的研究不断深化和系统化。中国连铸保护渣技术总体上能满足中国连铸生产需要,但是,加大研发投入、稳定原材料条件和生产工艺等方面尚有许多工作要做。从保护渣与连铸工艺的匹配、基础理论研究、关键品种的开发、生产与市场状况、保护渣的选择等方面对中国连铸保护渣技术现状进行了分析,并对今后的发展提出了一些思考。 相似文献

The interfacial property between liquid mold flux and steel has significant impact on the quality of casting slab, and this property is mainly determined by the chemical composition of mold flux and the reaction between the flux and steel. The effect of MnO content on the contact angle and interfacial tension between liquid mold flux and ultra-low carbon steel was investigated by sessile drop method in this article, and the results suggested that both the contact angle and interfacial tension decreased with the increase of MnO content in the mold flux. The increase of Si and Mn and the reduction of Al and Ti in the interaction layer were caused by the chemical reactions occurred in the vicinity of interface between mold flux and steel substrate. Besides, the thickness of the interaction layer increased from 4 μm to 7 μm, then to 9 μm, 11 μm and 15 μm when the MnO content was added from 1 wt% to 3 wt%, then to 5 wt%, 7 wt%, and 9 wt% due to the fact that MnO can simplify the polymerized structure of the melt and improve the penetrability of molten mold flux to make the interfacial reaction easier. 相似文献

采用化学镀铜的方法在钨粉中加入诱导铜,经压型,熔渗后制成W/15Cu合金。用扫描电镜研究了材料的显微结构,并测出合金样品的密度、气密性、热膨胀系数等物理性能,通过与传统工艺制备的W/15Cu合金的显微组织以及物理性能方面做比较,讨论了钨粉化学镀铜对W/15Cu合金性能的影响。结果表明,钨粉化学镀铜对于提高钨生坯成形性能、改善钨铜复合材料的显微组织结构、提高材料物理性能方面都有很大作用。经过综合比较,镀铜含量以2%为宜。 相似文献

The correlation between the performance of plasma spray coatings and feedstock powder properties is not fully understood.
To demonstrate this correlation, eight spray-dried zirconia powders containing a mass fraction of 20% Y2O3 (yttria) were characterized with respect to their physical, bulk chemical, and surface chemical properties. The same powders
were plasma spray deposited as coatings, and their relative performance was evaluated using a thermal rupture test developed
by Pratt and Whitney. The specific powder properties studied were chemical composition, binder content, particle size distribution,
powder morphology, interface chemistry, thermogravimetry, phase composition, and specific surface area. Among the characterization
data, the binder-related properties of the powder correlated most strongly with the thermal rupture test data. Specifically,
higher binder contents were associated with poor thermal rupture test performance. 相似文献
