通过对SiCw/6061Al与SiCp/2024Al复合材料的蠕变及循环蠕变行为的对比研究发现,虽然SiCw/6061Al复合材料与SiCp/2024Al复合材料相比有较高的蠕变抗力,但其蠕变门槛应力却较低,两种材料在298℃都显示循环蠕变减速行为,但后者更明显,SiCw/6061Al复合材料的稳态循环蠕变速率随卸载量增加首先降低然后升高,而SiCp/2024Al复合材料的稳态循环蠕变速率却随卸载 相似文献

Al/SiC复合材料室温下阻尼特性的数值模拟 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
利用有限元方法对Al/SiC复合材料的阻尼特性进行了数值模拟,指出室温下Al/SiC复合材料的阻尼主要由增强颗粒与基体材料间弹性模量的不同造成,Al/SiC复合材料的损耗因子为纯铝的10倍。通过计算表明,对于较硬的增强颗粒,弹性模量越高,材料整体阻尼性能越好。 相似文献

采用TEM研究了离心铸造和挤压铸造的SiCp/ZL109复合材料中SiC/Al的晶体学位向关系。对12个SiC/Al位向关系的测量结果表明,虽然SiC与Al之间的无固定的晶体学位向关系,但出现了如下优先位向关系:(1103)sic〃(111)A1,「1120」sic〃「110」Al.(0001)sic〃{111}Al不是优先出现的位向关系,讨论了生成(或生不成)有关位向关系的原因。 相似文献

研究了亚微米级Al2O3p/6061Al 复合材料扩散焊接头强度随焊接参数的变化规律, 采用扫描电镜、透射电镜等手段分析了接头区域微观组织, 探讨了焊接参数、接头微观组织与接头宏观性能之间的联系。指出焊接温度是复合材料扩散焊接最重要的工艺参数, 焊接温度介于基体合金固相线与液相线之间, 接头强度最高值可达到170 MPa; 接合界面的氧化膜阻碍基体原子的扩散, 是复合材料接头强度下降的原因之一。在此基础上成功地实现了亚微米级Al2O3p/6061Al 复合材料的扩散连接 相似文献

Ultrafine-grained pure aluminum L2 with a mean grain size of 1.0μm was produced by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) and annealing at 150℃ for 2h. Damping behavior of the alloy was measured using a dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer. The alloy had an excellent damping capacity Q-1 with the ambient value being 9.8×10-3 at 1.0Hz when the strain amplitude was 2.0×10-3. The damping behavior of the alloy showed a non-linear damping variation tendency, that is, with an increase in temperature and a decrease of frequency, the damping capacity of the alloy increased. The damping capacity increased with the strain amplitude when the strain amplitude was less than 4.6×10-5. When the strain amplitude was higher than 4.6×10-5, the damping capacity became a constant and independent of strain amplitude. The high damping capacity was attributed to dislocation unpinning and a drag of dislocation on pinning points. 相似文献

The internal friction of alloys in martensite state is believed to be an M/M interface one,which can be explained by an expression deduced from the theory of dislocation internal fric-tion.The internal friction during martensitic transformation consists of two parts,includingthose of the M/M interface and of the phase transformation.The latter is further composedof two portions,the major one produced by reverse martensitic transformation and the otherfrom stress-induced martensite.It was also found that the degradation of damping propertiesof the CuZnAl alloys is related to the dislocation,which is introduced from the exciting pro-cess,and tends to be of stable value after certain excitements. 相似文献

通过加入Nb制备了具有双相组织的(NiTi)50-0.5xNbx(x=5,10,15,20)形状记忆合金,合金兼具高阻尼性能和高屈服强度.随着Nb含量x的增大,合金中(NiTi+β-Nb)共晶组织比例含量增加,合金轧制样品在马氏体状态自协作屈服强度随之升高,在x=15时达到最高(289 MPa);同时,合金轧制样品保持高阻尼性能,本征阻尼性能tan δ>0.01,并随x增大而升高.根据形状记忆合金阻尼理论以及NiTiNb形状记忆合金的阻尼性能随温度的变化规律,探讨了β-Nb和NiTi相界面阻尼对合金阻尼性能的影响. 相似文献

The phenolic resin-chloroprene rubber was used for sandwieh in manufacturing the vibra-tion damping laminated steel sheet (also ealled laminated sheet).It is a metal matrix com-posite.The tensile-shear tests have been conchucted over a range of temperatures from 20Cto 150 C and at the strain rates from 1.67×10~5 to1.67×10~(-2)s~(-1).The results show thattest temperature will significantly affect the tensile-shear strength of laminated sheet.and a minimal strength and a minimal aetivation energy occur near 80C.The tensilc-shearbreaking morphology of laminated sheet varies with strain rate and test temperature. 相似文献
