阐述了纳米TiO2对汽车面漆性能的影响机理,提出了利用纳米TiO2提高汽车面漆耐老化性的设想,制定了纳米TiO2涂料的配方,并研究分析了纳米TiO2对汽车面漆性能的影响规律.通过实验对漆膜的光泽度、附着力、冲击强度、硬度、耐水性、耐老化性等进行检测,当纳米TiO2的加入量为1.0%~2.0%时,涂层的耐老化性能平均提高20%左右,其光泽度也有所提高,而附着力、冲击强度、硬度、耐水性提高不明显.  相似文献

利用金红石型TiO2纳米粒子改性醇酸涂料提高醇酸涂料的各种性能.结合物理和化学分散,并选取合适的分散剂,解决了TiO2纳米粒子在醇酸涂料中的分散问题;性能测试结果表明,与普通钛白粉醇酸涂层相比,TiO2纳米粒子改性醇酸涂层具有很强的抗紫外线性、强耐盐雾性以及较高的耐磨性能.  相似文献

为了提高氟碳涂料的去污性能,通过分光光度计测量纳米TiO2在甲基红溶液中的透光率变化,研究了纳米TiO2的催化特性,同时重点测试了纳米TiO2在氟碳漆中对涂层的性能影响,并且研究了紫外光照射条件下,含纳米TiO2的氟碳漆在铝合金表面的光催化自清洁效果.结果表明:TiO2具有良好的光催化特性,添加TiO2的氟碳漆在铝合金表面具有明显的自清洁作用,且不影响氟碳漆的原有性能.根据以上实验结果,探讨了TiO2在氟碳漆中的催化作用机理.  相似文献

湖南大学余刚、胡波年和杨景花等人日前研究成功一种纳米二氧化钛改性氟碳涂料及其制备工艺与应用,该涂料是将锐钛矿型纳米TiO2和金红石型纳米TiO2混合物添加到现有氟碳涂料中,添加比例为:锐钛矿型纳米TiO2和金红石型纳米TiO2混合物,氟碳涂料的质量比为1~4:100;所述锐钛矿型纳米TiO2和金红石型纳米TiO2混合物中,锐钛矿型纳米TiO2和金红石型纳米TiO2二者质量配比为4:1。本发明还包括所述改性氟碳涂料的制备工艺及用于涂敷铝合金板材的前处理工艺。使用本发明之氟碳涂料涂装后的铝合金型材和板材具有良好的白清洁性能,耐沾污和耐洗刷性能,良好的耐候性、耐化学腐蚀性,防水防潮,质量轻、防震、隔声、隔热、色泽均匀、不开裂、不变形、不剥落、不褪色等特点。  相似文献

用钛酸酯偶联剂将纳米TiO2粒子进行表面改性后,对普通的丙烯酸乳胶内、外墙涂料进行改性实验,制备出高耐洗刷的内外墙涂料.实验表明,偶联剂对粒子的表面结构产生影响并改善其在涂料中的分散情况;添加纳米TiO2粒子使涂料的耐洗刷性、硬度等性能得到较大的提高(其中涂料的耐洗刷性可提高近7倍,最高耐洗刷次数可达数10万次;同时硬度可以提高2个~3个等级);通过结构分析发现,改性纳米TiO2通过1种类似于"桥梁"的作用实现对涂料的性能改善.  相似文献

以钛酸丁酯为钛源,Fe(NO3)3·9H2O为铁源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Fe/TiO2纳米粉体,利用溶胶结合静电纺丝技术制备Fe/TiO2纳米纤维,从材料改性及形貌改善两个角度共同提高TiO2纳米材料的光催化活性及实用性。借助XRD、SEM、TEM等分析技术,探究了Fe/TiO2纳米材料在可见光区的光催化活性,分析了煅烧温度及掺铁量对Fe/TiO2纳米材料光催化性能的影响。结果显示,铁的掺入及形貌的改善有助于提高TiO2的光催化性能。  相似文献

The porosity of electroless nickel coatings on mild steel substrates having different substrate surface roughness and coating thickness was investigated using NSS (Neutral Salt Spray), ferroxyl, and SO2 tests. In addition the influence of substrate surface roughness and coating thickness upon the properties of electroless nickel coatings was studied.

It was found that all porosity tests showed the same tendency for the porosity of electroless nickel coatings to decrease with decreasing substrate surface roughness and increasing coating thickness. The use of the SO2 and ferroxyl test have the advantage over the NSS test as a routine quality control procedure in that they are both quicker to carry out and easier to interpret. A relationship between porosity, substrate surface roughness and coating thickness was established which might be used as an industrial quality control tool.  相似文献

制备了一种纳米防腐耐磨涂料,为了考察纳米材料在防腐耐磨涂料中的作用机制,对其进行性能检测和各种技术表征,研究结果表明:纳米SiO2由于呈三维网络结构和高的表面活性,大大增强了涂层的致密化和结合力;微量的SiC纳米粒子能有效提高环氧树脂的耐磨性.纳米SiC粒子和基体环氧树脂之间建立了较强的相互作用(包括化学键合与物理作用),材料界面强度得以提高,从而大大提高了涂层的耐磨防腐性能.  相似文献

The need for micro-features, components and products is rapidly increasing in diverse industries such as electronics, medical and aviation. Product miniaturization demands innovative manufacturing methods. Various existing macro-manufacturing processes are being modified to perform micro-scale manufacturing. Electro-physical and chemical micromachining processes play important role in this field due to their special material removal mechanisms. This paper reports the worldwide technical developments and state-of-the-art of electro-physical and chemical micromachining processes. Issues related to the supporting technologies such as standardization, metrology and equipment design are briefly assessed. This paper provides an overview of advances in laser based nano-manufacturing technologies including surface nano-structure manufacturing, production of nano materials (nanoparticles, nanotubes and nanowires) and 3D nano-structures manufacture through multiple layer additive techniques and nano-joining/forming. Examples of practical applications of laser manufactured nano-structures, materials and components are given. 应用n-Al2O3/Ni纳米颗粒复合电刷镀技术修理了柴油发动机气阀导管孔,解决了工件孔径小镀积不均匀等难题,并进行了现场耐磨性试验。结果表明,镀积速度高于快速镍镀液,镀层耐磨性大于快速镍镀层和铸铁,并实现了镀层均匀性小于0.01mm。为修复进口装备积累了经验。  相似文献

Laser induced self-organizing rippled nanostructures on steel are formed by femtosecond laser pulses. They are applied as hydrophobic surfaces. A low fluence results in ‘regular ripples’ with a spatial repetition of 300-500 nm, orientated perpendicular to the laser polarization direction. In twinned areas ‘pre-ripples’ with much smaller wavelength (about 150 nm) are observed, with a different orientation. We found indications that the energy absorption depends on the crystal orientation and that pre-ripples are only formed at very low fluence. Pre-ripples initiate on secondary carbides or on grain boundaries. At higher energy, regular ripples initiate in areas with pre-ripples; at even increasing fluence disordered structures are obtained.  相似文献

TiC涂层由于具备良好的性能而广泛地应用于机械加工行业.以高温CVD方法制备TiC涂层技术为基础,研究了在反应腔中设置温度达到1600℃的高温处理装置,使原料气经过高温处理装置后在基体上沉积出TiC涂层.经金相显微镜测量厚度约为10μm,经XRD检测成分为:界面出现脱碳相Co 6W 6C,膜层除含有少量氧化物杂质外,为纯净的TiC涂层,颗粒尺寸平均为84.8nm.探索了制备纳米TiC涂层工艺的机制,其中高温处理、大温度梯度、惰性气体及冷却腔体避免引入杂质是形成纳米TiC涂层的关键因素.制备纳米级TiC涂层,可使涂层硬度、断裂韧性、表面光洁度、耐高温性能等性能指标得到提高,提高了TiC涂层产品的综合性能.  相似文献

The microhardness and elastic modules of the materials were measured using the Nano Indenter II, which is a new measuring system for the mechanical properties of materials on nano-scale. It can determine themicrohardness,elastic modules and other mechanical properties of materials through measuring applied load and depth under indenter tip. Over millions of years, biological subjects have been in continuous combat with extreme environmental conditions. The fittest have survived through continuous evolution, an ongoing process. In particular, biological surfaces, which are the active interfaces between subjects and the environment, are being evolved to a higher state of intelligent functionality. These surfaces became more efficient by using combinations of available materials, along with unique physical and chemical strategies. Noteworthy physical strategies include features such as texturing and structure, and chemical strategies such as sensing and actuation. These strategies collectively enable functional surfaces to deliver extraordinary adhesion, hydrophobicity, multispectral response, energy scavenging, thermal regulation, antibiofouling, and other advanced functions. Production industries have been intrigued with such biological surface strategies in order to learn clever surface architectures and implement those architectures to impart advanced functionalities into manufactured consumer products. This keynote paper delivers a critical review of such inspiring biological surfaces and their nonbiological product analogs, where manufacturing science and engineering have adopted such advanced functional surface architectures.  相似文献
