通过介绍建筑信息模型(BIM)的相关概念和国内外BIM成熟度模型和发展路线的理论,探讨BIM应用发展的最终目标以及一体化项目交付(IPD)的内涵,并对于我国BIM应用现状和国内外IPD应用现状、阻碍因素和相关案例进行了综述和分析。在此基础上,对我国BIM和IPD应用研究中的不足之处进行探讨并提出改进建议,对如何推广IPD给出了建议。 相似文献

随着大型复杂工程项目的不断涌现,传统交付模式下“松散”的协作模式已难以满足高效项目管理的需求。而以合作和精益思想为核心的 IPD(Integrated Project Delivery)模式逐渐成为建筑业关注的焦点。识别 IPD 的核心要素是成功实施该模式的关键所在,但目前国内对于 IPD 模式关键要素的研究较为欠缺。通过对 IPD 案例及相关文献的系统梳理,从合作与精益视角,发现归纳总结 IPD 模式的 5 项关键构成要素。并以 Encircle 医疗急救中心 IPD 项目建设为案例,对上述 IPD关键构成要素进行实证分析,验证其在 IPD 项目实施中的重要性,为 IPD 模式在中国的应用提供启示。 相似文献

IPD(Integrated Project Delivery, 综合项目交付)作为一种全新的工程项目交付模式, 已经在美国、澳大利亚和英国等发达国家得到应用, 并趋于成熟。但是, IPD在我国还没有实际应用案例, 其本身仍然存在着定义模糊、法律合同体系不完善等问题。BIM(Building Information Modeling, 建筑信息模型)技术的出现为推进IPD的发展和完善提供了条件。本文在广泛文献调研的基础上, 首先回顾了IPD的发展历程, 介绍了IPD的定义、特征及其应用的关键—专属工程合同体系并总结了IPD在工程实践中面临的主要问题, 之后归纳了采用BIM技术解决IPD现有问题、提升IPD实施效果的可行途径。本文对在我国利用IPD具有参考作用。 相似文献

To improve efficiency and reduce waste in Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) projects, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) has been proposed and used in some projects, revealing great advantages. However, IPD depends heavily on “big room” collaboration, which requires the constant presence of nearly all participants and is particularly difficult for small or medium projects. To overcome this problem, this research aims to develop a dedicated collaboration platform for IPD to achieve more efficient collaboration and replace the highly resource-consuming “big room”. Based on requirement analysis and design of the system architecture, a prototype system is developed and tested in a virtual IPD project. When combined with a few meetings, this collaboration platform can replace the “big room”. This will significantly reduce the difficulty associated with implementing IPD projects and thus promote the adoption of IPD. 相似文献

Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Lean Project Delivery (LPD) are innovative approaches that are capturing the attention of the construction industry. However, there is a confusion about the definitions of these approaches and how they integrate a project delivery process. This confusion negatively affects the learning process, which could create a barrier to advancing them. Based on a structured literature review and two case illustrations, this study aims to clarify the similarities and differences between IPD and LPD. This paper presents a comparative analysis of these approaches through a structured analysis of the project organizations, contractual relationships, and operational systems. The results showed that the operational system is perhaps the most relevant difference between these approaches for their definition as a project delivery system. The core of both approaches is to encourage the use of integrated project organizations, relational contracting, and integrated process as mechanisms to integrate a project delivery system. 相似文献

This article uses case studies to explore the IPD contractual approach from the standpoint of trust. It comprises two case studies of comparable IPD healthcare projects: Project A utilizes a single multi-party contract and lean construction; while Project B is transitional IPD-like by nature, incorporating a joining IPD agreement in addition to several two-party contracts. On Project B, team players are co-located and benefit from having past business relationships with one another. Project A, however, lacks these two attributes. These case studies identified attributes that establish and promote trust in IPD projects. These findings validate a theoretical IPD-Trust schema already established in the current published research; furthermore, the findings introduce seven new trust-building attributes leveraged by IPD. Additionally, the study compared trust across the two projects, and found that having pre-existing trust resulting from past business relationships, forming the best team, and co-locating project parties could be even more effective in creating trust than having a single multi-party contract with lean implementation without these attributes. This research also found that a single multi-party contract is more effective at building trust than multiple two-party contracts, since the latter pose the risk of inconsistently defined roles and responsibilities, and variable risk allocation across different agreements. 相似文献
